Other guns dont have skins, or painted like casual. And its have style. If default weapons will look like they looking now, there won't be skins like rusted metal or other
All of this looks like welcome upgrades to me, but I do have to say at 2:46 I vastly prefer the look of the out of focus scope. You can count the polygons on the new one to boot. Seems like an odd choice to me.
Another aspect for Valve to monetize would be reload animation styles, cosmetic only of course. Imagine having the Iraqi reload for the AK, or a mag flick style reload for the M4's. Would be really cool to see in my opinion.
CSGO animations are already outdated by themselves, all weapons should simply get a rework which will apply to every player just like a normal update. Would be as lame as putting those new CS2 weapon models as purchaseable cosmetics as well.

One thing I am sad about is the un-silenced M4A1-S cuz I often took it off because I liked the shooting sound A lot, it triggered something in my brain that made it feel good to shoot compared to the silenced version, and now it sounds like a regular m4a4 when un-silenced :C
I've noticed how MAC-10 lost his shooting animation (I mean that some moving parts that had animation on the csgo model don't have animation on cs2 anymore for example the top thingy)

I had had to laugh at the M249's and Negev's reloading goof that you repeated for a closer look. It's so funny for a game focused on real guns to have such egregious mistakes. OTOH, IMFDB is unmatched at ridiculing them for exactly this.

Valve still have many things to do. Specially the details on MG's reload animation and the CZ75,it make me cringe very bad and the gunsound,too. Except couple of them are improve,the rest are still the same
Anyone know what happens with the skins that have their value in pixel differences in their pattern. like lets say a gun has value due to having no wear in a specific spot, but then in the newer model does have that wear since the mesh is slightly different shaped. Would that not devalue the skin?

cs2 graphics look insane but i liked the fact that in csgo the guns looked more worn and realistic compared to cs2 where all guns are perfectly clean
