I believe Ghost "B.C." came about because when Ghost was getting popular, there was another band called Ghost in the U.S. who claimed to hold a copyright to that band name. The claim was eventually dismissed, and Forge was then able to officially go back to releasing albums by "Ghost" in the U.S. (My first career was in music business affairs.)
When they changed labels...the record label said what's the story? So Tobias came up with a story starting with Cardinal Copia. He wears painted masks. No makeup
No tickets are quite expensive. They're going to Scandinavia and Mexico City. Pit tickets are about 300-400. The top tier for VIP with guaranteed center rail is $750

Hey thanks for all of your comments! I'll try to reply to everything you said in one comment here: 1. No accent - I lived in Sweden for a few years and recognized the accent that way. It can be seen as subtle, but it's definitely there. 2. Ticket prices - yes definitely a bit pricey, the good thing is you can find seats for a reasonable price and still see the show. I just bought tickets for $200 for a good view of the stage! 3. Movie confirming Imperator and Nihil are Copia's parents - thanks for mentioning that. I haven't seen the movie, so I wasn't able to confirm and I didn't see it mentioned online anywhere, so I appreciate it. -Zorlda
