Tyler, im a beginner cyclist. Been on the bike for a few months, longest bike ride is 70km, but after that i was wrecked. Should i be wearing proper cycling shoes? Would they make cycling a bit easier (as in my legs for economical) to save energy ?? Thanks
Yes I think so as they will allow you to become one with the bike because you will be clipped in. Also you will be able to pedal better smoother and put out more power which in turn will make you go faster and make it feel easier. Hope this helps!
The beetle in the noodle bowl, gotta get that protein in. Thanks for the motivation, im in the Chicagoland area and i dont ride unless it's above 40 degrees in the winter. That's 4C for you Manz riders. what beautiful scenery you have
