Sadly appears the disappearance of Kristen Smart wasn’t the start of this man’s career!

How is this man been allowed to walk free for so long???

Give me five minutes in a room with Flores and his dad, and I'll be the only one who walks out.
On second thought, also throw in the attorney who kept Flores free. How the f--k does that guy sleep at night?

Money and the success in winning. I read where a female lawyer answered the question, Would you fight for a pedophile dad to get visitation or even shared custody? She said that of course she would as that is her job and she would be a bad lawyer if she didn't do her best. And a young blond rape victim in another country said that she was questioned and attacked by a female lawyer who looked like her (it was gang rape by non-white males) and this might nullify any negative impact on the rapists by the jury. She was warned the attacks on her would be brutal in court, and they were. I am sure they choose female lawyers rather than males on particular cases where a man may look too overpowering so they get the female to do the dirty work.
When lawyers lie, it is particularly distressing and you wonder why lies and misleading are allowed.

I think the Smart Family should have sued Cal Poly for their absolute gross negligence in how they handled Kristin's missing person report. I heard that California has more strict rules for these things that happen on campuses now. Is that true? Does anyone know? Paul and his father (and mother, imo) need to spend the rest of their days behind bars! Justice for Kristin and her family and all of the SLO County community.

It so frustrating to me that when they do a vaginal exam, they say things like “no signs of rape” because the vagina is incredibly resilient, and unless torn or cut, signs that the encounter was rape or not, wouldn’t be there.

The 3 victims are saying they were drugged. When the first one came forward in 2021 it had been over 10 yrs since the rape so the drug would be gone. It's to show his pattern. Lure them to hiis house. Drug them and them rape them. Modus operandi.

I love how we live in a system where alleged crimes, that, for the sake of argument you are innocent of, and should have been properly reported, can be used against you in a murder trial because they weren’t…properly reported. I mean it’s totally possible if these alleged assaults were reported he would be found innocent and then they couldn’t be used against him in this murder trial. But because they weren’t, they can. Literally insane.

They must be since this is a pattern.
This type of evidence is to be used to display SPECIFIC behaviors that link crimes and should only be used with PROVEN accusations.
Imagine you were charged with armed robbery then instead of any evidence you committed robbery the Prosecutor put up two shop owners saying they’re pretty sure you shoplifted at their store once.
      Absolutely ridiculous

It seems obvious that Kristin Smart died of alcohol poisoning, but those students from the party trying to get her to her dorm should have called the police. So all three should have been charged.
