IT can still lead to others creating fraud. sorry but i think it is bull shit to help scammers do their job better. Defend it all you want but i think this is wrong and foolish.
@@Openreality Dude, some people like me dont give a fuck if about the real thing. Its nostalgic and nice how ever it is. The figure is original, and its not for sale as new.
Just because this guy's showing how to re-card figures that doesn't mean he's showing people how to scam others. This is, at least to my understanding, re-carding for collectors who don't want to shell out hundreds and hundreds of dollars for a carded figure in their own personal collection or people who want to make customs.
nice job on that. i'm just spit-balling here, but i wonder if you made a tight insert for the plastic if you couldn't just drop that in and hit the thing with some adhesive spray, you know, just to save time. maybe you've answered this a million times, but do you have a method to make the peg hole?
hi ,yes first the peg hole,, you can find that tool on ebay,, peg hole maker,,get the heavy duty kind, and are you referring to the cardboard footer?,also if your taking about the blister i did try adhesive spray but getting it only on the sides is impossible to much over spray,,using d.sided tape way easier and less messy
samuraiman691 since you mentioned that you molded some things, my idea was to put some silicone into a spare blister (making sure you install a little handle to easily pull it out), and use that in other blisters to create a nice tight seal on the inside. you might want to wrap the blister in a towel, i reckon, to prevent overspray on the sides. i deal with double-sided tape every day and if could get around having to use it i would, lol. it's all just what you're used to, i guess....
sorry for the late reply,,,i used thin high gloss paper, the shiny surface works best wont scratch that easy ,if you use regular paper it can rip and the card will look wet after applying the spray glue, the dimensions i took form the decal itself. you can go to ebay and buy the entire card back from the vintage line with the correct setting already done just take to any copy shop and have them transfer the c.d. to a flash drive....make master copies so you dont have to re type the dimensions every time,
great video! Im trying to re-crad figures myself, i think it will be a great hobby. I'm having trouble finding the plastic bubbles( blisters). any advice on where to purchase them?
Okay half of these "star wars police" commenters are dumb af. Don't listen to them brother. This is an awesome video. The cards are obviously labeled as repros. Great tutorial. I've been wanting to recard my loose figures for years, for my own collection. Thank you again.
Yeah right. As a WW2 reenactor I'd love to own an original Waffen-SS officer's visor cap - that would cost me $10g. As opposed to a repro that looks exactly the same but costs $100.
+Fred Meesen hi yes i have all 62 coins in a custom frame i have gold coins on black felt or silver coins on red felt,,75.00 free shipping with plexi glass
I can see making it for personal use being legal, but selling it? Unless that background is an authorized print from the people who own star wars's trademarks its illegal to sell it. Even if you wrote "re-production" or "not authentic" its still infringement on their trademark... or is there something I'm not getting?
Sell them as originals. As long as the figure is original. Cardboard is cardboard. Its all the same thirty years or not. Its not like this stuff is the holy grail. . .
This is a very scummy move. The figures that were kept on the original card are relics of the past, and for you to copy and lie to people about them being mint in the box is disgraceful to all collectors. But I can't stop you, I just wanted to say that.
i never once told anyone these were original packaging ..not once, these are recarded figures its a how to video..are you aware there are 73 videos on recarding figures on youtube,,? from star wars to gijoe to heman ..look them up are you leaving comments on those videos as well? sorry no fraud here .just a how to video
i see you make coins and the weapons and even some body parts.i bet you sell them for a real carded figure .your why there is so much fake crap out there
Settle down! Your mom is almost done cooking your Pizza Rolls. Then your broke ass can take a nap. I mean I don’t know if you are broke or not but like you making stupid bets about internet strangers too.
Oh wow! Man,this is really cool. Those definitely make for nice conversation pieces for any SW collector.
Thank you so much for this! I'm planning on doing the 12 back carded figures from 1978 and just didn't know how I would do this. Really appreciate it.
This is for personal use, guys. No one said he's selling these. Sheesh.
THANK YOU KIND SIR,,IF YOU NEED SOME CARDS LET ME KNOW,,ILL THROW YOU SOME FREEBIES,,THANKS
On the stuff he does sell he is up front and honest about his reproductions. This is for Star Wars collectors that want nostalgia on a budget.

And videogame piracy is just for "archival reasons". Yeah that is bullshit.

Rather own the real deal or not at all
Yeah right. As a WW2 reenactor I'd love to own an original Waffen-SS officer's visor cap - that would cost me $10g. As opposed to a repro that looks exactly the same but costs $100.
That makes little sense. There a ton a genuine vintage MOC out there for around $100. All you need to do is a little research.
Cool. Stay edgy Scott.
do you make the coins?
How and where did you get the bubble?
swblistersstorenvy.com
samuraiman691 Thank you
samuraiman691 Also, the spray won't wear off right?
swblisters@storenvy.com
yes the spray will never peel off
What about the hole punch where they would hang them in the store?
thats why i dont make the hole,,,this way it looks like a reproduction
,,,
you make replica of star wars coins ?
+Fred Meesen hi yes i have all 62 coins in a custom frame i have gold coins on black felt or silver coins on red felt,,75.00 free shipping with plexi glass
Is it possible you can recard some for mine? If I had the cards already, and I'm willing to pay you if you do.
+Francisco Rodriguez sure no problem ,,,you have my email?
+samuraiman691 no I dont
crispin.feliciano691@gmail.com
Thanks!
I feel like this is a toy worth about 20.00......10 for the figure and 10 for the labor involved in recarding it.
most sellers on ebay and such sell them up to 40 .00 for each figure,a little high ,but if you can get it,,,
$1200
are those fake coins as well?
How did you make the card?
i used white comic book backing cardstock
+samuraiman691 no the power of the force card like the paper card
+samuraiman691 I've never recarded a figure before so this is new to me
+samuraiman691 where did you get sheet #1 and sheet #2?

DO NOT DO THIS!
Why not?
Lol. All caps, must be serious.
