I really envy newer Army like yourselves. While BTS is away for military duty, you get to spend the whole time seeing 'all new material'. Thanks for letting me relive it with you.
imagine going thru it again🥲💜 I sometimes wish I didn't watch their Run BTS episodes so that I can enjoy it (without spoilers) again🫶🏻 but I'm happy that we got to watch them grow💜 it's unbelievable
Wings gives me goosebumps. Still one of my most favorite comeback experiences of all time. What. An. Album. You had to be there. It was a magical time.
Jin was assigned a vocal coach. He immediately told her..I can't sing. But she didn't give up. She discovered he could sing and "pulled" that voice out of him. That amazing belting voice that is actually my favorite because I have a musical theatre background. You can find interviews of his coach. She said he became her favorite vocal student ever once she convinced him. He worked harder than any of her other students. He is still in contact with her. Invites her to concerts. Sends her tapes of his voice improvement. She is very proud of him. Without her there would be NO singing Jin! Dancing. He could not get the dances. He actually has a problem with remembering dance steps and lyrics. RM and him could not pick up the choreography fast! Jin would go to dance practice. Then he hired a tutor to work with him hours after practice to learn the complicated dance steps. Jin was dancing with accomplished excellent dancers. You would never know he NEVER danced before!! My opinion. Whomever found him on the street that day. And Big Hit lucked out Big Time that Jin was so determined to learn and accomplish the impossible. So here is the deal. Jin did not like himself or love himself until the Love Yourself album and campaign. He tells his story on stage. He came up with the World Wide Handsome title as to learn how to look into the mirror every morning and believe that. And used it as a positive affirmation. He BECAME accomplished singer and dancer and World Wide Handsome through determined work! Jin is my favorite because of that. Then he let go and let his crazy personality "out" and he has made us laugh ever since! He has quite the story. Oh yea. Then he started learning how to play the piano and guitar by himself. Then. Oh. He decided to start writing songs. And they are beautiful and heartfelt. He wrote Epiphany because he actually had an Epiphany. And a great one it IS!
Daniel is always sooo right The music industry is NOT big enough for them And the video you watched just covered the albums and awards and tours. The did SOOO much more alongside those things. The variety show Run BTS being only ONE of them. I don’t think there’s a group or a celebrity who’s created more content than them. Great reaction guys💜thanks
Right, and in fact, after the success with the series RUN BTS, other Korean artists follow suit. LIke it became a thing for K artist now to have their own variety show. Speaking of, BTS being the first and original, then everyone wants to follow their lead.
I’m pretty sure Going Seventeen has more eps than Run BTS? Also Run BTS wasn’t the first variety show from idols cuz most 2nd gen groups had their own variety shows. It’s been a thing since 2005 but ofc bts’ is the most popular 💪
@@harika_9399Going Seventeen has probably more episodes because it started as ‘behind the scenes’ before turning into a variety show. While in the case of RUN BTS, it was variety content from the start.
@@harika_9399 BTS probably popularize it more. I don't care who has the most, I did not even compare it to other artist who has the most. But I could say RUN BTS series is really entertaining and funny compared to other idols shows. I've been watching other idols variety shows, I not every episode is as iconic as BTS does. Not because they are popular now, but it has been from the beginning before their popularity globally. BTW I love Seventeen too..peace
BTS 2023 Grammy nominations: 🏆 Best Music Video - Yet To Come 🏆 Best Pop Duo/Group Performance - My Universe 🏆 Album of the Year - "Music of the Spheres". (BTS are credited as a featuring artist. Suga, RM & j-hope as songwriters.)
I think all the new ARMYs feel sorry because we didn't know them before and weren't there for them.. but Suga's words make me feel better.. He said we shouldn't be sad because they will come into our lives at the right time.. and for me it was really the right time. We are always here for them, and we will stand by them and encourage them as they were for us💜💜
Oh they definitely came into my life at the perfect moment. I was very unhappy with my life and was literally thinking about ending it when I saw the LIVE in BUSAN livestream flooding my YT feed. That very first song, Mic Drop got me. Never looked back nor switched to other livestreams. October 15, 2022. I’ll never forget it.
-editor xen guys I apologize for the typo on the short yesterday 😣 I wrote “tomorrow” out of habit, sorry for leading u on! But it’ll be worth the wait I promise☺️ it’s a very fun video 💜 (and I added extra time of bloopers for those who enjoy em)
You NEVER need to apologise to us Editor Xen - you are awesome... and we are patient.... the bloopers never get old... We WILL see you tomorrow now !! hahahah
You have a long way to go guys. I first saw BTS on May 20, 2018 at the Billboard Awards I was sixty six years old now I'm 71 and I'm still learning. I totally love them. They make my life so joyful. I hope to see them in concert one of this days.
I’ve been Army since 2016 and I’m still seeing clips and lives and such I’ve never seen before. There’s just so much to watch and listen to, it’s awesome. I hope to make it to one of their concerts too one day, hopefully we both fulfill that hope. 💜
I'm 63 and first saw BTS in 2017 and also STILL learning new things all the time about our 7 angels. They're my 7 grandsons from someone else's daughters.....lol...
@@KathyHussey063I'm in !! 73 yr grandma who LLLLOOVVEES BTS First saw them dancing in practice in 2014 & was simply bowled over. However rap wasn't my thing so while I had them - mainly their dancing - in the back of my mind - I didn't get back to them seriously till 2019. Since then it's been no looking back. And I'm a historic Beatlemaniac who'se done it all - just like you ARMYs ! So I'm reliving my youth while watching BTS - simply marvelous and unbeatable.
Guys I'm here to let you know (since I forgot to do it yesterday) that *Rise of Bangtan* is being re-uploaded and is up to 20 chapters already, so I'd recommend you go binge watch it because it might be taken down again and then you can upload your reactions to each episode separately at your own pace here. Again, there's no better source of info, more complete and well put as this documentary series, and the most amazing thing is that it's fanmade, yet is better that even big studios' documentaries about BTS. Pls we'll wait for your reaction 🥺🙏💜 Borahae~. This one is also very informative like most of ARMY'S videos but I'd say is mostly about discography and their music progress
Is it back on the original RUclips channel? Did Aneesa change her mind about deleting the videos? 👀 I heard that someone else uploaded the videos in another channel?
thank you daniel for saying that " they become so big that music industry cant handle them" thanks for acknowledging it. its a very important point. that is why for most of the armys are not kpop stans. we are bts stans. Cause bts is bigger than kpop and as abby said they don't fit in any box. they are not even kpop. they are just some artists who are in love with music. as they themselves said in the song " yet to come" : I, I just like music, Still not much different from back then) . and they just want to do music without get bothered.
