While the rest of the group is going ham-fisted taking out swathes of enemies, Hawkeye is the sniper that is taking out key Target's, and providing remote reconnaissance information by being a step back from the whole picture. He thinks outside the box calmly, which helps everyone with the information he Gathers. Just because he's the weakest, doesn't mean he is useless
