    30 Years ago I built a much smaller Stereo version of one of these with around 800mtr Range.
    24/7 John Denver was playing from a Multi Disc Pioneer CD Player.
    I tricked Everybody in the Local Area for Months that their was a dedicated FM John Denver Radio Station.

    5 mile range is not enough mate. But a 50 mile rage would be very good.👍 😊Thanks for sharing your experience and knowledge with me.😊

    Not legal in the USA. Chances of getting caught are slim but the consequences are quite severe. (minimum of $10,000)

    That looks a great circuit. I built your last FM transmitter and it got out miles on a fishing rod Dipole lol. although just a length of wire off the board worked almost as well. Coax loss I bet. Got and of them spare MOD variable capacitors?

    such a lovely build dazro you did well getting that much drive on a clone of the 4427 the original philips ones are better your 5w build guessing you used a 2sc1947 motorola or some MRF237 nice drivers 😊
