Here's an idea, for each update that includes wood in the update (Jungle, Acacia, etc.) Build a house around the park in those woods. I know the cherry wood house will be pink and the 2 types of wood from the Nether update will be redish and cyan but it also will throw in what people paint their houses in IRL to make it look like a village has sprung up and created the park including the different trees in Minecraft. All up to you.