thank you for taking the time to watch this! hope it helped you with your bts journey. also thank you editor xen for your hard work, it makes us laugh so much. and don’t worry about the typo, it could happen to anyone ❤️
One crazy fact that I love is that Sleepy the rapper that recommended Namjoon to big hit later became friends with Jin on a reality TV show they did together and he even revealed that when he was having a hard time Jin offered him some money to help him out he said that Jin never told anyone and just did it out of the kindness of his heart so sleepy told that story on a tv show once cause he wanted the world to know how kind Jin is. I find the whole situation kinda amazing, he decided to do a really selfless kind act for a 16 year old kid wanting to become a rapper and that 16 year old kid’s future bandmate returned that kindness years later. It really proves what goes around comes around, even if it’s years later doing good things will result in good karma back to you. I just like that little story 💜💜💜
Thought the same!! So very cool!!! Also, Sleepy made sure to ask Jin if it was okay to let people know about Jin’s generosity before hand. He didn’t want to embarrass him since Jin hadn’t even mentioned it to anyone (maybe RM?)
so true, but Sleepy was famous in SK and ignored RM , during their rookie years, because RM said multible times, he want to collab with Sleepy, and He didn't
The boys held a live after the 2022 Scammy’s and that had more views than the award show. That’s the power of BTS. As someone recommended I hope you react to BTS Hardship by xCeleste. I hope she would update it, but after watching that, I gained so much more appreciation for the men they are. Also, the Taylor guide was even more recent than this, as it was accurate to May 2022. I think you need the three BTS introduction videos plus the Hardship to get a big picture of their career. You guys, there is so much content… take your time! I love watching all the content with you guys! 💜
Theyve done the Taylor guide already I also like for them to react to XCeleste docus. CCW have reacted to 1 or 2 of XCeleste I think. XCeleste is the OG for BTS docus
BTS decided to release Dynamite because they thought the song would help ARMY get through the COVID pandemic by uplifting our spirits with its bright energy. During the 2022 Festa talk, when Namjoon told us how much the guys were affected emotionally and mentally by having the 2020 concert tour cancelled, it made even more sense that they chose to give us Dynamite without their usual input because they too were so burnt out. In addition, they had decided to use this time to craft their totally unexpected album ‘BE’ and put on online concerts since their entire 2020 schedule had been cancelled.
Oh man, their reaction to them losing the grammy is heartbreaking, infuriating and hilarious at the same time. Heartbreaking because the first thing they say is “Let’s hug. We’ve worked hard”. Infuriating because we (BTS and ARMYs both) didn’t deserve the way we were treated that night (and the weeks after). Hilarious because they released the behind the scenes and the first thing they did after was watch the video and make fun of their own reactions. And that’s why I love them, they never take themselves too seriously. This year they are nominated in multiple categories, but I personally don’t have any expectations. I don’t think they will perform without Jin so I don’t think I’ll even watch the broadcast. We’ll see
RIGHT!! I haven't seen their reaction to them not winning the grammys ( i always skip because my heart can't take it🥲) I remember how sad jimin was during their live after the first grammy they're nominated. Hope they'll win this time🫶🏻 their butter performance during the grammys was unforgettable though
how do you do it? This video right here (ruclips.net/user/shortsfoPBDLT2js0?feature=share) literally traumatized me, I can never watch a BTS reaction to Grammy's ever again because of that. I'd through a fit online. It's infuriating and makes me want to sob. Just, how dare they exploit them like that, how *dare* they mess with their emotions like that and use them? It's actually infuriating how this is, what, the 4th, 5th, time they're going to use them for clout again? I have a strong feeling towards grammy's, they don't deserve BTS, but I want them to have it so badly because I want them to believe they have nothing to prove!! I have no hope other than once again the best pop/duo performance, but if they lose again I won't be surprised. But at the same time, I truly believe when BTS return as OT7 in 2025, they'll make another banger that will grab the attention of everyone once again. Just have to have some patience
@@whatisilyionlyknowipurpleyou I’ll never forget that first grammy night in 2021. Awake for hours, feeling like a hostage. I wasn’t really angry that they lost, I just wanted to see their performance! We knew they were awake waiting with us. The performance was the second to last and they also didn’t let them do the whole song. The live they did after was devastating 😢 At the end of the day, they don’t have anything to prove, especially to the western music industry. But the grammy is one of the last achievements left (and a Brit award I guess). It would be nice if they got one but I feel like it’s no longer something they are actively pursuing
@@porpora570 I disagree. I think they're still definitely going for a Grammy. Why else would they still be submitting their work? They still want and crave that taste of victory, you can tell. They still want to prove everyone wrong, they still believe they have to keep proving themselves. And as a fan I can only support them, which is still why I dislike the scammy's, but I'm still rooting for them to grab it so they can leave it be! Like the military thing, so they can enlist and leave it be and not worry about it anymore. They're humble men, but I can understand the hunger they want to prove to everyone who never believed in them and still discredit their impact to be able to make it as far to the grammy's. I get it, truly I get that competitiveness. I just wish they saw themselves through the eyes of ARMY, and realize....you've made it! But as Jungkook has said "we're not disbanding, we have so much we still want to do as a group" ~2022 All I can do is sit back, and support them
@@whatisilyionlyknowipurpleyou When I said “actively pursuing” I mean that they didn’t make the usual grammy promo campaign like they did the last two years with dynamite and butter. I’m sure they want it. Why wouldn’t they? Even if we like it or not it is still a big achievement. And I agree with you, the only thing that we can do as armys is support them. We call the scammys out for their xenophobia but we’ll be there for BTS. We follow their lead 💜
People think they've learned everything after they watch Taylors video but there is so much more and other angles to see their story. Correction: BTS' first meeting was 32 fans in a corner of a mall. I wish someone would talk about Suga's shoulder injury. Because they had little money during. Suga took a job as a delivery boy for a Chinese restaurant. When he was out delivering the food, a car hit him on his bike. When he opened his eyes, his head was an inch from the tire and his shoulder got smashed. Thank you for your reactions. I love you all!
Re: your thoughts that the guys didn’t want to keep going down the hard rap path - Bang PD said that BTS was meant to be a group that evolved. It was going to evolve with the guys - from boyhood - to youth - to adults. I genuinely think this concept for the group as a whole is 1 of the reasons why they are able to relate such a wide and diverse audience
As an ARMY since 2014, I feel so emotional and proud to see them grow and get what they worked hard for despite the hate and xenophobia, they didn't give up and look at them today being LEGENDS
Update: We always post on Saturdays, there was a typo in the teaser 😅. Tomorrow all 4 of us will be able to join and watch live with everyone 😊 We were blown away!!! Can’t wait to rewatch this with everyone 😊
Wings album Is hands down, the most artistic BTS album Era of all time. They laid out all their cards and artistic sides and pushed it to perfection. Im still having goosebumps remember g that Era.
