Makes me wonder if the g17L frame with 19slide with comp would make a flush comp Glock? 🤔🤔🤤
That sig build is sick I really wouldn’t mind one in my collection

Well played
You are missing the most important and closet glock killer, The Canik!! Especially the mete and Rival series. Not only are they modular with each other but you can run rival slides with the PDP as well as most of the magazines
I'm glad someone else was thinking this. Canik is super legit!
Do us a favor and put the canik as your duty use gon. You’ll never want to touch another canik after a month of field use. They most definitely are not glock killers, having a light trigger doesn’t make it better.
Love Canik. That price point is insane.
@@HatsuneM1ku01 what type of field work are we talking? I’m asking because I want context. Not trolling
@@Red_Dawn_Radio How about the Glcok 19 is way better for I own both.
Seriously canik is my favorite striker fired now. I bought a canik sfx and it’s a tac driver. And has the best trigger I have ever felt on a striker fired. Higher end features than a glock for less. I’ll never own another glock because of canik.
I bought a Canik Tp9 & left my brother shoot it first & now he doesn’t want no other firearm. I carry a FN 509 Tac
Agreed, however, the customization options are so limited that it won't make the list. Freedomsmith trigger shoe, Taylor Freelance backstraps and mawells, but other than that...
I am a Walther and Canik fan for obvious reasons. I own 4 Walther models and 6 Canik.
What’s coincidence seeing this comment, first time gun buyer and just bought the Canik tp9 elite combat executive, was torn between that and the FN 509 tac or the sig m18 and held that Canik and bought it on the spot. The only shitty thing is the mag laws in my state require 10 round mags so the default mags that come with it have to get modified
Agree 100%. Started off with Glock now I'm 100% Canik!
The CZ was a good choice, I agree with you on everything you said about the CZ-P series, I personally got rid of my Glock 19 gen 5 mainly because I stopped idiom it all because of the CZ-P10C. The factory trigger is so smooth and crisp compared to anything I could’ve done with the Glock and I managed to get a hold of a optics ready CZ-P10C. More accurate, crisp and amazing trigger, same size as a Glock 19 but imo I think it’s more comfortable. Plus, it’s a CZ.
Same. I sold my 19x and got a p10c. Just feels better for me
It seems like the Canik offerings should be on this list, the TP9SFX, Rival, and Rival S, and if you're including that Zev OZ9, which is far overpriced in my opinion, then you might as well include the base model CZ Shadow 2 or Shadow 2 Optics Ready and also the CZ75 SP01.
Glocks are like the Honda Civic's of guns. You can get parts for them anywhere and it seems like everyone else loves them.
And lots of the Walther slides and parts interchange with the canik line
A Canik is one of only two striker fired pistols with a good trigger.
I’m a Walther guy. Carried the PPQ M2 and Q5 polymer the last 6 years. Picked up the Macro last month. It’s perfect and easier to conceal at 1 inch thick with more capacity with 17 rounds. Plus it’s optic ready, with night sights and a comp. That’s why I chose it over the PDP. Plus, I see a lot of people say they don’t want the comp. But if you shoot the XL side by side you feel the difference so much.
My personal favorite is my Sig P320. I have an OEM full size frame with custom stippling, the shorter ZEV slide, BT threaded barrel and a flush mount comp. It has the Zev sights and Holosun 507C. Tlr8A for the light and beam and finally I use both stock Sig mags as well as Taran Tactical modded mags... and no it has never gone off by itself!
i can confirm neither my p320 has gone off !!!
This just came to mind, do the 320s with a manual safety have the self-firing issue?
@brandenhylton8272 no certain ones before a certain date. Any new ones you have bought new will have it fixed
Sig P320 imo is the ultimate 9mm platform. I own or have owned S&W, Walther, Glocks, and others, and the Sig just outshines them all. Also, every Walther I've touched, and one of those I owned and got rid of immediately, were all garbage. Issues across the board with limited rounds down range.
@@korn522 I prefer my glock over the 320 though I do CC both. I sold my S&W within a few months of buying it as they (Shields) are crap with having no slide release, and poor accuracy.
Smith and wesson 9mm EZ performance center model, I highly recommend after using. Easy to slide rack, 2 good safety features, good neon sites, magazine easy to load and eject, easy to take apart and clean.
Should of went with the Walther PDP-F series...
@@petedetraglia4776That's like going with a BMW over a Lexus lol.. Dumb

@@JS-bh4ii online chromes we’re $1200-$1300. In store paid $950
HT congrats! The case and extras are really something to behold, especially it you got at the $950 pricepoint. I lucked out and got one from our boys in Coppell but ive seen many vendors list at $1200+. I considered not installing the little magwell thing but decided it looks more finished with it on :)
For my p320, I used an axg grip module, norsso slide & barrel, apex tactical trigger kit, Obsidian arms steel guide rod & 1911 recoil spring, and I'll be mounting a holosun 509t as soon as I can lay hands on one. It looks sweet, and I can't wait for that 1st range day. I've had people tell me I built a Sigteen-11 😆
Got the AXG w the walnut grip panels but mainly got it for a metal module and want to build it out like yours. What’d it cost you? Didn’t realize the optics ready p10c w a 509t was so sought after, I got that set up w everything killer innovations came out for it, just don’t like the stock stippling, went cheap and got a talon grip for now but probably stippling it soon and snag some sort of aftermarket slide
@Perkuhlerk oh man, it's better for my sanity if I *don't* sit down to do the math on that one 😆
Let me put it to you this way: I'm fortunate to have a liveable income and low expenses right now. Additionally, this is the only handgun out of a grand total of *three* firearms I plan to own for the foreseeable future. So, I was able to invest in quality parts without sweating the cost too much.
