    Hey Zach. In your older videos you used to put the entire whiteboard on the screen for a couple seconds at the end of the video. It really helped for revision. Can you start doing that again please?

      @Marco Di Paolo intrafusal fibres,are modified muscle Fibre so I think the are connected in the same way and change their length with the whole muscle.

    I love your passion for the content as it allows a guy like me who is ADHD grasp such high yield info in fun way! I will never forget the alpha-gamma-coactivation because I know when those nuclear bag muscle fiber endings contract those Type I-A sensory neurons are activated because, "they tight baby!"

    Spinal cord reflexes are simple behaviors produced by central nervous system (CNS) pathways that lie entirely within the spinal cord. The sensory afferent fibers that evoke these reflexes enter the spinal cord and activate spinal motor neurons directly or through a chain of one or more spinal interneurons.👍

    To aid in understanding this video - keep in mind STRETCH in Neuro Muscular Function Physiology can mean either contraction or Relaxation.
    In essence it means Stretch = change in length of a muscle fiber - it ccan legthen as well as Shorten.
