I've tried line-thru baits here in NY, lost both the bass and the bait multiple times due to picks'n'pikes coming out of nowhere and chomping the free-swinging bait and therefore losing both with the bass always having a treble hook left stuck in their mouths, that's only a bait for pampered anglers on manicured waters.

@@Bassfishn I think it was a Pro Trap but mine are either 5/8 or 3/4 oz and no spinner on back. I think they have a fixed rear hook. I'm crow hunting right now so I can't look

Any recommendations for a company that produces a heavier Ned head? Like 1/2oz. We use Ned rig for saltwater bass but sometimes the current is too strong to work a 1/8 or 1/4oz Ned head.
