Yes, Sir the Flex sensor is very sensitive and useful we used it in a robotic hand.

I know it's late but you should check the resistance it should be around 40k ohms to 15k ohms

it works just like a variable capacitance and we can use the range of this fluctuations to drive our projects. I hope you would understand
