Ah the good old days, i grew up in the 80s and it was amazing. That decade was magic, the toys, tv shows and the films where all great. I look back at the 80s with such happy memories. A-team, knight rider, dukes of hazzard, street hawk, transformers, star wars, star trek, back to the future, karate kid, the list goes on and on. Great times..

It really was the greatest time to be a kid. These commercials punch me in the feels big-time. Trips with grandma to Kmart and Zayre's and going to the SW toy aisle (and it was spectacular!), leaving with at least a few figures and/or vehicle. Still collecting this stuff!!

The 15 inch Star Wars action figures line ran from 1978 till 1980. They were very rare. Probably very valuable today.

The Imperial attack base playset I considered incorrect. The Empire never had a "base" to attack from on Hoth. They just landed with their troops and walkers to overrun the rebels. This set looks more like the trenches of the Rebel "Echo" base instead. it made a good companion set to the sets with the turrent and "radar laser" cannon.
