Jin was almost in tears since he got an applause and standing ovation from the Japanese audience. This is their highest form of recognition, praise and appreciation of a performer. I understand it is only Jin who has received standing ovation.and this has happened twice, i.e. Awake and Epiphany.
Jins voice speaks to me the most , as for someone who learned to sing from zero he has improved the most out of the vocalist . Even though he has less solo stuff , its still one of the best

@@felixiafilly3481 No I never meant others did not sing from zero , its just jin used to be very shy and if I am being honest his voice was not much included either in the earlier songs so I am just proud of where he is now , its not a comparison every members is great in their own way , its just in my opinion he worked the hardest to change himself and burst out of a bubble :)

Yes all of them started with no professional training at all, but Jin really didn't sing before nor dance, and didn't have an interest in it because he wanted to be an actor originally. No one is saying that the other members had experience before, it's just that they're really into singing/music and dancing already. If you wanted to reiterate it for other members, then pls do so and comment about that for other members instead of pointing it "weird" for Jin 💜
Jin to this day imo is one of the most underrated vocalists. Man’s has stability that requires skills and he has immense range while still having a unique tone. His musicality and music choice’s feels so special and curated and I can’t wait to hear more from him in future!
Jin can make you cry and that's a very big gift any singer can ask for. But Jin worked hard for that. Jin never disappointed me. He is one consistent with vocals in all stages.
I think Jin has the best solos out of the 7 (for me). Plus he's so good for putting emotion to the song that he sang, that it breaks my heart everytime i listen to it. His voice conveys emotion so well. It can make you cry and feel comfort. He makes me feel the song every single time. No wonder he is a critically acclaimed 'silver voice' vocalist by grammy panel.
Jin has the best solos of you are someone that likes Orchestra and ballads. It depends on the style of music you like. I like a variety which is why my favorite solo music comes from RM, Suga, and Tae. They do ballads, folk, R&B, and rap. Jin is amazing though, Abyss and Awake are my favorite from him.
Jin’s voice is my absolute favorite! And I am so in love with his song Abyss. It’s a song he released for free on his birthday last 2020 as a gift for ARMY. He mentioned that he created this song (as adviced by Suga) to talk about his dark side, which he rarely shows because he wants people to feel happy whenever they watch him. There is no live version of this song but I hope you can still listen to it and understand the deeper meaning behind the lyrics. 😊
This was the first BTS song to make me cry. The emotion, the message. It felt like a song about his previous inferiority complex and it was so touching. I cried for both of us
When I saw them live they were all good, but Jin was the most impressive out of all of them. His voice was the strongest live vocal I have heard in a while (and I've been to lots of artists' concerts). There's a reason ARMYs say that Jin eats CDs for breakfast - he's just THAT good live
This is without a doubt my favorite Jin solo as I resonate with it heavily. Jin's voice brings that traditional Korean soloist vibe and the emotions his voice is always able to bring forth is such a beautiful contradiction to his equally amazing and humorous personality. Awake is so ironic because he's busting out these heavenly vocals while saying that he's not as great as the members he's been running with all this time, but I'm sooooo proud of him and I miss him so much. I know what it's like to feel less significant than the ones you surround yourself with, but it's a testament to his strength that he is the vocalist and performer he is today through the diligent practice it took to be on par with the guys.
Whenever I hear Jin sing I always feel in disbelief, how can someone who has no previous experience in singing have such a beautiful and good voice? What I love is that on both his songs (Awake and Epiphany) when it ends armys claps and this is like the utmost respect, and he deserves it so much!!! Gosh, this song is so good and amazing!! I'll recommend again, if it's the first time reacting to a song I would say to react to the lyrics video or so before the performance, so you hear the studio version before the performance, and you'll maybe catch a few adlibs they do only on live and stuff like that!!!

Jin is the hidden gem of BTS. I love his voice so much, very emotional. Only Jin can make you in tears 😢. Every time I watch his awake performance, tear just come out. No matter what song he sing, even tho if you don't know the lyrics but u can feel the emotion. Live always stable. I love his live performances, he is indeed king of stage. I'm so proud of you Jin. Hardwork really paid off, you show me to never give up and keep on trying. I love his positive vibes.

