    I use grease, so sulphates will stay in my rotation. The no hear is the one I wholeheartedly agree with!

    This makes sense Sis but washing with cold water 🤔 does hot water not take out dirt easily? Or must I choose my nail? Dirt or healthy hair, hmmmm tough one🤔

    • @kihbsnatural
      @kihbsnatural  2 года назад

      Hahaha 😄 yes cold water sis for high porosity hair, if its too much then go warm water but hot water yes will take out the dirt but for high porosity hair it'll open your cuticles wide and you'll loose all your products and goodness in your hair causing dryness and unhealthy hair leading to breakage 😊

    Yea I tried the rice water mask but I think I did it too much. Every 3 days🤦🏾‍♀️ the protein made it shorter because it was too much. Now I’m braided up and getting a trim every two months for the next year. Thanks for the tips!

      Sure hunnie, protein overload can happen, you're doing great with your hair and thanks for always 🤗🥰
