- Who would have guessed that building your own sensors could be so easy? And it is very cheap as well, as you might have everything that you need at home already.
We are building a Flex sensor, a Pressure sensor and a Vibration sensor.
Requirements
- Cardboard
- Paper
- Pencil
- Gluestick
- Tape
- Hot glue gun
- Aluminum foil
- Copper wire

Great video and good description of how to build these sensors. Maybe I missed it but it would have been nice to also see the flex sensor in action. Also I'd recommend to set the camera to a fixed exposure when recording the close-ups as your hands sometimes led to the frame being too dark.
Thanks :) Testing the flex sensor and pressure sensor works exactly like testing the vibration sensor.
holly cow - bless your soul for this information! thank you!
You are so welcome!
Thank you❤
remove and replace chime element with vibration element on motion detection receiving unit
Really nice video 😉 keep going !
Thank you! 😃
would like to have seen the flex and pressure sensors in use. I need them to work really well for my project but really want to go this route because I need like 10 of them and it gets expensive when they are like $7+ each
Good luck with your project!
@@pi3g Thanks. Sadly it failed because the 3d printed parts were too bulky and 3d printed gears too noisy. Never even got around to doing the flex sensors lol.
Sir can you make a piezo sensor for violin bridge
