There’s a few things you can use to tell if a kitchen is run well or not and I can tell based on your garnish misse (even if it is just the start of service) and station cleanliness that this is a TIIIIGHT operation. Take your hotdog, buy some big jalapeños, cut the ends off core them out, slide them over your hotdog, then wrap them in bacon oooh buddy yummy..lol you could always griddle them real quick for a minute or blanch them. Try it out one day…
All I wanna say man. Touch things like doors and other objects like the edge of a trash can and such then right after touching those things you still have on the same gloves. Just change the gloves more often and you will get far for sure.
