Pressure Cooker Lamb Stew Recipe

Ingredients:
1 kg lamb curry pieces
1/2 cup of cooking oil ( I used mustard oil, but you can use any cooking oil of your choice)
1 tsp of cumin seeds
3 small bay leaves
1 large onion, sliced
1 1/2 inches of ginger and 9 cloves of garlic, pounded
1 tsp of crushed black pepper
1 heaped tsp of ground coriander
1 tsp of ground Kashmiri red chilli
1/2 tsp of garam masala ( ready made)
3/4 tsp of meat masala ( ready made)
1 heaped tbsp of tomato paste
Salt to taste
Some chopped coriander leaves
Note: Please adjust the spices according to your taste
