- This amazing adventure has come to an end... This last part I reach my friends place at Kirkenær, finish the TET Norway and drive towards the western part of Norway again.

Funniest part of this series! Loved that bordercrossing, beer carrying, snooring 😂 Scenic parts in the start and the end makes me wanna ride!

Thomas Hansen You are right, i will continue my TET riding with the south Norwegian part. start where i ended this summer. If it had not been for the upcoming moose hunt i would have done it now.

@@Braapncamp Know about that. My way out of it was only having to hobby's. More than that, and I can't seem to do anything 100% Motorcycle and BJJ takes to much time to combine it with hunting, kayak, skydiving, motorsport, scuba diving etc :-P
Now i saw all five parts. I think, ist's time to enter Norway again. Thanks for sharing 🤘

Ooohh yes... we still have a lot of them. Tusseladder and rock trolls are the worst. Thank you, and I will try to keep posting video on a regular basis

Yeah, and the best part... wildcamping is allowed and look upon as a good thing here :-) You should come visit soon :-p

A weekend in sweden wildcamping ( when possibly)
Hopefull in 2021 or 2022 a nordcap trip
But 5 days in South norway could be great to , put it on the to do list , hope that it will be soon

Thomas Hansen the weekend 26-28 jun there is a event , so not that weekend i will go 😉 will enjoy the peace at the westcoast away from work , have to recharge the brain

I have just seen all the episodes of the TET: I have fallen into a deep withdrawal crisis ... I miss Norway! But the bike is almost ready: a few more days and ... Thanks and congratulations for the videos.

Great videos - I own a 790 Adv and hope to do the same in Norway one day. In the meantime I will explore TET in France and Belgium. Less sexy but...

Sandgrovbotnvegen har stått på todo lista en stund. Så fant jeg den jammen her :-) Ser bra ut ! Har du kjørt inn Loradalen? Er også på lista. Har du kjørt opp til Aursjøen fra Lesja ? Den har jeg kjørt, flott grusveg :-)
Ja fin veistubb over fjellet der... Fantastisk utsikt når du bikker over høyden 🔥 Ja, jeg har vært inn Loadalen før, men jeg kan ikke huske den som veldig spesiell. Kan varmt anbefale veien opp til Mardalsfossen, den er meget spektakulær.
Ja, stod lenge å lurte på om det skulle gå å kjøre langs stien over til Aursjøvegen en stund. Sinnsykt med hytter inni der. Spiste lunsj oppe med Aursjøen der de driver å setter på vannet båtene sine. Fantastisk fint der også. Er noe fine grusveier på dombås også om du vet hvor du skal lete 😊

What is the best periode/month to go to get a good weather ??
Thank you 😊 i think june, july, august and september are good months. Weather is hard to tell, but this months will give you the highest temperature
Verry nice, and funny! Can you say something about the tracks? Do you need to be a offroad expert?
The tracks i ride in this movie can all be found on transeurotrail.org home page :-) No, you dont need to be a offroad expert to ride any of the tracks in Norway 😊there are some places you need to take it slow if you run a big adventure bike, but asides from that. Go out there and have fun 🔥

I absolutely love this whole series! In fact the TET Norway is my big goal in about two years. First I need to switch motorcycles and do some offroad trainings. Today I made a first small step and bought me some new boots. Touratech's Destino EnduroX ... the deal on it was just too good. I know I trade some comfort in for safety but better be protected then get hurt. Camping gear is next. Just don't know if it will be a tent or an hammock. But there is lots of time to think about it :) Ride safe!
Thank you Sir. Appreciate the feedback and that you sharing this story with me. Motivates me alot. Yes, boots are not a bad idea. Get something that are stiff enough to protect. A helmet with a peak is also really nice (IMO) Camping gear is i minefield. A great rule of thumb... light and small = expensive 🤣If you dont have anything else, i would recommend to start out with a good tent. If you ride in other countries or places where wildcamping is not allowed, you need to find a caravan site or camp site. There it can be a challange to pitch a hammock some times. Rather upgrade later down the road when you find out you love it. You can never get enough camping gear and it accumulates over the years 🤣If you liked my TET series, you should check out my wildcamping series. There is alot of nice places on gravel roads as well. Stay safe mate.
@@tshansen Thx for the advices. I already have an MX Helmet which I used on my previous Adventure Bikes. I loved it especially in the rain :D And it weighs only 900+ grams. The Boots are almost MX Boots and have a nice protection. I guess you are absolutely right regarding Tent vs Hammock. And absolutely yes ... I will checkout all your other Videos ... just need some time :D I can't wait to visit Norway and North Cap (I'll try to stay awake and visit it at night, like you said in another Video). Great advise ... would never have thought about it!

Very nice video Thomas, which is the best season to cross the TET Norway? (spring, or summer)
Thank you Blade :-) It depends on how much snow we got in the winter, alot of the Norwegian TET is high above sea lvl so you will have snow on part of it trough spring. I would say summer and you are safe. If there is alot of snow in the winter the snow melting can make some sick rivers, so part of the trail can be harder to drive. If you get to a place you can't pass, there is always a short way back for a detour or another way around :-) Cheers

No bottom to the tent! Don't you have bugs?
The inner tent has a bottom, a footprint for the main tent is not critical here in Norway. We have some bugs, but nothing scary or things that are poison! We are lucky like that here in Norway