Loved watching this with you all. It never gets old seeing this over and over, how they’ve come so far. And look how far they’ve taken it even since this video, as a group and individually. This just proves how there will never be another BTS. I just appreciate every moment I can with them while I have them! 💜
you get into bts initially because of intrigue, visuals, choreography but you become fans when you dig deeper because of their undeniable talent, incomparable work ethic, their chaotic but genuine personalities, their strong bond, their sincerity, their passion for music and their craft and their humility. you dive deep and you finally feel seen, heard or appreciated and thats what bts and army have built. a culture of love, compassion, support, acceptance. its such a beautiful and inspiring journey that while rooting for them, you begin to root for yourself too. and then you learn to pay it forward. welcome to the bts rabbit hole :) its magical! :)
you perfectly described the overall journey into becoming hopelessly attached to, adoring of and loyally, forever supportive of BTS, Their journey has helped millions worldwide to love themselves and eachother MORE. We've all matured emotionally as we've watched BTS mature into 7 well rounded, amazingky takented, hardworking, humble, loving, considerate, grateful, yet SO down to earth young men, through their music, their examples and their beautifully close friendships they formed. There will never be another BTS I believe that; much like there's never been another phenomena that hit the world & canged it as much as the Beatles in their time and Elbis, Michael Jackson in their time.
@@KathyHussey063 Yeah. I agree. There will be other groups, and they can/will surpass what our boys have achieved but it'll never be the same. The journey the boys had to take and how each of us connected to their every step, it's deeply personal, deeply rooted and can never be replicated. I am so happy to have found them when I needed them and will continue to support them all my life. 💜 Apobangpo 💜
1:03:34 ME LITERALLY CRYING. I love watching pple discover and fall in love with bts because it allows me to reexperience the excitement and happiness that I felt when I first discovered them all over again. Appreciate y'all for recognizing their talent and hard work
Jin probably had the talent in singing but he never knew about it and was unaware how good he can sing and that's why he never practiced singing before ...like lot of our talents are just undiscovered and we don't even know about them..same case with him too ..and after he became a trainee he worked hard to improve, sharpen and nurture his skills and look at him now.. known as the silver vocalist!! He's such an inspiration 💜💜
The chemistry and bond they have is unmatched!! Their music has the ability to take you through every emotion and it makes me very happy. I'm so proud of them they are such incredible rolemodels!! Thanks for the reaction once again guys!!!
BTS grew organically which is very rare for bands like them be it korean or western. big kpop groups debut under big labels who secure them hundreds of thousands of fans day one, western boybands are created by major labels that hand them chart topping hit songs the day they are formed. BTS having this organic growth from the very bottom with music they themselves created to express themselves is what made them unique
Yes & they were allowed the artistic freedom to create music themselves (along with some other producers Hitman Bang hired who worked with them). Hitman Bang (or BangPD) decided to operate his training program for his artists totally different from all the other very big KPop companies at that time. He'd worked in Korea;s big 3 music companies & had seen how destructive the methods that were used by them was to the artist trainees themselves. He saw weight issues being enforced on trainees & how they made the members of a group compete with eachother to GET TO STAY in their groups. He'd seen the push for physical perfection on these young kids & what it did to them To his credit (and to our everlsasting gratitude) BangPD decided to run his small new company his way, in a better way that would not crush the souls of the young talented kids he signed contracts with. Now we (& the world) can see the wisdom he showed in his earlier choices & the incredible insight, compassion & bravery BangPD (Hitman Bang) had to NOT do it the same way those RICH KPop companies had operated for decades. Now we can see how vital it was that he was moved to treat BTS members so differently, because at ANY other company in Korea each of BTS's members would've NOT been allowed to be WHO they are & stay true to themselves so that they did write such moving songs I believe they would've had their unique personalities squashed right out of them & their spirits just crushed by the in company competition, the insane workloads & insisted upon hours of practice (that other companies still put on their trainees) and the push for perfection would've likely resulted in unneeded surgeries and mentally damaging pressures.
It’s funny you say that 19:49 but it’s been said multiple times how Jimin truly does add something new to bts. Many critics in Korea say that all the vocalist in bts are really good but because Jimin has such a unique voice he adds more to the music AND many people have pointed out his stage presence since they know that off stage he is actually shy and cute but in stage it’s almost impossible not to look at him. I want to point out that my bias is RM and it’s not like I’m saying the others members aren’t special or talented (I love all of them) there is just something about Jimin that attracts u. Once you Jim-in you can’t Jim-out
I knews it'd be this video 😁 a lot of people were also guessing the hardships video based on the teaser but you weren't sad enough for that to be the case 🤣
It's so funny because they just have so many songs that by the time you think you've caught up, you remember that they have albums in Japanese, songs on Soundcloud only, past live performances and interviews, PLUS all the new stuff released while you're trying to catch up! Army are literally so well fed - they truly spoil us and we gladly eat it all up lmao. If you want to react to their Japanese music listen to Let Go or Your Eyes Tell- Jin is the KING of their Japanese songs. okay love yall, great reaction!!!
Jin's hardwork and dedication in leraning how to dance and sing is amajin. His vocal coach even said that Jin's singing/vocal didnot develope..instead...he is metaphores...just like a caterpillar metamorphs into a butterfly...and tht happens one in a million...showin tht super hardwork and dedication works..and now he earn tittle by the grammy panelis as a singer with Silver Voice.
"The music industry isn't big enough to hold them; they have way too much to give." Beautifully said, Daniel!! I think that best describes BTS artistry and it stems from their unadulterated love for music and ARMY. They have so much to give so they make art in all ways, shape, and form. 💜 PS. Abby is such a huge mood loool
Just to be clear because i consider it misinfo to push otherwise; Jin is not the only one who had to 'level up' in bts (Jimin didnt know how to sing, Jungkook didnt do dance but went to classes in LA after he passed auditions, Tae didnt sing or dance, Hobi didnt rap, Namjoon didnt dance, and Yoongi did know how to dance but he was lead to believe he wouldnt have to) and in fact when Jin was 15 years old, a kid, he was scouted by an agency and passed auditions which means he DID have talent, but wisely he chose to have a somewhat normal childhood and didnt enter the industry officially until he was a legal adult. A copy/paste from before: jin is the only main and official visual of the group (the most beautiful man in the world according to science and even compared to greek god sculptures like Zeus), also a renowned and critically acclaimed vocalist. In 2013 and onward he was in college, having to travel to and from classes and even had to miss his formal graduation as he didnt have the time to both train and be in school without missing important schedules but he always worked around it and worked even harder. He's the only one in the group as well as south korea to enthrall the Japanese public so deeply he received the highest honor of their society giving his solos a full standing ovation. He's also the only album million seller in the group and the first person in history to do this with one song in south korea. The only person in the group to be so acclaimed by the grammys they gave him the title 'silver vocalist' as well as MTV calling Seokjin the 'nations vocalist'. He's considered the most beautiful m an in the world by actual scientists while also being an amazing singer and dancer, he's extremely humble and as his Master Park Rokdam said recently; Jin is a vocalist and talent who only is born once a hundred years. Clearly someone special and always will be.
Stay Gold is the song that saved my live in 2020. I was waiting for a hotline to pick up and no one would. I saw that MV at the corner of my eye, listened to it , didnt understnad what anything was except for the emotion and the words stay gold. it broke me down and I hadnt cried in years. that eventually made me realize how numb ive been (my bf killed himself years ago and I never processed it so i was a shell of a person living). once I went down the rabbit hole of the trilogies... it got me to go to therapy. and here I am typing three years later, two promotions later, better than ever. a lot of army have similar stories, BTS music isnt jjust random pop melodies, it has value, It has saved lives.
