And yes, this is the podcast where Mike Vrabel said he'd cut his piece off for a Super Bowl.

Pretty sure Ran didn’t fire Vrabel. It was the owner.
Damn straight
And your source is???
Not what I’ve been hearing and I literally work at Nissan stadium
@@bedwinkawliga9897 you make hotdogs for Aramark shut up😂. When ran got hired Vrabel had spoken to Amy saying he wanted a gm that would work with him not someone that’s necessarily OVER him. And ran talked about that in a way when he got hired. Amy fired Vrabel. Ran just told him what’s up. It wasn’t Rans decision.
Owner decision, but Ran was in the room and a part of the convo.
@@shiiitprolly2590 if you paid attention to his other posts, you would know that he is part of the scouting for general mgr LOL AT "YOU MAKE HOTDOGS FOR ARAMARK". 🤡
His decision? 😂 Amy calling those kind of shots
💯
Yeah the title of this video is ridiculous. Clearly it was the owner
He tries not to give it away but it wasn't him.
@@grinningchicken Of course he isn't going to sell out his boss
Coming from a huge Niners fan, the Titans got themselves a good one with Ran Carthon, he was a pivotal part in building the Niners roster 👏🏾👏🏾😊
same with them getting the Bengals Callahan. they have some good leaders in place to make some noise & be in the mix at least
Ran seems really genuine. That is refreshing in the NFL
He does bruh
Great point about the location and how it is used to the titans advantage. Tennessee is bordered by 7 states and takes about 2.5 hours to get from Bama to Kentucky. Think about that. The reach of the state is large and wide. Props to Ran, Cali, and The Boys
Yo, you guys are looking better and better in his podcasting space! Much respect for the A1 job you do here. It looks amazing and you’re putting in good work creating your content. BIG UPS to Ran and staff also!
#titanup
Nice to hear him open up. If the boys in the back see this tell comp to hit up pescado while he’s still in rosemary. Immaculate views and great apps/drinks
Ran is probably the perfect person to be a GM to be honest.
This man has gone through the literal muck and mud in the professional football business. He’s a proven knowledgeable football guy, just never had the physical tools to push that level.
By being this guy, it puts him in the best position to connect with his players and give them the tact and love that even when we have to move on as a team it makes sense to everyone.
Is this Ran’s burner account?
@@1999worldjacob 🤣🤣🤣
Great jib with the pod boys. I here for it all. Their 1
I hope the Browns make Vrabel their headcoach. A real leader of men.
Brian Callahan(De La Salle H.S., Concord, Ca class of 2001).
Nick Holtz Titans OC(De La Salle H.S. Concord, Ca class of 2001).
If your from the Bay Area and witnessed the greatness of that program-especially between 1992-2004- who had a 154 game winning streak you know what’s about to happen. Trust me. Titans will be a disciplined team.
Brian not bill but I gotcha 💪🏾
NFL isn't HS
@@IncognitoSprax very true…but remember i told you. The Titans are gonna be that surprise team this year.
We got us a good one boys
Glad to have Mike back home for a bit with my Browns. Ryan Day fails, the doors are wide open for him at OSU
The most underrated gm in the nfl.
Great interview!
We needed a complete overhaul... I love it going forward.
Nah they just needed a competent offensive coordinator. Brian has never called plays and needed to prove that he can do it before being elevated to HC. I hope the experiment works out but as a Titans fan. I tired of them doing this type shit.
We should’ve made LeFleur the HC and Mike the DC the year we interviewed them both
Except Vrabel sucks as a DC
Lafleur had Dion Lewis starting over Henry at the beginning of the season
@@demond2134 tru probably fit his style of offense better we have 2 Dion Lewis type backs now I think Pollard and Spears are more physical tho
@@demond2134and what about the rest of the season? He the one who made the change to Henry
@@isaihaduvair3455 Varebel liked Henry
I say Taylor is getting his size back, Lewan come back to the titans get you another bag 💰 Titan up!
Reading into his lyrics a bit and I think this decision came from over his head
This podcast is still going???
No matter who canned mike..can we all agree it was a necessary move
It was clearly the owner LOL. Yes Vrabel and Carthon were able to work together for a year but their vision for the future was different. Amy had to make a choice.
The rest is history
Agreed
Bro it was totally necessary if we don’t want a 1985 offensive scheme!
The universal answer to the “Can we all agree” question??? Hell nawwwww 😂.
No. Will this move work out? Maybe. But would Mike have gotten a team together to win? Yes. We really weren’t good when larky was here. Mostly same team under Mike vrabel and suddenly we are way better. Mike was not the problem. Do things feel fresh? Yes and that feels good but it was not necessary.
Pretty sure Ran made the Henry decision
The thing about Nashville is that fame is common just like in LA.
mike vrabal got screwed in tenessee ever since the aj brown trade. coach of the year. why do u not get a gm on the same page. gonna be some dark times in tenessee for awhile. talk all u want bout we got better. I'm a lions fan. fired Caldwell because we were mediocre then mat patrica is gonna take us to the next level. good luck titans fans.
