This would explain why everything at TW is always on back order an I have to wait.
you should do a video on your entire garage
that's your garage?? this whole time i thought you owned a small tackle shop and were using it to film these, lol
Bwahahaha nope just a serious tackle sickness. :-)
LT1BURNOUT BULLSHIT... NAH SERIOUSLY, BRO THATS ENOUNGH TACKLE FOR YOURE KIDS KIDS. DAMN MAN YOU CRAZY, ACTUALY THOUGH.... MAN YOU GOT PROBLEMS...😀
Omg lol
LT1BURNOUT hahahahaha my comment says the exact same thing, all these years I’ve been wondering if he owns this tackle shop and if there is a website for it😂
Damn 5 bags of plastics is a lot for me and you get 75+ hard baits
Its a sickness brother!
I wonder if you wife know that you have a own room with your fishing stuff...:)
Tim's the kind of guy I wish I could fish with. Keep up the great work fellas!
Ha, thanks man!
Your garage is a Tackle Warehouse. There are lots of good tidbits in this vid. What I picked up is; 1) Gearing down for winter. Spinning, line, lures, check. 2) Put up beat summer gear so its ready to go in spring. (Hooks, etc.) 3) Place another order tonight before 20% discount is over. Thanks, Tim!
Ha! All great points Brother! Enjoy that second shopping spree :-)
totally rad Tim and thanks for sharing this unboxing!!!!
Thanks Ted! My Pleasure!
Those 3in easy shiner work great for finesse under spins or small swim bait heads i use it alot for spots. Alot I have no problem with fish seeing the high vis yellow braid i use it for the same you plan to and works great for me
I use those strike King wobble tail swimbaits and they work okay but you gotta make sure you scent them up, I like to use a little bait mate shad scent. my buddy marinates his garlic and clam juice. calls it the dip, works great though
Thanks for the heads up Kelly!
Dam i think spending 70 bucks is alot
Niko Brown I have a problem, I don't know what works so I just buy everything
I like the rod case/bag
.
Showed this to my mother. She no longer seems to think I have a problem. Great video!
The easy shiner swimbait is good for winter bass. Depends on what size you get but sometimes it's good on a drop shot
High vis yellow is great. I run sunline SX1 to 5-8lb Fluoro on my spinning setups with a 10-20 foot leader (depending on clarity) and it works great. Fished a few pro team tournaments at Havasu with this setup and knocked their lights out! So definitely clear water proven!
LMAO the garage is a tackle shop! Lucky!...great video and thanks for the video and bringing us into you're home lol.
Tim with the box in the thumbnail looked like an ACTUAL kid on Christmas 😂😂😂
I have the rod quiver it's awesome. Easily works with 6 combos and for me it easier to deal with than back pack and only 2 combos. Especially if I plan on hitting several ponds or spots with the car
I guess they are not available anymore when i click on the link it has no results
I'm a fan of the kvd coffee scented baits. Fish bite and don't want to let go. I can't even count the number of times a fish comes unhooked and still picks them back up, even under the stress of being hooked for a time.
Huge box so many baits! Can't wait to see those LC square bills at work
Thanks for watching! They love those squarebills!
how did you like the high vis yellow? hows that rod holder for bankin?
damn man that place youre in is a dream for me
Hey I have I question for Tim I talked to Matt about it but I fish lake of the pines all the time and I was wondering how you like it and what your pb out of there is
Why are the rod quiver bags not on the website anymore??
LOL 😂😂 "Sorry about the mess in my garage" that was the most classic statement of the year. I thought you were doing a Tackle Warehouse unboxing at Tackle Warehouse. I was waiting for a guy to walk behind you with a handbasket pulling stuff off the shelves. If you guys ever get over to the East Coast you are more than welcome to come to my house and do some shopping. Great video Tim!!
Ha!! Its a sickness that's for sure! We might just take you up on that :-)
AWESOME!
Thanks Jeff!
Tim, seriously... that's your garage ? Outstanding !
The high vis Power Pro braid works awesome! I use it on my spinning gear! I have trouble seeing just plain line on the water. I fish a Jackall CoverCrawl weightless, and watching the slack with the high vis line is the trick! Good luck! Nice order!