One of the reasons why we are successful is that each member concedes what he wants to do for other members. It's hard to maintain a team if there is a person who wants to do whatever he wants as he thinks he is successful. And I think that's why we can maintain our team. -Jin
The most amazing thing I've discovered is you can go to all these albums and the b-side songs are AMAZING. Every album has at least half a dozen FANTASTIC songs and some are solid gold front to back. I've discovered after the fact that even songs that don't care for at first hearing win me over after a couple of hearings. Some of those non-singles are some of my favorite of their songs. And I love their singles.
This is their success. The criticism, hate & discrimination they’ve faced & still face is countless. The impact all these has on their physical & mental health is unimaginable. But they came out of it stronger & braver. They’ve spoken about of courageously & I know will endure head on in the future too, because they’ve got us ARMYs. Always.
What fascinates me is that when I became an ARMY, I think I did the right thing. When I found them I first listen to their very first song up until to the latest song during that time. I never rushed to be their fan and patiently started to watch at the very first content until I reached the latest. From past tweets, fancafe post, Logs, vlives, MVs, dance practice, variety shows, bangtan bombs and every clips that's available for me to watch. I was in the very dark time during that time and I have a lot of spare time and that really helped me to free myself with those darkness. And maybe that's why I felt like I was with them from the very beginning and that's why it's making me so sad and missed them so bad during this time. 🥺 So I think your decision to watch the main tracks by chronological order is a very good move. 💜💜💜
And they already mentioned in their Instagram post somewhere that it'll be available in 48hr...maybe it's a long video so the editing will also need time.💜
I actually following BTS pretty much early, it was end of 2013 but I'M STILL OVERWHELMED with all their contents up until now. So it's okay to feel overwhelmed Summer 😂
so much respect for these boys! (men actually) they work so hard is such an inspiration to this 45 year old single mom here! they forever have touched my heart! side note...if you have a membership on their Weverse app you get dibbs on concert tickets before the general public! get that membership!! Also Rise of Bangtan docuseries is well worth the watch! it shows thier absolute core stardom and is very informational
I found BTS in early 2014 and can't even imagine my life without them (I wouldn't want to). I have been blessed to see BTS in concert several times most recently in Las Vegas early last year. There is nothing else in the world like a BTS concert & I can't wait to experience it again. Here's looking forward to 2025 and beyond while still enjoying the ride with you 'til then.
I always get goosebumps watching videos like those because i've been there since their debut, still remember getting their first two albums for christmas in 2013 and everything. Spring Day is the queen because she's always on charts, doesn't matter if BTS are active or not
Very honestly if HYYH was released today, it would've shaken the entire music industry! That entire album, the story line, the messages were far ahead of it's time and it is to this day considered one of THE best BTS albums 💯
I found you guys when you started… and I was then about 6 months into BTS …so absolutely love watching you guys I learn so much and love watching your reactions… I too soooo want to go to a concert and will do ANYTHING to make sure I go when they l get back from the military. Love love love love your videos and I always watch until the end😍😍😍😍
This is why we say BTS paved the way, cause now it's way easier for kpop artist to have good numbers around the world and everything it's thanks to BTS.
They don't need it, and they know they don't need it.. but Yoongi said he wants one so.. we!re moving mountains if we have to to get it. Fairly, of course.
This is the updated version as of 2022 and it didn't even get to the Proof era or their solo projects. The boys are insane and unstoppable. No one does it like them.
I would like to point out that Jimin didn’t sing before BTS. He had to learn. He was actually scared he was going to get cut because he wasn’t good enough. Jimin would cry after performances saying he messed up. And now he is the most wonderfully unique voice they have. Suga even talked about how hard he worked during a recent episode of his new show. Also, I would like to throw in RM’s response to losing the scammys last year… “We didn’t come to Vegas for the Grammys. We came to focus on the ARMYs! The records, the titles, accomplishments, the trophies, they’re really important, but that wasn’t the first thing, the first reason why we started all these things. These two hours of community, energy, eye to eye, singing along, dancing together, this communication, this is everything, this is why we’re doing this, right? I hope you know it. I love you! Let the haters hate, let the lovers love.” 💜
Daniel is ✨amazing✨ he remembers everything IM JUNGSHOOK ++ it's okay to feel overwhelmed guys! I know it's a lot but you guys made A LOT of progress since you started💜 we're here to watch u guys go down this journey! Borahae🫶🏻
Regarding American Hustle Life (AHL) Storytime: I was 17 years old and witnessed the birth of the hip hop culture in NY back in the late 70’s (I don’t look my age and I am so Thankful for each year). I discovered BTS in 2014 via AHL and I realize that many don’t understand that hip hop is not just a genre, it is a culture within a culture and what is a fad for some is a way of life for others. Hip hop fuses music (rap) art (graffiti) dance (breakdancing) skill (beatbox) and fashion that gave an outlet to inner-city youth to express themselves in a way that defined a generation. We were told by the media that it was “Black kids making noise” and that “It would never last”. The industry didn’t understand and the Grammys expected it to go away (exactly is exactly what they initially did to Kpop!) It was / is a creative outlet; an alternative to violence and a path to self-improvement and self-employment as so many lives where enriched and changed for the better because of it. And hip hop was about respect. You were expected to hold your own on the mic or the dance floor. You were expected to be thick skinned, quick-witted and street-smart. Being soft and lacking confidence was not an option…. 𝙎𝙊, 𝙬𝙝𝙚𝙣 𝘽𝙖𝙣𝙜𝙋𝘿 𝙨𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝘽𝙏𝙎 𝙩𝙤 𝙇𝙤𝙨 𝘼𝙣𝙜𝙚𝙡𝙚𝙨 𝙩𝙤 𝙜𝙚𝙩 𝙖 𝙘𝙧𝙖𝙨𝙝 𝙘𝙤𝙪𝙧𝙨𝙚 𝙞𝙣 𝙝𝙞𝙥 𝙝𝙤𝙥 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙒𝙖𝙧𝙧𝙚𝙣 𝙂 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙡𝙖𝙩𝙚 𝘾𝙤𝙤𝙡𝙞𝙤 (𝙍𝙄𝙋) 𝙖𝙨 𝙩𝙬𝙤 𝙤𝙛 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙞𝙧 𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙤𝙧𝙨, 𝙄𝙏 𝙈𝘼𝙏𝙏𝙀𝙍𝙀𝘿 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝘽𝙏𝙎 𝙪𝙣𝙙𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙩𝙤𝙤𝙙 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙖𝙨𝙨𝙞𝙜𝙣𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩, 𝘼𝙉𝘿 𝙏𝙃𝙀𝙔 𝘿𝙄𝘿! The balance between the nurturing spirit of Warren G combined with the no-nonsense- “Don’t-play-with-me-attitude” of Coolio was NECESSARY and IF that balance was not there, BTS journey would have been a joke. Both men balanced each other out and BTS benefitted from that. Warren G and Coolio survived an environment that many could not imagine living under! When other artists dismiss rap music and “rebellious” they clearly have no clue of what it took not only for the culture to flourish but also for it citizens to survive within it. Again, what is a fad for some, is a way of life for others. BTS place value on everything that they do! Whatever was given to them to accomplish in AHL during their crash course in hip hop, BTS nailed it!!!
