brand new printer out the box and i dropped it on the ground, broke one of the hinge that holds up the scanner was able to repair that with welding rods, was getting that scanner error, thought the scanner was jammed was getting ready to take apart decided to come to youtube first, your video was spot on the ribbon came out, thanks bro for taking the time to upload this video

Thanks man. We had to open it up to get some debris out of the back rollers, and when we closed it, it wouldn't print and this error came up. Thanks to your video, we were able to find out what came out.

I too had the code after cleaning the heads. The wires to the mother board did unplug when opening the top and I plugged them back in after cleaning the print heads. The code 100016 came up and the printer would not work. I watched this video and I opened the top again to see if the wires were plugged in. They were, but on closer inspection the large one with a blue end was in slightly off aligned. I unplugged, re-plugged and assembled the top. It worked after that. While my cleaning of the print heads gave me some color, as it was not printing in any color, it was not until I did a power clean that I got all the colors back 100%.

This helped so much but my problem is the blue strip next to the scanner cable came out & that's the hardest to get back in.. Also after mixing the wrong ink, taking out & putting new sublimation ink back in.. My printing is now not wanting to print anything. PLEASE HELP!!

In my case one of the gear that move the scanner pops up and doesn't let the scanner move properly, I fixed one time but happened again and again, I'm still trying to fix the problem because I can use it as printer neither
The light brown chord running horizontally across the inside of the printer came out when I was printing a document. How do I replace it ? It looks like a wire with a light brown cloth covering and has a knot at the end. Why this cable is covered with a fabric baffles me.
Owow... I kno wat cord ya mean, I jus don't kno where to find a replacement. These has come up more than once now, so I'm definitelE on the look out for a reputable printer parts store... worse case scenario, I'll jus have to become one 🤷🏿♂️

I just inbox my printer added sublimation ink plug it in and it’s giving me a error code saying I need to remove all protective material from inside scanner unit but I removed all the protective tape that I seen
Hello. What can I do to get the ink back in the cartridge of et 2760. After I switch out the regular ink for the above
Sublimation ink. Like ur video .now it printing grey

will this work on my et-2650? i dropped it from my shelf and after that its been saying that, not only that, when booting up, it makes some weird noises. the ink is messed up aswell!
It culd... if not, U may need an entire scanner replacement