Thanks for the confirmation Mark, we appreciate the feedback!
Very entertaining video. Would be great if Tim could give an update on the Power Pro braid for visibility down the road. Thanks for all the great videos and advice.
Thanks for watching Mike! I think we can do that.
Now that's the way to order tackle. Those are all killer baits. They had the same law here in PA for the A rig but recently changed it so you could have hooks in all the baits.
Nice! That makes things a whole lot easier!
After seeing your tackle room in the background, you should do a walk thru tour of your room! Im sure lots of people would love to see the insane amount of stuff you have lol
hey you should make a video of show your tackle room
Holy shit welcome to the Tim Little tackle shop!
Hi great vid is an okuma xx heavy 7'6" c3-40x does that have to much backbone for hudds and some glides
Not too much backbone for hudds, but that's a lot more than I would throw with glides or other treble hooks baits.
The 3" easy shiner is my go to drop shot bait.
Its a killer for sure!
merry Christmas to you tim! wish my order was like that one!
Thank you Farren! Merry Christmas to you as well!
I use high viz yellow on all my spinning rods with a flouro leader and LOVE it...notice no difference in number of fish I catch
Awesome, thanks for the feedback Adam!
Hell yea bro those square bill cranks look savage! I got a shipment on the way from TW decided to swoop up a Diawa DX swimbait rod xhvy and a couple 8in Hudds, 68 specials, Spro bbz1 8in, and a couple R2S s wavers.
Awesome! Congrats on some great gear!!
I got a bunch of the LC RTO squarebills too...not nearly enough though, lol. Looking at Tackle warehouse website today, they still seem to have a ton of them left.
Betwen Tim and I we've bought HUNDREDS of them on this deal. I personally made 3 orders that were nothing but RTO cranks. What can I say... I like a deal. :-)
Which spyderco is that Tim?
Great vid. If you can, post an update after you get some time with that rod quiver. Sounds like a good concept for us bank anglers.
Will do! Thanks for watching
Tim...how do you store and organize your Keitech packages in your boat? Thanks.
Mike, Tim is on the road right now but I'll take a crack at it. The best way I've found is to store them (by size) in their packages standing up in large plastic tubs. I've got a tub for each size and I just throw them in a rod locker and go.
Do you guys ever put scent on your hudds or any or big bait? And also what brand of squarebill cranks do you guys recommend to start with?
Very rarely do we use scent at all. If you're going to use it its to lube the baits, not to make them smell. But personally (This is Matt) I hate scent and do my best to avoid it. If I could only have one crankbait it would be this one: bit.ly/2ahCzvo The Biggie Papa is a killer!
Do you have a video available which showcases your tackle storage area/workshop?
We don't have a video about it specifically but a lot of it is included in our "how to store swimbait" video.
I’ve tied hi vis yellow straight to my moving baits
Can you do a video on when to set the hook when a fish bites a big swimbait such as a Huddleston
For sure! Actually, we have covered that in a few of our other videos. Here are a couple big bass videos that you really need to watch... BIG Bass Seminar: ruclips.net/video/82o_w4Vwjmk/видео.html , How to TRIGGER Giant Bass: ruclips.net/video/pg8_YtT1hrA/видео.html , Swimbait Retrieves: ruclips.net/video/dxbavCHWuII/видео.html
how much did you spend
Hey Guys, great video. I just love staring at Tim's garage! LOL! On that note, (and I'm sorry if you've already answered this question) where did Tim get the sweet display racks? I keep a lot of stuff in the boat but I've got piles of tackle all over my garage and I'd love to have some racks like this. Thanks guys!
The big racks are from stores going out of business but the wall racking was covered in this video: ruclips.net/video/x86UixsdV3U/видео.html
The background of the video gives the impression like your in a tackle store. It's crazy how you can never have enough tackle! My apartment is pretty much a storage space for my fishing stuff.
Ha! That's just Tim's garage of tackle :-)
I love that rod quiver. I won one from tackle ware house from one of there giveaways.
Awesome! Thanks for the feedback!
Could you guys go down to lafayette reservoir in lafayette california and do a bank fishing rundown there, its a very tough bite there and curious what you'd throw and do there, especially with swimbaits.