I feel as though they (especially the rap line) have a respect for the culture and have definitely earned the respect of many of us who lived it and had no idea that it would have the world-wide impact that it has. The makers of this content can only joke about it or give warning to the “LA Version of Boy In Luv”, which totally undermines the purpose of why AHL was so important to BTS and their journey. (BTW there are many ARMY who I know would act “cringy” in front of BTS if all eyes were on them, or just by being in the same room with them! BTS interaction with Cristina, Victoria and Jewel is the perfect case study for how some guys act nervous around attractive women). They were inexperience with that interaction and I say they still pulled off that video! For those who have seen AHL I hope you will reconsider its value as it pertains to the journey of BTS and who they are today. And for those who have yet to see the series, please go in with an open mind. Thanks!
@@himaririku5289 It is the number one reason people tell new Army not to watch it. I personally do not think it was cringy at all but everyone is different.
@@carlagirl7 I don’t know of anyone who would tell people not to watch it but Ido know many people will warn about small parts of it not because of the girls but because of the beginning bit, (if you’ve watched it you know) the part where the guy hits Jin, the bits when Coolio insults Tae, etc. the whole rest of the show was great especially the parts with Warren G. and their various teachers.
@@cuesegue I have had conversations online asking people to let folks decide for themselves….(Keep in mind its the music video “LA Version of Boy in Luv” that trended as being cringy and “don’t watch”…. Not AHL)…. I never heard anyone say don’t watch AHL, just folks saying they didn’t like it…
the amount of hard work, teamwork, dedication, and pressure ARMYs had during butter to keep it on charts for 10 weeks was insane. We did our very VERY best to give what the boys deserved, ARMYs all over the world did a lot of promotions, global streaming parties every weekends, streaming parties everyday, buying tracks everyday, while also preparing for the voting months was exhausting but veryyy fun at the same time! big army accounts on twt who hosted streaming & buying parties did their very best to keep everyone organized and engaged throughout the promotion months. It's absolutely amazing how powerful army's love for BTS, we'd work together to pay for their hardwork and good music. It was all worth it in the end but it really broke us when grammy snubbed the award AGAIN for butter last year. Although we knew they would do it, but it was so disappointing. Still, BTS & ARMY made sure to cheer each other up, countless of tweets were all over the tl to congrats and thank everyone for working hard and BTS made sure to show how much they appreciate us. It's so heartwarming to know that BTS & ARMYs bond is mutual and strong.
You got me ugly crying while eating my breakfast. God. I miss them so much 😭🫂😩 I wish they're resting well and not having a hard time. I just got the memory lane since 2016 I became an ARMY, all the comebacks I really worked hard for. I'm on this for the rest of my life, my BTS besties for life 💜🫂
Seokjin is so inspiring to me, everything he does is a gift. He can sing like an angel, dance like a dream, act in such a way that sucks the audience into any story (he's the main character of the Bangtan Universe for a reason), and even in the Military he's able to achieve a position of leadership and respect. As said during his ceremony, wherever Jin goes he does well. It doesn't matter what you place in front of him or who doubts him, when he wants to achieve something he goes above and beyond. That's why he's the most acclaimed vocalist in the group as one of the most accomplished vocalists in SK despite only singing after he entered college. It's why he's first person in history to become a Million Seller with just one song and one single album. Why his face alone on Ottogi's brand brought them into being a trillion dollar company. Why he's called the Grammy's "Silver Voice", as well as the nations vocalist. Some people are born with talent they never knew they had until they tried, and Jin is just one of those jack of all trades, even if he can be so deeply humble it's the truth that he's one of the most amazing talents the worlds seen and when he comes back in 2024 he's only going to become greater.
Thank you for your honest reaction! You have grown so much from your first video! These seven boys/men are phenomenal! I’m 75 and have lived thru many groups but nothing like BTS. Their message is what we need!
Even though I've heard everything they've put out, it is a lot. I'm still amazed how hefty their discography is. These boys were working on music NONSTOP. that's so rare. we as fans are so well fed.
Daesang = Grand Prize/Main Award; they are the only group to sweep all 4 of the awards in one year and do this multiple times (Artist of the Year, Album of the Year, Song of the Year, and Record of the Year/Worldwide Icon - depending on the show). I am so glad you watched this video! The Taylor Guide is a great introduction to each of the 7 members (although the Jin part could have been better), but I think this guide is the best one to tell you about BTS' journey, and I can't wait for the 2023 update since so much has happened in the past 9 months. When you watch multiple guides you will see some of the information repeated, but each guide has so much information that it's hard to absorb all of it in one sitting. So even if you see some of the same info again, you may actually be taking in/learning something new each time, or being reminded of something you previously forgot. Thanks for your reaction!
I have been an army since debut because of following neuron on RUclips and seeing jhope.. someone in the comments said he got signed to be an idol,I bought the Asian TV package and got no sleep watching them debut 🤣🤣
BTS are honestly so amazing and such wonderful humans, they deserve all the success in life and more. They've been through so much from the people in the industry, other groups, group fans, haters and antis but they still keep going with their heads held high and proud. I love your growth from the start to now. I can't wait for you to react to more of their content.
I tried and failed to get tickets to the SoFi tour during the presale. I tweeted about how frustrating and devastating it was, since I had held tickets for the tour COVID cancelled. Then an ARMY reached out to me on Twitter and told me she had two extra tickets. I cautiously messaged her until I realized it really was legit and, unforgettably, my husband and I were able to fly to California and attend the final night of the LA shows. It was incredibly emotional for both of us, and we will never forget how positive and euphoric the energy was there. Everyone was so uncertain about the future due to the pandemic. BTS' military enlistment was uncertain. We thought it very well could have been BTS' last concert ever. After an amazing night surprising Jin for his birthday as an enormous crowd bigger than the Superbowl by making special signs and Moon-shaped ARMY bomb covers, at the end of the show MY UNIVERSE starts playing and CHRIS MARTIN came out to perform an encore with BTS. Literally the best concert experience and probably one of the most amazing human experiences I'll ever have.
Great reaction! This video, in a relatively short video, really shows how much BTS has done and won in their career! It also *kinda* shows how LARGE thier discography is- it's huge!!! Good luck on your journey.
