Thank you for your great videos Shivesh. I have tried nearly all your videos and with great results! Except, maybe this one. I usually made cheesecake with condensed milk or heavy cream + butter, but when I tried this version with gelatin - it didn't turn out as expected. An issue I faced was despite several attempts the gelatin did not bloom - something similar to my friends who tried this as well. Please let me know if you can suggest a solution to this? Substitute of Mango puree would be semi sweet chocolate melted on double boiler and top would be chocolate ganache which is hot cream on top of chocolate and whisk it. Also for the base use oreo buiscuits

Hi Shivesh. This looks like an incredible recipe, and very easy to make. Planning to replicate it with strawberries, instead of mango. One Qs.: can we substitute the gelatin with Agar Agar? If yes, what's the proportion? (I've used Agar Agar in a different recipe, and too much of it leaves a very bitter, metallic aftertaste. Hi Shivesh, I have an 8 inches springform pan but you’ve used a 6in pan. Could you please be kind enough to tell me the proportions of the ingredients accordingly.. I wish to make this for my son’s first birthday. Looking forward to a quicker reply.
Just a suggestion of how I did it, use clean film wrap and tuck it nicely into whichever pan you have. And make sure that you leave a considerable amout of wrap on the sides of the pan, so that you can lift it later Put all your cheesecake layers onto it. Let them sit in refrigerator. And then carefully take it out with the help of the extended sides of clean film wrap. Ps: try not to disrupt the cheesecake and remove it from the pan slowly.

Do we use the Veg Gel-o-tone in the same way as non-veg gelatin? Because I used it - same amount, same method - but my cake starts melting the minute it is out of the refrigerator and so the gelatin must have not worked. It did not look like yours did before microwaving either. Please help. Otherwise the recipe was very very yummy!

Hi ! I had the same problem. I used the same quantity of agar agar as I don’t eat gelatin and kept it in the fridge overnight. But the cheesecake started loosing its shape once I removed the spring form pan. Any suggestions ?
Hi, yes I kept my cheesecake in fridge overnight. Even I used vegetarian gelatin. My cheesecake came out perfectly and did retain its shape for an hour outside (as by then it was eaten away). Will try keeping it out for a longer time next time and see how it works.

You can do it by a scraper ....the "cheelni" you call in Hindi basically the thing you use for peel the potato
