I like this kid, he’s very nice. But I always look forward to jake!!
Am I the only person who has found like 1 good hook (for each type of hook) and never moved away from it? For me I love the red offset eagle claw hooks, I don't like cheap things (dirt cheap where I feel quality is compromised for cost) but my uncle used them and they worked well from me as a kid fishing with them than when I had money I bought nicer hook but it seems like any time I move away from those dirt cheap hooks I loose more fish or I get less bites and I know psychologically it's placebo but it's like a good luck charm for me.
No matter how many nice name brand hooks I always feel 5 times more confident with those dang red hooks... I like the quality and look of owner but I never seem to catch anything with them and I know placebo but it's so frequent that it's hard not to ignore it.
