    I'll start week 3 tomorrow morning with this. I've lost a dress size and toned up. I got a shock when my clothes started hanging/falling off me hahaha it's so worth the pain and sweat. Thank you guys.

    This video is so cool, you have a rope so you know how much longer is left, a stopwatch to see how long you have done, there is a mini screen with a beginner version, a round counter, timer, you are tolled what is next, and no distracting music, along with the countdown voice👍🏾😃

      We recommend do it twice a day! If you get used to it, please change the routines for the progress :)

      하루에 두세트는 꾸준히 해주시되 일주일에 하루정도는 휴식하셔 됩니다! 꾸준히 하다보면 체력이 올라와서 3세트까지 가능해지실꺼예요~!