He wrote about this boy from the novel called Demian which whole wings album is based on but each of their solo works made in a way to resonate themselves to fit the storyline just like jungkook's begin, jhope's Mama. Literally all of their solos. After all the story is about 7 boys having similar feels in each personalities of that of bangtan. Also regarding BU, most of the stories are told visually like in the music videos its not necessarily match up with the lyrics. So yes the songs and lyrics of this wings album are real life BTS's members stories and feelings.
Jin's solos are some of my most favorite tracks... There's a sense of intimacy that's established through the tracks, especially since he himself never expresses his emotions publicly! Second most fav solos aee yoongayyyyyy

That’s why Awake *always* crushes me. I can see Jin looking at all his little bros, these amazing “petals”, and him saying I can’t touch the sky. When he talked about this in the book, I started crying. Jin may not be my bias, but his outlook on life and perspectives are the most relatable to me. 😭😭😭💜

Wings was the first time I thought... Hold on, they're ACTUALLY talking about themselves in these songs!!! Blew my mind. Being vulnerable about his insecurity within the group and about his talent... you had to be there at the time. Choked up.
All I can say about this man JIN is so underrated to those who only look at dancing performances and do not listen to songs or music that moves them emotionally and gives you goosebumps. His time is coming in JUNE 2024. the reason he has fewer songs for the other members is that he has to enlist earlier than the rest of them, they have time to release multiple songs whilst JIN didn't. As always JIN always sacrifices all. But, his time is surely coming to release his own type of songs. I can't wait. 🙌🙌
It has been a while since I've listened to this song but the moment the intro started and Jin sang, the memories of me crying over this song during Wings era crashed like waves. Couldn't even hold my tears with just the instrumental intro and I'm not even that sad at the moment. The six petals is very intentional. This song addresses his uncertainty at that time because he had so much less musical/dance experience than the other six members. But he says in this song that he is going to hold them all close to his heart and never give up doing his best to keep up with them. It's such a beautiful and honest song. It's one of my favorite BTS songs.

Jin was very taken back by this performance in Japan because as you can hear the fans clapped for him at the end instead of screaming (which is also amazing obviously) but he said he felt like he was in a kinda of more formal performance at that moment, like in a recital instead of a show I find very endering when fans show their love and respect differently just to surprise their artists... Like the organised Fanchants Japan and Korea do very well, the stomping Paris Army are known for, singing the whole songs like Brazillian and Malaysia Armys do...
Jin's voice stood out to me the most when i got into BTS and the moment i fell in love with him was when I heard Awake and when i heard his triple high note in Crystal Snow. These 2 songs made me fall in love with him
The lyrics of this song are so vulnerable. It's about how he feels like he can't shine/fly like the other six members because he doesn't have their talent. He just wants to be with them, support them and continue to strive to keep up with them. I hope he knows now that he is just as talented as any of them and that he is flying right alongside of them. He has worked so hard and it has reaped benefits for him and the whole group. On another note, my daughter (19) listens to the How to Train Your Dragon soundtrack on repeat some nights as she falls asleep.

I think also from Rise of Bangtan series and Burn the Stage episodes on their patreon that they heard part of Jin’s live Awake performance about a month ago that they recognized the song as Daniel said in this reaction. Taylor’s guide reaction was almost a year ago so they were unlikely to remember that short clip.

Jin has the best solos of you are someone that likes Orchestra and ballads. It depends on the style of music you like. I like a variety which is why my favorite solo music comes from RM, Suga, and Tae. They do ballads, folk, R&B, and rap. Jin is amazing though, Abyss and Awake are my favorite from him.

