Cold plunging in freezing Austrian rivers!

This was an amazing trip heading to Salzburg in Austria.
We were in a small town outside Salzburg called Golling and the waterfall walks, cold river swims and mountain hikes we did were insane.
As a neuroscientist and nutritionist Georgia and I love being in beautiful, natural areas of the world where we can eat great and live healthily.
