Fun fact: the famous Piper Club Is located in Via Tagliamento, where a young promising band named PINK FLOYD, played in the Venue, in the 70s, I think, and bathed in the near fountain afterwards

This is very coincidental. This morning on the piazza San Pietro there was the declaration of sainthood of 10 people, including the Dutchman Titus Bransma. Next stop EUR! Best example of fascist architecture (called razionalism of 30's)! I think it is very beautiful, in particular at the sunset when there is a big contrast between white marble of the buildings and their shadows!
