I'm a realtor in Malibu. I know this house. It was listed on the market for $50m, it sold for $40m. This wasn't steal, that list to sold price ratio is about what you expect when dealing in those price points. Given the current market, there is no way this would come close to fetching $80m today.

Grants cant ever stop selling, his responses are always "safe" to not negate the properties potential uses, pretty sure he didnt even want that ice bath, this was part of his epiphany to get more creative and market to a growing buyer pool. Watch him invite them back once he really gets the property staged to show off his "house warming" party. Since he's a salesmen and has executed on the initial touch point, expect him to market the property a few more times to find his highest bidder. Guys relentless, buuuut i can't trust him. Grants cant ever stop selling, his responses are always "safe" to not negate the properties potential uses, pretty sure he didnt even want that ice bath, this was part of his epiphany to get more creative and market to a growing buyer pool. Watch him invite them back once he really gets the property staged to show off his "house warming" party. Since he's a salesmen and has executed on the initial touch point, expect him to market the property a few more times to find his highest bidder. Guys relentless, buuuut i can't trust him. Good promo Grant, that property will sell. Especially with how he opened up the spaces, corner lot, beautiful 75ft pool, 80m for a dreamy piece of California coastline sounds fair at this point
