@Foresight Plum I think it's because they aren't exactly part of the Nijisanji group, they are a separate Chinese Vtuber project made to cater to the Chinese market specifically on Bilibili. The reason why they are associated to Nijisanji or is called Nijisanji CN sometimes is because they're both Vtuber agencies run by Ichikara Inc. which is the mother company of Nijisanji and VirtuaReal.