I don't think we'll have time to make it down to Lafayette but I can tell you right off, they love chartreuse frogs in the summer and senkos the rest of the time. Over the years a bunch of giants have been caught right off the docks because there is so little overheard cover that most of the giants are literally under your feet, in the shade of the docks. Don't be afraid to walk a swimbait around each dock when you're there and you might just get a MONSTER
Thank man! I've been throwing swimbaits there for a few months and haven't had a single bite, have tried stuff as small as the 168swaver to a deps 250. and skipping weedless swimbaits under the docks.
Jack Brown that tells me you were doing it at the hardest time of year. stick to it... now through March is your best shot.
Great unboxing. You 2 have the best fishing channel on RUclips, hands down!!! You guys never try to be funny and cheesy like alot of others and stick to the info & ur opinions. Class act for sure. But I find it surreal you haven't fished KVD 1.5 squarebills or the red eye shad. But then again when you are blessed enough to throw Lucky Craft or River2Sea lures instead then its totally understandable. Keep the vids coming
Thanks Adam! We really appreciate that! You know its funny, even though we fish together a lot the information doesn't always carry across. (This is Matt) and I've been throwing the KVD and Red Eye Shad for a long time. I can't say I completely fell in love with either but Tim and my styles differ quite a bit so what one is throwing doesn't always carry over to the other.
do you know if river2sea is ever going to come out with a 10 inch swaver?
Not sure but we can hope!
How do you like the LC braid? and what a setup Tim's got there in his house lol...
Haven't had an opportunity to try it yet. And yeah, the garage is a little out of control :-)
if u don't mind me asking what was the price tag on that box.....I look for tackle on sale as well unless I'm buying spicific baits that I know work.
I can't remember off hand but I know I don't want to relive it :-p It was a hefty price tag!
always loved the LC DRS and RTO, I saw LC is selling their "new" squarebills for like $7.. looks like the rto just wondering have you checked them out and can you tell a difference?
You're right, it looks like it. Neither of us have tried them yet... hopefully some better colors start showing up.
Thank you have great day
Thanks Will!
You should try the keitechs as a chatter bait trailer. They work great for me.
Definitely! Here's a fairly recent video on that very subject you might enjoy... ruclips.net/video/TOlKibWCzbg/видео.html
Tim, why do you need to order. When you got your own shop full of tackle? Can we buy some of your stuff?
What knot do you tie when using braid to fluorocarbon on your spinning reels?
Thanks for watching! We've actually got a video on that. Here it is... ruclips.net/video/XKn9Pgl1sYI/видео.html
Boom.... Just what I was looking for!
Awesome! I'm glad we could help.
will you do a video/review of that rod case for bank fishing? Im a bank fisherman who is really interested
Yeah definitely. I want to get a few more days in on it before I give my thoughts.
WOW...that's an order. Like to see your review or thoughts on the Strike King Rage Swimmers.
Thanks Ray! Honestly, they're pretty darn nice for a buck less and an extra bait in the pack. They're a little more rigid so I'm not sure how they'd do in near freezing temps, but that rigidity gives them a nice hard thump the rest of the time.
out of curiosity... what was the total on that order? i need to make myself feel better about how much i've dropped on squarebills. :-) Also, that centerpin trick for a-rigs is money. I saw it on one of you guys' a-rig vids a couple years ago and have used them ever since.
This is Matt, I'm not sure how much Tim spent on that order but I'm pretty sure none of us actually want to know. The phrase "Tackle Problem" doesn't begin to describe Tim's stash of gear. :-p
I thought we had a lot of crap! You got more. And Running out of room. Great vid guys. 👊🏼
Ha! We've all got the same sickness but at least ours isn't all JDM, you're crazy!
Ha! I definitely have nightmares of kicking a bundle of sticks overboard, but we still use state side baits. Quite a pain dinking with the across the pond plastics.
Ha! My rod straps would come with locks if I was strapping down your caliber of gear! Totally agree on the offshore plastics... lots of buying to find a bait that fits a niche and then they're tough to get a 2nd time.
when is the tactical gear gonna be available for purchase?!
Its available brother, we just do it in limited quantities. shoot us an email to tacticalbassinapparel@gmail.com and we'll get you all the details.
try the bass assassin boss shiner. same as keitech but cheaper and has a better scent.