So many things happened and changed in 2022, it's crazy. 😭😭 If I feel overwhelmed imagine how BTS feel... I just hope they heal and be happy so they comeback stronger than ever as a group in 2025! I already miss them so much but I'm happy that I came across your channel so I can watch your BTS journey and experience that feeling of discovering BTS once again. 😭💜 It would be a lie if I say that I'm not waiting for the Grammys.. and I do it because BTS is nominated. Sadly, it wouldn't be a surprised if they get robbed again. We know they don't need that award to be validated as amazing artists but we know it's an award the guys want so I really hope they win one someday. I truly can't believe they didn't won one with Dynamite and Butter and they really deserved way more nominations at that time but they only got for Best Duo/Group performance.. Anyways, let's hope for the best. They have nominations and that's something to be already proud about. It's heartbreaking watch the guys being scammed and sad because of some things they have gone through. I will leave here some things that Namjoon said in a vlive in Las Vegas after the Grammys. It made me feel sad for many reasons but happy and proud at the same time because I'm an army an I stan these amazing artists and human beings: -"Looking at the other artists stages... I felt something. So, all we can do is just is do our best from now on, get better, making good music... that's all we can do. What I just felt the most is that we have to be directly participating in our whole album more. Like personally.. the lyrics, melodies, arrangements.. someday we're gonna do it all by ourselves, that's our goal. I think that's one of the reasons why some people look down on us but it's gonna be solved anyway as time passes by." (They are always so hardworking and looking for improvement. They are pretty involved in the process of their own music, even more than some artists that won a Grammy but people are looking down on them there because Dynamite and Butter are the songs that they didn't get involved. Only RM has credits for Butter) -“There have been many people who dislike us. And that could be because of some things we did or not. But there’s no such person/ team who has had everyone like them. And to have people in the US that don’t like us, it’s good and it means we’re that much mainstream.” -“BTS isn’t just 7 boys. Now it’s a huge wave of various people & what they ignore is the existence of the ARMY. Different races & genders, are meaningfully involved in the name of BTS. I just want people to know that.” -“The records , the titles, the accomplishments, the trophies, they’re really important… but that’s not the first reason why we started all of this. These two hours… this communication… this is everything. This is why we’re doing this.”

It's magical to relive my 9yrs BTS journey with you guys. My adorable nieces 1st intro BTS to me 9yrs back and I have been enjoying every BTS moment ever since....my nieces are in College now...imagine. BTS had me laughed, cried, smiled, melted into a puddle gazillion times as they shared every ounce of their raw, authentic, loving selves to us. Love the boys. God bless them good health, joy, love and an ever more beautiful future ❤️
hey army, instead of complaining about the video not being uploaded today, lets be thankful they are doing this in the first place!!! we need to remember they have lives of their own, jobs and familys to take care of just like the rest of us. im sure they will be back on their upload schedule in no time and if thats not possible they will come up with one that works better for them (3 videos a week is a lot of work, they are not gonna be able to do that every week).so please lets be patient and empathetic, no need to say you "are not gonna watch them anymore". they are great reactors and probably the most (or one of) genuine ones out there, so lets enjoy the videos they do put out when they decide to put them out :))). borahae, everyone!!!
Oh geeezz I’ve seen it before but literally had tears running down my face for the last ten minutes. Now I am happy and sad… Sometimes I don’t realize how much I’ve seen in the past six years.. I’m grateful to them for so much. I never thought a music group would truly affect my life like they have. It was a dream to me to see them April 8. The night flew by for sure. I’ve often wondered what I would be doing without them….and I’m glad I don’t have too. Thank you CCW for showing up haha! Really will be here for your journey. I also watched to the very end…thank you Abby for almost voting 😂 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜
Finally! I am so glad you heeded to my recommendation months ago. This one is the most accurate of BTS journey from the time they debut through to date. Been an Army since their debut first because of Jung Kook and then learned to appreciate all of them. Thank you!
Not just global recognition but global dominance! 🤩 BTS is unmatched bec their passion & authenticity are not just consistent but adaptive & agile. Proud to be an Army! Proud to be in the same time & universe to witness their magnificence! 💜 A lot of people including myself discovered them during pandemic & my only regret is not knowing them early on but i think i also made a good progress watching so much contents. Happy is an understatement that i had the chance to watch them live in Yet To Come Busan! 💜
A little note that isn’t mentioned in the docu: even once the members were recruited, they were still trainees among many other trainees. So for example, like u guys were saying, if Jin didn’t do well enough with learning how to dance, he wouldn’t have been chosen for the group and a different trainee would’ve likely replaced his spot in the group despite their months and years spent practicing
Rise of bangtan also a fan made series would be good for you to catch up..the episodes were quite long but you'll get to have. Songs from the album, their journey plus more behind the scenes.. Thankie for this reaction. Kudos CCW and xen 👏👏💜💜💜💜
Listen guys (and I'm sure others have said) Suga has said something to the effect, don't feel regretful that you weren't with us from debut; the first day you met us was the first day we debuted for you. So don't feel sad Abigail, they know new ARMY is born daily and most of us are accepting of your newness because we were all newborn ARMY at some point. Regarding going to a concert 😬 - I've been told that it's difficult and it certainly is stressful but there are a few videos out there that explain what (not) to do to increase your chances. My daughter and I became ARMY during the pandemic and thought we were not going to see a concert for years; but I joined Weverse and bought ARMYbombs just to have. Then they announced Permission to Dance at SoFi (my home area) and we were sooo excited. It was very stressful getting tickets (I had my laptop, my tablet, and my phone working) but I got them: 2 in November and 2 in December. I sold the 2 in December though (no markup) to my daughter's friend and her Mom who were both new ARMY as well. We had the best time, it was her first concert ever and an awesome bonding moment for us. We were "passing through😉" Borahaegas (Las Vegas) in April, on our way to Arizona to drop our daughter off to spend Spring Break with her sister and I got tickets to PTD (at the MGM theater though, not the Allegiant Stadium). This time my husband was curious and wanted to go (The Jimin Effect is strong in that one ... but he doesn't know it); he enjoyed the concert and those tickets were easier to get. Don't forget @CCW, they will be showing the Busan "Yet To Come" Concert in theaters in February! I already have my tickets ... but don't wait to get tickets thinking, oh it's just a showing, it's not even live ... if you want to go, GET YOUR TICKETS NOW!! I just checked my nearest theater and thankfully they're showing it AND all of the middle seats were already bought! I love this documentary from the Rice Squad, I hope all of the documentaries' creators do updates with BTS entering Ch2, their solo work and the military, there's quite a lot to digest. Anyway, thanks for the reaction and looking forward to the next one. 💜💜💜💜 @Editor Xen: You are hilarious, loved the purple-drenched ARMY going after antis!! I almost thought Yoongi's extended "hotness" was part of the documentary lol!! Great editing!!💜
Wings era was my era, and all I could say is that I'm also beyond proud of how far they came, and being able to witness it happen. I hope the best for them on this break, and can't wait to see what the future holds for them.
