"I ended up getting arrested for bank robbery" is just an indirect way of saying "I robbed a bank and I was caught and sent to jail"... With minor, petty, trivial, inconsequential offenses (like disorderly conduct), you can wind up getting arrested but armed robbery of a bank is not a petty offence.

Just because they're dead, it doesn't absolve a person of guilt. It just denies the living an opportunity to have a suspect prosecuted and judged by a jury of their peers.
Guilty or not. Don’t ever answer questions without a lawyer. Police and detectives are not your friend they are actively building a case against you. They are not kidding when they say “anything you say can and will be used against you”
Easy for you to say from the comfort of your home Seasoned and Hardened criminals talk for a reason The System has ways to coerce the criminals to talk Example are cameras , witnesses etc , just saying silent sounds good but it plays in the juries mind when the death penalty is on the table
I could've sworn that Miranda rights used to say "can and MAY be used against u". Don't know when they switched it to "will" but noticed it has never been "may be used for u". Thought it was innocent until proven otherwise.
The upset lady at the end the video says is facing the death penalty was NOT facing the death penalty but was facing life, but was offered a plea deal that went sideways for 20 years based on a miscommunication with her lawyer., her name is Ky’Andrea Cook.
Does anyone else think hes the one that put child porn on the computer to blackmail the couple? Why would you let someone go thru your computer if you had that shit on there? I have no doubt, i hope the cops figured that out and if true they could clear his name.

"Innocent, Law abiding, God fearing people"
What about the child pprn?
My question is, why is nobody else talking about the CP? It's only comments about dispatcher and how the detective went about his job
The detectives say anything to get a confession. Saying that plays on his emotions a bit more and likely to get a response than saying you killed a scumbag.

They would likely overserve customers routinely, resulting in many many drunk driving deaths.
Women cant do shit right, god dammit
Unless you’ve done their job before I wouldn’t judge. Some jobs you have to keep a sense of humor to stay sane
@josebarajas5368 no. That's not an excuse. That kind of high school ass behavior is fine for people in the kitchen of a restaurant or guys in a warehouse but when you're taking emergency calls, especially calls where someone's life is at stake, requires professionalism and compassion. Making literal jokes about someone reporting a double homicide proves they have neither, and it doesn't matter if they weren't on a call when they said what they said. It speaks to their mindset regarding the job. These women are one bad mood away from getting someone killed for not taking them seriously. If you need to be immature and make fun of people just to "stay sane," being a 911 dispatcher should not be your career.

@rbspider he's definitely a scumbag too. The wife was innocent for sure but the cop was referring to the guy as a innocent man. If he's into that kind of stuff he's not exactly innocent in my mind and I don't feel bad for him. I think the cop made a mistake because once he opened the door to that info he should have acted sympathetic to him. You know anyone would have done what you did etc.
That operator and the women she was speaking with need to be fired why are they laughing 2 people have been killed and they think its funny infuriating

He just lets him talk, and gives him a little bit of breathing space when in fact, the kid is done. When challenged, his story doesn't add up. He played himself.

Yeah. He definitely wasn't 'God fearing' with that sh*t on his computer.

Are those dispatchers still laughing now?
It’s crazy how the dispatchers were laughing and making light of the woman’s call who was clearly in distress. When the first one called the 2nd one and she laughed like “whhaatt” as if you’re not in a job field where serious and heinous calls are made all the time. They definitely need to be reprimanded as all calls should be taken seriously sMh 🤦🏽♂️

@@evdog401 Yeah but then I've seen cops go "he was overly dramatic in proclaiming his innocence." You can't win or not win in that department. Bottom line: nothing you say or don't say will change your circumstances in that situation. By the time they've brought you in, especially if you're in shackles, then they know whatever it is they know or think they know. Best to shut up and ask for the "l" word. Then a defense attorney such as myself will walk in, bitch slap the detective, and tell you to "sit tight and shut the fuck up."
@cainmathewson1857 it seems like it would be easy to just lawyer up. But when your're actually put in that situation your emotions are going to take over. Asking for a lawyer would be really hard for me at least to do if im 100% certain i couldnt have anything to do with it
