    What a great teacher. His enthusiasm is like he is acting in a drama you can see he loves doing this. Imagine if all teachers were like this. Also, I understood this in 20 minutes more than 1 hour lecture could teach me.

    There are all these videos with fancy animations and yet none of them are as clear and understandable as the simple demonstration he did with his arm. What a truly gifted teacher.

    I finally understand how the sliding filament theory works! Thank you SO much for this video, it really helped me to understand when you talked it through (ATP binding, ADP + Pi disassociating, myosin head cocked... etc) :)

    Hands down the BEST explanation of the sliding filament theory! I am taking the TEAS exam in a couple of weeks and just ran across this video. I will now have to watch them all! I've never understood this concept as I do now. Your also quite the cutie to watch if I must say. Will be following while in nursing school! Thank you again 😀

    I've been taught this theory in high school, university, and in two different personal training certifications and EVERY TIME I go to review I realize just how much I didn't grasp this concept despite using multiple video, text, and tutor resources...     This explanation is so good. This takes me back to primary school when the teacher would explain everything through diagrams they'd draw on the board. Classic. Its my favourite way of learning.
