However after analysing the market and corporate environment after 4 months since this happened, I guess this is the right time to talk about this and share some advice for young students aiming for such big MnCs and High paying jobs!

Thank you for bringing this point ahead. India me sachme cheap work force available hone se organizations ignore employee values and work life balance. Main thing is that organization see employee as short time asset, But few innocent people consider them as long time job and thus these things might happen. More power to you. Keep making such videos
Indian employees need to stop considering themselves as cheap labour, puri mob ka mentality shift krwa liya to I am pretty sure we can see change in work culture in the coming years.

yes.. but we can't change the toxic culture of Corporate offices but we can take necessary precautions.. we should be more careful.. apne kaam se matlb rakh na imp hh.. not to be involved in Office politics.
And for this reason we should switch job after 1 to 2 yrs of service

@@AmazorTalks actually my brother had done this several times.. he is a CA.. so he does switching after 1 to 2 yrs.. and he doesn't panic at any moment.. his age is just 30.. last year hh uska.. he will leave this year nd start his own Mega Firm.. nd with this now he clears CS Executive too.. just for gaining knowledge about Commercial Laws

Degree from reputed colleges should not become a burden in one's life. The reason why people go to these institutes is to get better opportunities but alas! they fall prey to the rat race and start playing catch up, which adds pressure. 3-4LPA kam kamao bhai, sharirik aur mansik tanav se duur rehna hai.
True, paisa kamana should be a goal, but not the ONLY goal, earning through your own business should be the vision instead of earning only through a job.

School time me iit iim dream tha, achhe companies me Jana hai par ab samajh aata hai ye jobs kaise hote hai aur ab sachme samajh nhi aata actually sahi kya hai,paisa important hai, status v hai par ultimately company ka naam hi apna identity nahi Banna chahiye then jda self-worth girta hai... colleagues v toxic hote hai

I have converted IIM Sirmaur and Bodhgaya. Waitlisted in all CAP IIMs. Which is better in both IIMs? Can I expect a conversion in IIM Kashipur NC-OBC Waitlist 118?
Being an IIM sirmaur alumini, m to Sirmaur hi suggest krunga dost, but on an unbiased note too, I would recommend Sirmaur based on past few years performance and reforms in comparison to Bodhgaya.

I have ranchi hr and bg and jammu core. I want decent package of 20 lpa even for the next 5 years if i don't get growth i am okay with it cause i want to start my business.i am interested in marketing and hr only. What should i take. Please reply.
Ranchi is no doubt a bigger brand than bg and jammu anyday. If you have interest in HR, then go for Ranchi. Also, 20 LPA decent nhi above average hota h dost😂
@@AmazorTalks bhaiya mai ye bol rha tha ki mujhe agle 10 saal tak 15-20 lpa me khus hu. 50 lpa 1 cr ye sab nhi chahiye.bas esa na ho jaye 10 lpa mile kyuki ghar walo ko nhi bata paunga ki mba karke esa haal hua 😂