Daniel and Summer being in a mood 😳 before the video. If we finish early we can the stuff for the trip... then at the end of the video forgetting we are still her watching their 1 hour + video. CCW- I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE your reactions to longer video content!!!!! This really made me feel satisfied! Sometimes, the shorter one leave me talking to the screen for you to watch the MV, lyrics, live version, the making of the song or mv. I know a lot of us would sit there and watch a long video with all the aspects of one song. I know it's a lot but you dont have to worry about running out of content. You wiill have years of stuff. 💜🫰✌️💜🙏💜
thank you so much for the feedback guys, and I hope we can continue this journey together! you are amazing, I love your reactions. love from Brazil! 😄💜🇧🇷
I love how towards the end one of you said that BTS is becoming untouchable. Ever since...what, 2015? That's been ARMY's goal. They had a lot thrown at them in the early years, and it hurt us so much to see that, that we decided to make them big enough that nothing could touch them, one day. A few years ago, we realized we reached that goal, and we were very proud of them, and happy we succeeded!
I am from America and have traveled to many countries, from the North Pole to Australia, Africa,Europe,Russia, Kazakhstan and everywhere we put on BTS music and videos. They were proud of them. BTS turned the usual award scenes into something magnificent like their concerts.I love it so much and I'm glad that thanks to BTS I met a lot of good ARMIE fans. Moreover, people in Africa and Australia were grateful for their donation. Thank you BTS for decorating our lives. While they are serving in the military, we watch all their videos and miss them. Without BTS, the music industry has lost its color. I would rather have 2025 with BTS. If you look at RUclips, a lot of nationalities are filming reactions to their clips, performances and bts wounds.A global and legendary band. Not only the music, they themselves and their friendship and relationship, humor, fun are nice to watch. Sometimes, without even understanding Korean, we watch their interviews.
I really envy newer Army like yourselves. While BTS is away for military duty, you get to spend the whole time seeing 'all new material'. Thanks for letting me relive it with you.

Nice comment; I hope they see it.
Epiphany is not written by Jin. Atleast not the version that was released officially.
That's why I have a huge respect for Jin , I'm a ot7 but Jin's hardwork and his incredible improvement got me kneel down before him
Damn! I didn't know of this. Thanku for sharing this💜🙌🏻
Omg….. just biased wrecked with this info.😮… thank you for this 💜💜💜
Daniel is always sooo right
The music industry is NOT big enough for them
And the video you watched just covered the albums and awards and tours.
@@deniseM0127 yeah I didn’t include those…there’s around 170 eps of variety
@@harika_9399 BTS probably popularize it more. I don't care who has the most, I did not even compare it to other artist who has the most. But I could say RUN BTS series is really entertaining and funny compared to other idols shows. I've been watching other idols variety shows, I not every episode is as iconic as BTS does. Not because they are popular now, but it has been from the beginning before their popularity globally. BTW I love Seventeen too..peace

He didn’t want to embarrass him since Jin hadn’t even mentioned it to anyone (maybe RM?)
so true, but Sleepy was famous in SK and ignored RM , during their rookie years, because RM said multible times, he want to collab with Sleepy,
and He didn't

The boys held a live after the 2022 Scammy’s and that had more views than the award show. That’s the power of BTS. As someone recommended I hope you react to BTS Hardship by xCeleste. I hope she would update it, but after watching that, I gained so much more appreciation for the men they are. Also, the Taylor guide was even more recent than this, as it was accurate to May 2022. I think you need the three BTS introduction videos plus the Hardship to get a big picture of their career. You guys, there is so much content… take your time! I love watching all the content with you guys! 💜
I also love to watch with you all od this!!!!
Theyve done the Taylor guide already
I also like for them to react to XCeleste docus.
The live they did after was devastating 😢
At the end of the day, they don’t have anything to prove, especially to the western music industry.
But as Jungkook has said "we're not disbanding, we have so much we still want to do as a group" ~2022
All I can do is sit back, and support them
@@whatisilyionlyknowipurpleyou When I said “actively pursuing” I mean that they didn’t make the usual grammy promo campaign like they did the last two years with dynamite and butter.
OMG this is one if the best documentary out there here which I recommend to most new reactors here..
I'm so happy ya'll reacted to this one 😭✨
What time today?
Definitely not the "best" when the "Rise of Bangtan" series exists.
@@aparna12242 I mean they said "ONE of the best"
Your profile screams Tata mic 😌💜
Re: your thoughts that the guys didn’t want to keep going down the hard rap path - Bang PD said that BTS was meant to be a group that evolved. It was going to evolve with the guys - from boyhood - to youth - to adults. I genuinely think this concept for the group as a whole is 1 of the reasons why they are able to relate such a wide and diverse audience
Their history is insane. I'm so proud of them and so proud to be the ARMY💜💜💜👏👏👏🎆
As an ARMY since 2014, I feel so emotional and proud to see them grow and get what they worked hard for despite the hate and xenophobia, they didn't give up and look at them today being LEGENDS
Update: We always post on Saturdays, there was a typo in the teaser 😅. Tomorrow all 4 of us will be able to join and watch live with everyone 😊
We were blown away!!! Can’t wait to rewatch this with everyone 😊
Pleasee post it today if possible 🙏🙏🙏
true, i thought you guys gonna post it today . I waited late up night for this.
I thought it was today. Waited the whole day 🥲
I thought u were gonna post it today :(
So many of us were waiting .
Pls react to jungkook and Charlie puth left and right music video 😊💜
Yes me too ! APOBANGPO !!
When y'all say BTS have won a lot of awards, they indeed have won a lot. They are the 4th most awarded musicians of ALL TIME
BTS grew organically which is very rare for bands like them be it korean or western. big kpop groups debut under big labels who secure them hundreds of thousands of fans day one, western boybands are created by major labels that hand them chart topping hit songs the day they are formed.
Once you Jim-in you can’t Jim-out
Yeah, even RM himself said Jimin gives flavor to their music and makes it more special.
I knews it'd be this video 😁 a lot of people were also guessing the hardships video based on the teaser but you weren't sad enough for that to be the case 🤣
Ikr...I guessed this one too 😁

I thought the same... I can't watch it without smashing things....
@@conchispace same .... the things for they got all the hate .... it's just ridiculous

If you want to react to their Japanese music listen to Let Go or Your Eyes Tell- Jin is the KING of their Japanese songs. okay love yall, great reaction!!!
the little "scammys" popping up in editing lmfao
PS.
Not me thinking we’re gonna get it today 🤡
OnG 💀
Lol right
sorry on the typo! My mistake 😣

Right now BTS have over 90 + million Army Fans all over the world and growing ever day.
One of the reasons why we are successful is that each member concedes what he wants to do for other members. It's hard to maintain a team if there is a person who wants to do whatever he wants as he thinks he is successful. And I think that's why we can maintain our team. -Jin
In addition to that 'BTS Hardships 2013-2021' by xCeleste would be an amazing video, hope you react to that one too!! Love your videos so much!!
Up! 💜 Would love to see their reaction to this video.
I would also suggest Xceleste video "From Nobodies to Legends". She's an amazing creator and a legit ARMY 💜🎉
Yessss pleasseeee, react to both of course.
Up💜💜💜
Yes this one! It’s hard to watch but it’s a must.