Good luck getting to the nfc championship again.
He screwed himself
True but now ya got Dan Campbell and he damn near got them to the Super Bowl 🤜
Hope Callahan does well. He did good things for my Bengals. WHO Dey. Good luck Titans fans
his son had the same reaction as all of us lol
You can’t win without a qb. I don’t care who is your coach. I blame that kind of thing on the front office.
Who they gonna draft all the good QBs were takin grabed the best guy they could he tried
This guy's a G
We will find out we can all assume , I don’t think they will get it together
Vrabel gave up man. He thought he was in line to coach the pats. It all backfired on him.
He didn’t want pats job😂😂
@@TheAndersonjc67 you really don’t think he wants to coach the team he won 3 super bowls with? Come on man get real.
@@to_wele5126The team also traded him to Kansas City after he put in great years as a throw in of the Matt Cassel Trade…some hurt feelings still i think
It just wasn’t working anymore! Vrabel wouldn’t change or hire someone who wasn’t a friend! It’s nothing personal just business.
S/O to Huntsville AL 256
I respect this guy man super real
"Kyle Shanahan is great at situational football" How much you think the goat choker paid him to say that 😂😂😂
4:30 am workouts? What's he eating.
Should’ve kept vrabel as a defensive coordinator
That makes absolutely no sense. You think a head coach has is going to be demoted to DC on a team?
You’re the reason why fans should never be listened to.
don't quit your day job and never become a decision maker at said job, just keep being a worker bee.
That’s not how the nfl works. If the organization FIRES you, you don’t just beg to stay around and be a coordinator. THEY FIRED HIM
He had to go and I was saying it 3 years ago
When we were the 1 seed with the most injuries in NFL history?
@@demond2134Seed placement doesn’t matter if you can’t win a playoff game
@@awesomebeast7509 They haven't had a QB since Steve McNair. You can win in the NFL with awful Quarterbacks.. Mason Rudolph is the future, maybe Willis is the future, Maybe Levis is the future or none are the future. Oline is awful also....
did Ran just say that Kyle Shanahan is excellent at situational football??? him being bad at situational football is why hes 0-3 in the superbowl. in the first one, when Julio Jones caught that ball. he couldve litterally burned the clock down by kneeling but instead had matt Ryan throw three incompletions. and lets talk about how he didnt run the ball at all in the most recent one and had a ton of pass plays, and then elected to take the ball in Overtime because "he wanted it third"
Lies it was the Owner
Ya it was his decision....right 😂
Should have been fired after the '22 season
Facts
This man def did not answer the question lol
Vrabel told him " he should not be a GM, should be assistant GM, could not agree .based on RACE....wtf..the owner got the memo....they fired him...vrabel though he was above the LAW...steaight disrespectful PERIOD...😮...He talking company line on this interview....😮
They should fire ran. Vrabel was great
He need to be honest they fired verbal because he won games as in the last game of the season and titan want to lose that game
Vrabel did this to himself trying to pull a Belichick and take over the entire organization.
Sounds like it wasn’t his decision clearly
Titans are gonna regret firing vrable as much as they regret trading aj brown
Hiring a nepo baby to replace Vrabes sounds like an easy way to get fired
So he basically saying it wasn’t his call. If I’m the owner I would be pissed he out here talking like this
I’ll be comfortable anywhere getting paid $25 million after dropping 10 balls
6-11
My sure why the GM is on this low cast showing trying to explain his and the organization decisions to fire someone.. sorry GM but bad move on your end..... Can you not see these Vrabel lovers are trying to put you in a bind that will come back years later.
Right
Kyle shanahan good at situational football??? 😂😂😂
Don’t matter yall still go be ass 😂😂😂😂😮
Interesting to see how he spins this…Starts video.
Blah, blah… typical GM talk with little substance. Turns video off half way.
Well that’s because you’re a clown by the way
I feel like this interview makes this guy looks like such a novice tbh. Not trying to talk for the sake of being negative at all… but everything he is saying just seems so basic/duh
Cursed franchise and cursed owners.
Good convo but the titans still gone be trash this upcoming season.
What am I listening to …. You’re the GM and your kids have the coach pic on their phone….. you called your wife , is Mike the head of your household SMH. Then you hired the first guy you interviewed. Who hired this guy
Yeah he hired the top coaching candidate
You’ve obviously never ran a large organization or had to make any tough decisions regarding employees/personnel.
Vrabel Out
Titans heading to the dumpster
Vrabel was an overrated coach. Hell he was an ass coach to be brutally honest
Idiotic franchise 💯
Big mistake.
Worst gm in the league
Clown boy
Dude delusional, respectfully. Titans have been bad the last few seasons. I don’t see the advantage or maybe they’re not utilizing it.
Not utilizing what? Dawg just yapping
The knowitalls said that Vrabel would be scooped up in a second bc he was such a great coach though!!! The more pro sports podcasts were hear, the more we learn about the lack of sports knowledge from pro athletes
Appreciate Ran for the Niners gear. 🫡🤝🏿🤞🏿. Much success at Tennessee
