Hi Gary, can you give me the details of the surface finishing disc you used. I have looked on your Amazon page twice now but I'm still not finding it. Cheers, Mike
Gary, I can't see the scotchbright type wheel on your amazon, have you a link to it directly? Nice job with the handle, I love doing little repairs like that, a lot of satisfaction in repairing something much older than me that will go on to be used for many years to come!
great job Gary
Great repair. Probably stronger than it was before it broke. Always look forward to your vids.
Thanks 👍

For some reason they removed it but it should be there again now.
nice one Gary
Nice fix. Utilitarian little job.
Yes indeed!
Proper is always best!!! Great!
You got that right!
👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Gary a little off topic but could you inform me on a slit /drift to stock ratio as in does the stock have to be 1/8 or 1/4 larger than the drift
sorry, no idea!
Nice job and all your money will be safe now

Daniel Taylor I don’t know why but amazon seems to have removed it from both my sites. I’ll look and see if I can find a link.
It’s back now.
Is it brazing alone not strong enough for this fix?
Might have been but didn't want to chance it.
@@garyhuston I understand. I'm sure that handle will be round for another 100 years now.
Safe!
Had to pause when you broke out the center finder. Afraid to go forward... what it its off-center? 😄
Don’t worry, you should know by now that near enough is good enough in this shop!😂😂
In some cases, “Order a new one” does not work.
Did the city ever fix that gas leak on your walking path?
Yes the day or so after the video went up because someone tweeted it on the gas companies feed!
Is it an illusion or is the bit wiggling?
Don’t know, I didn’t notice it at the time but did while editing.
It's not going to break there again.
I hope not!