Always.
The epic suspense when jimin joined. Truly wouldnt be half as good if he didnt join, the power he holds! The multi talented prince
So I think your decision to watch the main tracks by chronological order is a very good move. 💜💜💜
abi's reaction to olivia and v talking was so cute🤣💜
Dude i thought you would be posting it today. I was waiting for the whole day 😭
samee
Good things are worth the wait💜
Sameeee
And they already mentioned in their Instagram post somewhere that it'll be available in 48hr...maybe it's a long video so the editing will also need time.💜
Same!
What yoongi want, yoongi get. So yeah we'll moving mountains.
Also, I would like to throw in RM’s response to losing the scammys last year…
“We didn’t come to Vegas for the Grammys.
Ahhhhhh he is the President for very good reasons.....he'll always be our President.
You all are purple blooded... Won my heart... Welcome to the fam army... Virtual hugs ..
Daniel is ✨amazing✨ he remembers everything IM JUNGSHOOK ++ it's okay to feel overwhelmed guys! I know it's a lot but you guys made A LOT of progress since you started💜 we're here to watch u guys go down this journey! Borahae🫶🏻
Regarding American Hustle Life (AHL)
Storytime: I was 17 years old and witnessed the birth of the hip hop culture in NY back in the late 70’s (I don’t look my age and I am so Thankful for each year).
I discovered BTS in 2014 via AHL and I realize that
many don’t understand that hip hop is not just a genre, it is a culture within a culture and what is a fad for some is a way of life for others.
Hip hop fuses music (rap) art (graffiti) dance (breakdancing) skill (beatbox) and fashion that gave an outlet to inner-city youth to express themselves in a way that defined a generation. We were told by the media that it was “Black kids making noise” and that “It would never last”. The industry didn’t understand and the Grammys expected it to go away (exactly is exactly what they initially did to Kpop!)
It was / is a creative outlet; an alternative to violence and a path to self-improvement and self-employment as so many lives where enriched and changed for the better because of it.
Thanks!
what's their cringiness got to do with it
@@himaririku5289 It is the number one reason people tell new Army not to watch it. I personally do not think it was cringy at all but everyone is different.
Hi Carla!! Thank you! And yes, we do have American Hustle on our list to watch eventually. It’s all part of their journey to where they are today 😊
I just love the story of BTS. They trully have made a mark in the global music scene. I cannot wait for their comeback in 2025. 💜
Thank you for reacting to BTS when we miss them the most being a group ❤
this is so beautiful! I literally finish 16hr shift at the hospital and sitting down and watching your reaction is how I decompress. Thank you!!!
🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
Even though I've heard everything they've put out, it is a lot. I'm still amazed how hefty their discography is. These boys were working on music NONSTOP. that's so rare. we as fans are so well fed.
I was once again reminded why I love this group so much. 💜
Film out is for sure one of my top BTS songs, you must watch it. Its beautiful and the lyrics, the production, their voices, everything is on point.
I love that the editor added: "scammys" when talking about the Grammys.
I have been an army since debut because of following neuron on RUclips and seeing jhope.. someone in the comments said he got signed to be an idol,I bought the Asian TV package and got no sleep watching them debut 🤣🤣
Wow you're a legend 😮
Yet To Come movie tickets is out in the US from Feb1-9. Hope you can catch them.
Great reaction! This video, in a relatively short video, really shows how much BTS has done and won in their career! It also *kinda* shows how LARGE thier discography is- it's huge!!! Good luck on your journey.
So many things happened and changed in 2022, it's crazy. 😭😭
If I feel overwhelmed imagine how BTS feel... I just hope they heal and be happy so they comeback stronger than ever as a group in 2025!
I already miss them so much but I'm happy that I came across your channel so I can watch your BTS journey and experience that feeling of discovering BTS once again. 😭💜
It would be a lie if I say that I'm not waiting for the Grammys.. and I do it because BTS is nominated.
It made me feel sad for many reasons but happy and proud at the same time because I'm an army an I stan these amazing artists and human beings:
-"Looking at the other artists stages... I think that's one of the reasons why some people look down on us but it's gonna be solved anyway as time passes by."
(They are always so hardworking and looking for improvement. They are pretty involved in the process of their own music, even more than some artists that won a Grammy but people are looking down on them there because Dynamite and Butter are the songs that they didn't get involved. Only RM has credits for Butter)
-“There have been many people who dislike us. And that could be because of some things we did or not. But there’s no such person/ team who has had everyone like them. And to have people in the US that don’t like us, it’s good and it means we’re that much mainstream.”
-“BTS isn’t just 7 boys. Now it’s a huge wave of various people & what they ignore is the existence of the ARMY. Different races & genders, are meaningfully involved in the name of BTS. I just want people to know that.”
-“The records , the titles, the accomplishments, the trophies, they’re really important… but that’s not the first reason why we started all of this. These two hours… this communication… this is everything. This is why we’re doing this.”
I love the fact that this reaction video is 1 hour long. Thank you for making time to do this long reaction. We appreciate it so much!
-JHOPE'S LOLLAPALOOZA (1hr 17 mins) this epic!!!!!!
-BTS FESTA 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021 and (2022💔) Hope you watch it so you see more abt their personalities 💜
You did a perfect job - your explanation was impressive if English is your second language ! 💜Borahae💜
@@JoSedunary thank u so much
I would never have known that English is your second language! you wrote very well!! Borahae!💜
@@mayianna7805 Truth ^^
Appreciate your time knowing BTS! 💜
I'm glad y'all are reacted to this. Literally one of my fav documentary here.
You become fans because of how they look or their music or their dances or their talks.
You stay an army for who they are.
I also watched to the very end…thank you Abby for almost voting 😂
💜💜💜💜💜💜💜
I actually love y’all’s energy sm, I watched the whole video through didn’t skip anything bcz y’all have such good energy/pov
Finally! I am so glad you heeded to my recommendation months ago. This one is the most accurate of BTS journey from the time they debut through to date. Been an Army since their debut first because of Jung Kook and then learned to appreciate all of them. Thank you!
Not just global recognition but global dominance! 🤩
BTS is unmatched bec their passion & authenticity are not just consistent but adaptive & agile.
Proud to be an Army! Proud to be in the same time & universe to witness their magnificence! 💜
A lot of people including myself discovered them during pandemic & my only regret is not knowing them early on but i think i also made a good progress watching so much contents.
@Editor Xen: You are hilarious, loved the purple-drenched ARMY going after antis!!
Jin's tone is god's gift ...he just was not aware of it ...💎💜
thank you so much for the feedback guys, and I hope we can continue this journey together! you are amazing, I love your reactions. love from Brazil! 😄💜🇧🇷
The fact that they are still humble 😅
PROUD OF MY 7 ANGELS!!!!!!!
One of the best documentary on BTS journey❤❤ super happy that you are reacting to it.,
I am from America and have traveled to many countries, from the North Pole to Australia, Africa,Europe,Russia, Kazakhstan and everywhere we put on BTS music and videos.