Jin’s voice is my absolute favorite! And I am so in love with his song Abyss. It’s a song he released for free on his birthday last 2020 as a gift for ARMY. He mentioned that he created this song (as adviced by Suga) to talk about his dark side, which he rarely shows because he wants people to feel happy whenever they watch him. There is no live version of this song but I hope you can still listen to it and understand the deeper meaning behind the lyrics. 😊

When I saw them live they were all good, but Jin was the most impressive out of all of them. His voice was the strongest live vocal I have heard in a while (and I've been to lots of artists' concerts). There's a reason ARMYs say that Jin eats CDs for breakfast - he's just THAT good live

This is without a doubt my favorite Jin solo as I resonate with it heavily. Jin's voice brings that traditional Korean soloist vibe and the emotions his voice is always able to bring forth is such a beautiful contradiction to his equally amazing and humorous personality. Awake is so ironic because he's busting out these heavenly vocals while saying that he's not as great as the members he's been running with all this time, but I'm sooooo proud of him and I miss him so much. I know what it's like to feel less significant than the ones you surround yourself with, but it's a testament to his strength that he is the vocalist and performer he is today through the diligent practice it took to be on par with the guys.
Whenever I hear Jin sing I always feel in disbelief, how can someone who has no previous experience in singing have such a beautiful and good voice? I love all the members but I have to be honest all Jin's songs make me cry every time I hear them no matter what the lyrics are somehow his voice really makes me feel sad 😭💜

What I love is that on both his songs (Awake and Epiphany) when it ends armys claps and this is like the utmost respect, and he deserves it so much!!! Gosh, this song is so good and amazing!! I'll recommend again, if it's the first time reacting to a song I would say to react to the lyrics video or so before the performance, so you hear the studio version before the performance, and you'll maybe catch a few adlibs they do only on live and stuff like that!!!

He wrote about this boy from the novel called Demian which whole wings album is based on but each of their solo works made in a way to resonate themselves to fit the storyline just like jungkook's begin, jhope's Mama. Literally all of their solos. After all the story is about 7 boys having similar feels in each personalities of that of bangtan. Also regarding BU, most of the stories are told visually like in the music videos its not necessarily match up with the lyrics. So yes the songs and lyrics of this wings album are real life BTS's members stories and feelings.
Jin's solos are some of my most favorite tracks... There's a sense of intimacy that's established through the tracks, especially since he himself never expresses his emotions publicly!

@@myy93 Reality is, we see the members NOW and they are all just amazing world-class performers. But ten years ago, they did not all debut with equal capabilities. That’s why Awake *always* crushes me. I can see Jin looking at all his little bros, these amazing “petals”, and him saying I can’t touch the sky. When he talked about this in the book, I started crying. Jin may not be my bias, but his outlook on life and perspectives are the most relatable to me. 😭😭😭💜

All I can say about this man JIN is so underrated to those who only look at dancing performances and do not listen to songs or music that moves them emotionally and gives you goosebumps. His time is coming in JUNE 2024. the reason he has fewer songs for the other members is that he has to enlist earlier than the rest of them, they have time to release multiple songs whilst JIN didn't. As always JIN always sacrifices all. But, his time is surely coming to release his own type of songs. I can't wait. 🙌🙌

It has been a while since I've listened to this song but the moment the intro started and Jin sang, the memories of me crying over this song during Wings era crashed like waves. Couldn't even hold my tears with just the instrumental intro and I'm not even that sad at the moment. But the memories this song held during tough times for me, and how beautiful yet painful this song is, I just couldn't hold it in. Thank you for this video!

The six petals is very intentional. This song addresses his uncertainty at that time because he had so much less musical/dance experience than the other six members. But he says in this song that he is going to hold them all close to his heart and never give up doing his best to keep up with them. It's such a beautiful and honest song. It's one of my favorite BTS songs.

The lyrics of this song are so vulnerable. It's about how he feels like he can't shine/fly like the other six members because he doesn't have their talent. He just wants to be with them, support them and continue to strive to keep up with them. I hope he knows now that he is just as talented as any of them and that he is flying right alongside of them. He has worked so hard and it has reaped benefits for him and the whole group.
On another note, my daughter (19) listens to the How to Train Your Dragon soundtrack on repeat some nights as she falls asleep.

I think also from Rise of Bangtan series and Burn the Stage episodes on their patreon that they heard part of Jin’s live Awake performance about a month ago that they recognized the song as Daniel said in this reaction. Taylor’s guide reaction was almost a year ago so they were unlikely to remember that short clip.
