    3 absolute beauties! The bowl, and the young ladies. Have they started turning yet?

    Hi Dad,
    I have watched your creations over the years and continue to be amazed at your creations. Would you please tell me where you get your makers mark medallions?

      Hi Steven, thanks for watching. I ordered those medallions from a small trophy/awards shop here in Salisbury Maryland. It's called EtchArt Awards. I'm thinking any shop like them could be able to reproduce. Take care.

    Nice ! Dan do you have a source who sells the thick walnut ?

    • @LivingstonBrothersWoodcraft
      @LivingstonBrothersWoodcraft  2 года назад

      Hi Scott, thanks. I don't really have a steady source for thick slabs. But, I called a friend of mine who owns a tree service a few years ago. I asked if he was cutting down any walnut trees and, if so, to let me buy one. Well, not only did he deliver quickly, but I got the whole trunk, with crotch figure, for free! He just dropped it off in my yard one day! We milled it with a portable bandsaw mill in my yard. I did a video on it and you can see it on my RUclips channel.
