Lena Hall is a Tony Award winner and Grammy nominee, recently portraying the dual starring roles of Hedwig and Yitzhak in Hedwig and the Angry Inch in Los Angeles and San Francisco. Following her Tony-winning Broadway run, she toured North America with Josh Groban on his Stages tour. She originated the role of Nicola in the Tony-winning musical Kinky Boots, and can be seen on HBO’s Girls, Amazon Prime’s Good Girls Revolt, and heard voicing the fan-favorite role of “Countess Coloratura” on My Little Pony. In 2018, Lena will be appearing opposite Jennifer Connelly in TNT’s science fiction epic Snowpiercer.

Damn girl, you've got a powerful voice and good taste in songs. Kudos also to your guitarist for playing it straight up and not getting carried away. This may be the best version there is on You Tube, including those by the Grateful Dead, Bob Dylan and yes even Nirvana. I haven't heard them all yet, but I've heard many and I've only complimented one other and I think your better.
Try also Janel Drewis' version. If you haven't come across it, she was a game dev for the Telltale Walking Dead series, now an animator for Pixar. They wanted to commission a singer to do a dark version of the traditional tune, and someone had heard her playing in her free time, asked her to do it. It remains one of the two best renditions of the song I've heard.

The range and style are there and, don't get me wrong this is a great cover, but the pain is missing. Kurt's version still haunts my memories and emotions to this day.