Thanks for the heads up.
Hey Tim, what size keitech do you use on A rig?
2.8 or 3.8 on the dummy baits and 4.8 on the main baits.
TacticalBassin mahalo!
10:15 what do you consider to be a 'long leader', Tim? And, that's quite a haul, sir... gonna take you a full day to change out all those treble hooks haha
Ha! At least a day! Leaders are long... we'll say 10-40 feet.
I've always wondered if that room is a tackle shop or your own personal tackle room? haha, and are those sweatshirts for sale by any chance?
Ha! Too funny! Yeah, the sweatshirts are. Shoot an email to tacticalbassinapparel@gmail.com and we'll get you all the details.
I gotta a question tim, im fairly new into bass fishing this late in the year and i live in columbus ohio and my water temp. If i had to guess is way cooler thsn yours and if i had to guess is around 40-50 degrees. Should i be throwing all these same baits you just showed even though my water temp is much cooler and if not what kind of tactics should i b using. Thanks a bunch for all your help and knowledge you share in your videos. P.s were did you get those round pole holders i see in the background. Thanks tim.
If you're down in the 40's its time to make some changes and begin finesse fishing but if you're in the 50's these baits are still great options! Once the water is cold this is the video for you... ruclips.net/video/gV-Cy0t22mU/видео.html
TacticalBassin thank you for the quick response, you guys and a couple others will reply but the rest of the youtubers must think there superstars know.. its funny you sent me to that video because i just got my first tackle warehouse order of gobs of drop shot stuff. And just ordered several beast coast jig of various sizes and colors, there called finesse dragging jigs so i hope those are ok if not i will order some different type heads from dirty jigs with different heads. Also im just a bank fisherman right know until i take my kayak out i just got this week, never been on one so im waiting till spring to use it. So just one more question fishing from the bank how do i work a dropshot rig?
The dropshot rig is pretty simple just shake and wait... shake and wait... be sure you don't over work it. Take your time. As for the Dirty Jigs, go with the Pitchin' Jig, its a great universal head that will fish very well from shore.
TacticalBassin again thanks for all the knowledge you and Matt share so freely. Thanks a bunch and who knows one day i might knock clear lake off my bucket list and look you guys up.
Sounds like fun! Just let us know when you're headed out :-)
U should do a tackle room tour
Lol! That was a serious box!
He's got a sickness!
will you let us know about the strike king lure swim baits?
Yeah we've already got a few days in on them. They're pretty nice, caught a bunch of fish. They're a little more rigid than a keitech so they may not perform as well in near freezing conditions but they thump really hard compared to a keitech, particularly as a swim jig trailer. Overall a very nice bait.
I was wanting to put them on a chatter bait. did you happen to do that at all
Yeah they're going to work great for that, especially rigged upside down.
😂😂All these years, I’ve been sitting here when you are in your garage saying “I wonder if he owns that fishing shop, and if he doesn’t who’s fishing shop is it?, do they have a website?” Lol
ITS YOUR GARAGE ❗️❗️❗️❗️
Tim, do you have any BFS(Finesse Baitcast) stuff?
Do you just mean some finesse baitcasters? If so, yeah Matt and I own quite a few dropshot and shaky baitcasting combos.
TacticalBassin I mean baitcasters modded and rods(UL - ML) made to replace what most would grab spinning gear for.
In that case, yes we absolutely do. We both have ultralight baitcasters. Typically for that we're using Loomis. IMX, GLX, and NRX all have some AMAZING ultralight options! We're pairing with Aldebarans or the older Chronarch 50 MG... one of the best finesse reels of all time.
wish i could open a box like that..damnnnnn lol..id be fine w a shoebox lol..especially since i just lost everything in a house fire except wat i was using the day my house burned down smh......great vid as always man
So sorry to hear that Jason! Hang in there Brother!
thx man..keep pushing forward ya know..ur channel is def my go to for advice to catch some biggins here on the east coast..long island..fish dont get west coast big tho lol
Would love to see a video of the man cave!!!
We might just have to do that after the amount of positive feedback that has come through.
