I have been seeing your videos on tiktok, this is the coolest thing I have ever seen! I can't put it into words how much I love this
Thank you so much!! Appreciate that
would be cool to have a sim set up connected to the car with a camara like those speed drones
The word you are looking for is "fpv"
I heard one of the big issues with RC Cars and getting FPV on there is the vibration of the RC car driving over undulations. Even if you can get the latency low enough, theres currently no solution to stabilize the camera in the car. Software might help but I doubt it'll be able to make it drivable on its own. I'm guessing there needs to be some R&D for scaling down sophisticated suspension and chassis tuning to make it worthwhile which is gonna be expensive.
@@stevenyoon3867 I feel like you should just be able to softmount the cam and that should deal with smaller vibrations, and there are plenty of fpv systems used in drones that have something like 30 ms of latency
Someone did that with a hoonicorn rc car. I don't remember the channel name but it was rad.
@@leonardterlevic4765analog fpv is literally zero latency it’s digital system that gave horrid latency
cool underrated project
cool name
@@ajahniepemberton1860 thank you
He even made 1/8th scale Jack stands to lift the car is some next level ish mad respect and how did he make all those little parts to build that engine? It's hard enough to work on those engines while they are full sized. Then when I realized he had a functioning transmission my mind was blown
Bro, You are living My Dream ❤
Thanks, I'm sure you can do that too
You could have a proper racing wheel, pedal setup with the clutch pedal to drive it like a real car
Everything is in the embryo stage
Really cool project! Thanks for sharing. Looks like a ton of fun to make
I like your approach of rapid prototyping before sending stuff to pcbway :) can't wait to see more!
Awesome, thank you!
I think a cool upgrade to add is make it a clutch assisted manual, so you don’t need to have a clutch, maybe saving you space and electronics. But, just an idea
I wish i could do all this like you bro props to you G
Amazing 🎉, thank you for share it....
Thanks for watching!
It's coming together nicely, brother!
Thanks brother
It’s very nice the work that you made
Thank you! Cheers!
This is so amazing, do you think you could ever create a turbo system for the v2 this is so cool!
This is one of my favorite projects on RUclips! Keep up the good work! It would also be pretty cool if you made a hood scoop for it.
Sure I will put second option for hood
I love to see your supra driving mine is on jack stands and I have a duel motor set up using the same engine mount and running 4s
There is High Heat resistant paint out there from Rust-Oleum, KRYLON and VHT to name a few. For engine blocks, brake calipers and exhaust manifolds. But yes, it is best for a metal exhaust manifold
do the Bonet and trunk hydrogic open
I am excited about your videos and will be sharing them.
Awesome! Thank you!
Excellent work bro looks like a mini copy the only thing missing is a mini turbo 😂
Thanks bro, it will be on the 3d printed model engine
@@scaleaddiction I think they got aluminum filament for that. That will be insane actually scale custom parts like the real thing 🤯
Dude if you are going to convert to Electric, which will not be half as cold as the engine you have in there now, it's a must that you go with a brushless motor. No one use brush motors anymore for those types of applications. They are simply inferior Motors compared to brushless
Agree with you man, it's so much fun with fuel and real engine sound, but I will go with brushless too and see how the suspension handle with speed
Excellent build 😊
Thanks
i wanted to see rc tanks on this settings for a while now considering all the rc tanks i saw are all electric and was also using speakers for engine sound effect
Looking sick🤙
Thanks
Impressive build!!
Thanks
You started last year on my birthday😂
Oh nice lol
So cool
Thanks
I suggest going with a vented hood to further improve on cooling.
That's great idea 🙏🙏
Nice job bro 💯 💯👍😎🔥🔥🔥🤟
Incredible work👀👌👌👌👌👌
Thank you! Cheers!
Soo' That's! The Art on RC Car nice.
Thanks for watching
For plastics you have a special type of loctite called permacol 738 works really good
Awesome build bro 👍🏻
Glad you like it
This is pretty cool
Thanks
Looks awesome!!
Thanks
wow is your whole yard those green clovers and not grass?! @5:50
Yes all that, I think is different kind of grass 🤔
I have never seen an all clover yard before, cool!!!
Dude!! AWESOME!!!
Thanks!!
Nice platform on your channel.
Glad you like it!
thats a great creation ,but for more realism i think that toyan make a 6in line engine
Nice! Brushless please!
Coming soon!
you should line the engine bay plastic parts with some sheets of inconel, no idea where you would find small sheets that are affordable though
Very impressive
Thanks
You should have a lock mechanism on the hood, the hood seems loose when closed and with a lock it will stay in place
Lock mechanism, it should be one of those locks that when you push it in it stays, when you push it in again it pushes out a little and unlocks, and you need LIGHTS!
That's great idea, I was thinking to pull mechanism with servo for hood and trunk, but your good idea too, I will think about it, thanks
@@scaleaddiction sweet!
Id say the whole chassis should be metal so everything can hold tightly. But maybe not too heavy. Like aluminum could be good as long as its not too thin
Needs softer tires or a bit more weight to get traction.
SOOO SICK WHAT! 😂🤘🏽🤘🏽
Thanks
You should swith conteollers and try out the radiomaster mt12!
I think you need one of those actual rc car controllers... it would make it a whole lot easier to drive.
Looks rad, but I feel a Toyota AE86 body would've been so much cooler in my opinion, since this motor kind of looks like a 4AGE 16V motor, which is an inline 4, NA 4 cylinder, vs the iconic 2JZ straight 6 turbo beast in the supra.
Awesome.
Thanks!
You’re gonna have to go brushless, a brushed motor isn’t gonna push that thing very far or very fast and brushless motors are way more efficient and it would probably let you clean up the transmission kibble in the center and if you reallly wanted to you could keep that engine under the hood for the scale look
Keep it petrol 👍
hotswapable engine would be cool
I made mine brushless
Awesome
Try putting a 4-6 cylinder next po
Yea I know
Cast the frame and machine the motor from aluminum on the Alpha lol
yo bro 🇯🇲
you need a 7c pistol grip radio from radio link
I have one, but with stick, I can control 4 at same time
Totally Epic In before 100k subs lol
Thanks
If I promise to miniaturize myself would you let me drive it?
Sure 😅
How are you going to print the front and rear windows (and sides)? Maybe time to start resin printing with something like Siraya Tech Ultra-Clear resin would work.
Sure I will, maybe Dashboard, seat later
Can you drift it a bit 😅
Not yet 😅
Okay
speed test!
It's not fast, but maybe I will do with electric version
Put the inline 6 twin turbo innit 😂
Would love to go with gasoline ones
I have a problem with the differential, it keeps stripping, I designed and printed support with bearing for it's shaft, but doesnt help. it's not diff problem, it's my 3rd one and same thing happened
This thing will be devastating to inevitably crash.
Would love to do crush test too
I can't afford this Supra either.
next step, fpv and motion tracking. hook her up to a motion sim for racing and there's now a new super expensive hobby
This is such a cool project. I'm still waiting for another psycho to do something like that guy who just made a scaled down Ferrari that would only be drivable if you were a tiny person ruclips.net/video/SeUMDY01uUA/видео.html
Make real 2jz in it
Just 3d peinted model engine?
First
✌️
Thats dope
Thanks
thats awesome
Thanks
So cool
Thanks
