- In the heart of melody's embrace,
Where guitars wept and rhythms raced,
There dwells a soul, forever graced,
In the annals of time, his legacy traced.
With fingers that danced upon strings of gold,
And passion that every note foretold,
Reita breathed life into sound untold,
In every chord, a story he sold.
Through the stormy seas of life's cruel tides,
His music stood as a beacon, a guide,
In the darkest nights, where shadows hide,
His presence lingered, undenied.
Oh, how the stage mourns his absence now,
Yet in the echoes, we'll find somehow,
His spirit lives on, in the sacred vow,
Of melodies that forever endow.
In loving memory, we raise our voice,
To the maestro who made our hearts rejoice,
Though parted from us, he's still our choice,
His music, our eternal rejoice.
Rest in peace, dear Reita, in realms above,
Your melodies echo with eternal love,
In every strum, in every heartfelt shove,
Your legacy thrives, a gift from above.
Thank you, Reita. You've shared 22 beautiful years of your life with us. Your memories will always live on our hearts and souls. We love you so much. Rest In Peace. - Развлечения
I've been holding off watching videos about Reita for the many days after hearing about his passing. The GazettE and SID were the first V-Kei bands I've heard of (and one of the first videos I've seen online, parents waited for me to be a little older before allowing me gadgets that can connect to the internet).
I've been surrounded by classical, R&B, and rock for most of my early years, but after hearing and liking V-Kei, I really started to explore and learn about other music and meeting people with different interests.
I often like bassists from bands I discover, mainly because Reita made me really like and appreciate the instrument and its contribution to a song's overall structure.
So when I suddenly heard of the news, tears fell and I had to pause from listening to my usual playlists. Though we haven't met, I mourn you Reita, and really thank you for living and giving us fans the joy of following The Gazette and your music. If there is an afterlife, I hope your stay there is fun and full of the love everyone has for you.
Love your band, The GazettE, and thank you.
You can tell he really loved life, his fans, music and his brothers. Thank you for translating this. I truly hope he's resting and knows he did well. GazettE is always 5. 💛
sometimes i wish that the power of our memories could bring him back
he always worked himself hard. if i wished he could have lived for more years, maybe . it is hard but death always takes you by surprise so i will try to relive those old memories of reita with joy. really thankful for his songs and adorable smile and his happy and funny sides.
Reita was a force to be reckoned with. Full of life and fire. The part at 3:00 hit so hard I was choking back tears. My thoughts and prayers to the the members, family, friends, staff and fans who loved him so much.💜💜💜
Yes.. the actual translation was "I want everyone to promise me here today to die on the day i was born" but the word die for them is actually the opposite so it actually means to live.
I've been a fan since 2003 it definitely hits definitely I've never got the chance to see them live I grew up poor and couldn't afford to travel so I'm thankful for all the years I will never forget the love and inspiration they gave me
😭
I feel you. I couldn't travel too due to my family's financial issue, but it's fine. Reita is my first J-Rock bias and I'll never forget how I got close to my best friend because of The Gazette.
@@zkdlaidarl2319 thank you I hope you will always support and love the band it made me happy to see your comment thank you 😊
Thank you very much for this! My God, he sounds so tired! 😥 And this poem is so beautiful... 💔 Thank you! ❤ I am going to cry myself to sleep again, still cannot accept this beautiful human being is gone. Keep strong, 6th Guns!
You're welcome 🤗 Reita will wipe your tears away so just let it out🤍 We will always be there for them 💞
we'll miss you old friend
I'm crying... We are so much missing you, Reita😢. Gazerock and Gazette is eternal peace of my life. Rest and peace my bias..
れいたはまだ生きてるような気がして、、1ヶ月経っても信じられなくてすごく悲しいです 寂しいです
Thank you for this and your other translations. I'm still shocked he's gone. I only rediscovered Gazette recently after so many years (have had their NIL and Stacked Rubbish albums forever but kinda fell out of keeping up over the years). I was so happy to see they were still together, and now this sad sad news. Reita was much too young to go so soon. :( I hope he rests in peace now.
You're welcome 🙏 may he rest in peace 🕊️
Thank you so much for this. I hope we can always remember him like this, the passionate and loving person he is. I'll never refer to him in past tense, he will forever live with us 🖤
Thank you for the translation, truly. I searched for this some time ago but couldn't find it anywhere. Then, today I opened RUclips and there your video was.
I cried because Reita was a big influence to me ever since I met the GazettE almost 20 years ago, but I'm very happy for being able to understand it finally, so thank you again.
Thank you for supporting the Gazette all these years, Maam! You're welcome
Thank you, so very sad , much to young to die RIP REITA

Tears. I can't help it. 💔 THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS!
You're welcome 🤗
Your poem had me in tears 😭 None of this makes sense to me still. How will we ever survive the memorial? 😢 How does one move on after something like this? 💔
Thank you very much for translating! I had wondered what he had to say to us.
The poem is very beautiful by the way.
You're welcome 🤗

Ah it made me cry 😭 I’m happy I could join them few times in Mass tour and see them in Nippon Budokan😭 if the life after life is existing I hope we can meet again

You're so welcome! 🤗
Thank you 🥹😭🤍🙏
you're welcome
本当にありがとう、どうか安らかに
the GazettE was the first band that made me want to immerse myself in the world of visual kei. So if there are members of the GazettE who have left first, it makes me feel hurt. I can't stop my tears. Without knowing them, I wouldn't be here, watching this video and crying over Reita's passing 🥹