Wish I could drop that kind of dough at tackle warehouse 😀
Its probably better that you don't. I'm not sure I "needed" all this stuff but sometimes you just have to stock up.
You guys should have a discount code for your subs. I’m sure they get a lot of extra business because of you guys!
The rage swimmers definitely don't have as much action as khitech I tried them there my baits if I run out of jakell rhythm waves
Hey Bud! I actually thought they had a really nice thump but I think they'll lose action really fast as the water temps drop and that rigid plastic seizes up.
TacticalBassin yea I was really disappointed especially since the "rage" line is based off a lot of action
are keitech a saltwater bait?
They work great for both
You're gonna make Matt jealous.
LOL! I (Matt) just borrow his tackle when I need more :-p
Congrats on 30000. I was ur 30000 sub
What???? That's awesome!! Thank you, we really appreciate it!!
People had better be scooping up those LC RTOs. Great price for a great squarebill with a huge variety of colors. Especially now with TW's 20% off Black Friday sale, they come out to $6.38 per squarebill!
Isn't that awesome??? I can't believe there are any left in stock!
it is! I had bought 10 of them when they first had the sale and just bought another 10....haha
I don't want to admit how many the two of us bought.... probably a couple hundred.
haha. I only get out once every few weeks, but I still have a ton of them. If I were on the water as much as you guys, then I could only imagine.
Its bad man but between us and Matt's clients its amazing how many baits you can break in a season.
Please tell me you ordered this over black Friday
Unforunately no, this was ordered a few weeks back
Where.are you in the video? Is that a tackle store?
i thought it was tackle shop, but then he said "sorry for the messy garage" i think...
LOL this is shot in Tim's garage. He's got a bit of a tackle problem :-)
oh my gosh his garage is amazing
You guys are ballers
HOLY CRAP DUDE. THAT ONE BOX HAS MORE THAN I HAVE IN ALL MY TACKLE. IS THAT A BASS PRO SHOPS OR YOUR GARAGE. DANNGGG SON YOU MUST BE WORKING HARD
Hahaha yeah its a sickness :-)
do you own a store? or is this like your own personal warehouse?
LOL that's just Tim's garage :-) We both have a bit of a tackle problem.
I'm jealous lol
I'll second that!
How much was that bill?
Honestly, I can't remember (and don't want to remember) but it was a small fortune!
Can you guys do a spinnerbait video? I have watched a lot of your videos and am a big fan but I haven't seen you talk about spinnerbaits.
You're 100% right, we've never done one. I think we can do that, I'll put it on the short list.
Did you get the 20% off on all that stuff? Either way, I'd love to see the total cost.
Would have been nice but this was actually ordered a little bit before black friday. I don't think any of us need to live through that total cost again lol
may have to chug a few buds right after ordering all that lol
TacticalBassin yea, it doesn't help anyone to look at it again, the money is gone no getting it back...
love the strike king square bills I think they are better then lucky craft
They're great baits! I'm not sure I'd say they're better simply because the Lucky Craft are more model specific (you can dial it down foot by foot of diving depth whereas the Strike King makes 2 foot jumps) but they're pretty darn close! Gotta love Squarebills!
I'm waiting on the Blog while you eat a sandwhich
The last rod quiver I bought cost .75 cents at the Pilot Gas Station
ROFL!
My wife would divorce me if I got a tackle warehouse box in the mail that big.
Old Hickory that box would be my home if I did that ..... my wife hates tacticalbassin lmao
@@andrewwolf4963 ha fax
The Strike King swimbaits are just as good as the Keitechs and a few buck cheaper. and they have a coffee scent instead of that weird Keitech scent
They seem to work really well, we're enjoying them as well. Although there is something really special about the Keitech squid scent.
how much?
Too much to want to remember :-)
Was your garage haunted? I saw multiple orbs in this video. Just curious. 😂
Tim is this your garage?
Haha yeah it is.
I thought you were filming at a local tackle shop lol. Nice garage !
Ha! Its a sickness
I would love to be that organized lol. My tackle room looks like a bomb went off....
Oh so does this one from time to time :-)
Used plastics are my problem. I hold on to them for a buddy to reuse but they just pile up everywhere it seems lol
Oh that can turn into a mess in a hurry!
Give away Please .....
