This basically sums it up...
Mike Vrabel is a true, excellent head coach in a league where bad teams are going “collaborative.” Vrabel is a leader of men. Many HCs today can’t fill the whole role like Vrabel. Hope that the Titans suck for many year so that ownership understands the screw up.
The titans lacked talent and it seems like the Titans have made some questionable decisions regarding talent.
Vrabel just refused to change his subpar coaching staff such as offense, O line, training and conditioning etc. He didn't want to change into a modern nfl offense other Super Bowls winning teams possessed.
Yeah. Well we'll see precisely how "modern" next season's offence is under a GM who gave perhaps the most cringeworthy ass-kissing press conference I've seen in years. All he lacked was a chauffeur's uniform to drive Missy about.

Just unfortunate Vrabel wouldn’t attempt to work in a collaborative environment. Was the wrong move to fire him, but it’s also the wrong move for Vrabel to push for full control over the roster.

It's hard for HC give up final roster construction.

Vrabel never uograde always went and got Texan coordinators our offense went down no lineman work flipping our drafted lineman to a position he hasn't played.

I disagree. It seems pretty clear Vrabel wanted more control after last off-season Ms. Amy made it clear that she wants a collaborative effort. Those two things don't align
Vrabel and Derrick Henry suck. Henry was good at first but he's slowed down and Vrabel inherited a good team once he started getting his own players we went to shit.

NO the ISSUE is the OFFENSIVE LINE. Fix that and the Titans are a playoff team
