So glad to have found one of my all-time favorite shows on your RUclips channel, Gregg. I adored 'Angel' as a 9-year-old in 1960, and I'm loving it just as much now. I'm watching all the episodes (I hope you'll put them all up), but I haven't found a scene that I've remembered over these six decades. It was when Angel talked about buying some 'blice' - she figured that since the plural of 'mouse' is 'mice,' it's the same thi

I would love to know who produced the opening title animation. It is delightful.

Got cut off mid-sentence...She thought the plural of 'blouse' would work the same way as 'mouse' and 'mice,' hence 'blice.' Did I remember that scene correctly, and if so, what episode is it from?

BETTERWORLD SGT0589 Yes, both Gale Gordon and Doris Singleton were both longtime Lucy veterans. Gale even co-starred with her on radio.

And Gale did a couple of episodes of I Love Lucy as Ricky's boss.

It's no I Love Lucy and it took awhile to get to the biggest jokes, but still a nice 50s(?) comedy, no matter what some commentors are saying.

This is like an "I Love Lucy" clone. Angel is french married to a responsible , hard working guy who like Ricky laid down the law to a scatterbrained wife. Gale Gordon is in this episode too.

I'm wondering how back with the 50s and 60s sitcoms, why they made most of the housewives wacky!