@Pyreleaf lucky bastard. I'm still paying off panic buys from July.
@@BrandenH-O051 why did you panic buy?
@Pyreleaf it's biden and I'm a dumb 22-year-old who doesn't trust the government.
Definitely a video catered to people that are into full on tacticool guns. Let’s take a factory gun, change the frame, trigger, slide, sites, etc. Now you have a $500 gun that you have $1500+ in. I’ve been down that rabbit whole before and realized most of it is not needed for the average person and a waste of $ that could be better used on ammo, training, or more guns. I am surprised about the grip texture issue you have with the PDP. I have the PDP-F and find the grip texture to be fantastic and really locks in my hands.
Have you ever looked into Canik? For a cheap, entry level gun they run like a champ! I’ve put around 3,000 rounds through my tp9sfx without any major issues. A fee stove pipes here and there, but other than that it’s been a champ
I love my P10c and P10f. They're fantastic pistols with no major drawbacks. The f is my nightstand gun and I obviously trust it with my life. My carry gun, however, has changed from my P10c to my Steyr M9-A2...this thing is just amazing to shoot. Super comfortable, super accurate once you get used to the weird sights, and dead reliable.
My m9-a2 in od green is my go to since I got it last year. Grip is amazing and such a soft shooter. I haven't found any polymer frame striker gun that can rival it in stock out the box form. And for the price it can't be beat in my opinion. I can't understand how more people don't own one. Everyone that I let shoot it falls in love. Most people are scared off by the sights but they can be changed. I however like them. They are designed to be a quick target acquisition sight for self defense distances. Work great for that and with minimal practice they are easily mastered.
I am so naturally accurate with my CZs. They are like cheatcode from factory. Not to mention how beefy the P10C barrel is. Especially if you want to shoot +P+ Ammo.
Love my P10 C
It’s funny that you brought that up because I was literally thinking the same thing as I was watching this video, and that’s that somehow this video got recommended to me outside of the fact that I am a newly Glock owner. But I have been wanting to get into buying more guns just purchased a Ruger and now fascinated about this whole competition shooting.
its a shame competition shooting is so hard to get into. Closest USCCA shoots and ranges are 3+ hrs away from me. Takes your life over and every weekend and vacation is taken. This paired with hundreds and hundreds of rounds of 3 types of ammo. Gotta really commit to it. Just picked up Sig DH3 and added Delta point pro, its amazing and useless at a standard 25yrd indoor range:)
Start out with IDPA, once you get the hang of it then start with uspsa. Idpa is a lot cheaper to get into while still being able to be competitive
Never explains why they are better just shows stuff Glock don’t do but Glock is only for it’s reliability not custom set ups
What up kickz, good to see you here
LISTEN THE GLOCK IS THE MOST RELIABLE PERIOD !
man, the walther PDP is something else, I bought a pro SD full size in first to have a cool range gun, and ended up to sell my G19 to get a PDP compact. Impossible to look back now
After thousands of shots in m CZ p10 I have borrowed a PDP and shot 2k rounds in it in a couple of days. I was anxious to try it and expecting so much... But unfortunately I have to say I was unimpressed. 😥 Maybe exactly because my expectations were so high, but to me the trigger was a bit worst and the sights and grip a lot worse :P
@@vladmordekeiser1054 correct
Wrong
Love my Walther PPQ M2, may have to look at the PDP
I used to be in a police youth program, we would be taught how to shoot, do traffic stops, resolve domestic disputes, etc. I was on our range team and got to shoot a Walther Q5 Match pistol (PPQ with ported barrel and slide, match trigger, etc.) with their SWAT team +P+ hollow points, it was fantastic.
I am surprised that none of the Shadow Systems made this list. Holosun also has an SCS for the PDP now, very nice. One other thing, on your parts list if you click on a link, it takes you off of your page. You might want to consider setting up the links so it opens a new tab instead. Thanks for the content. Very much appreciate your work in the channel!!
I own Shadow Systems and they are nice to shoot but I don’t think based on his 3 criteria they are better than a Glock
For me in this price range it’s the M&P 2.0! It just feels right out of the box.
Same here… I got quite a deal on mine too.
and now the plus is the one, right?
PDP-F with 3.5 Barrel & swap the barrel with a 4". P99, PPQ, PDP, PDP-F Slides & Grips are all interchangeable. Lok Grips makes good accessories for the Walthers.
I started with a Glock 19 Gen 5 since I sold all my old guns from years ago and that was my first recent gun back in 2019, since then I have moved mostly to M&P 2.0 4.25” CORE Pro Series, the M&P Metal, and M&P Compact 4.0 and 3.6” for EDC. I like how much more you get with the SW then the Glock, also with either a Holosun Optic or Venom Vortex they are very accurate and smooth. I also do own Springfield Hellcat too small for my hands and Hellcat Pro which is also a nice gun.
Glock and Springfield make you buy plates and are generally more $ then the SW MP 2.0’s
All good but it really is more of a preference just like which Truck you Like GM, Ford or Dodge
The PDP is LYFE!
Agreed!!!!
I live in NY State and support you 100% even thought it's impossible to own a gun here.
During my career as a LEO, I carried a G21, G41 for patrol and a G30S for undercover and special details.
I am not against the 9mm, I just prefer 45ACP primarily due real world/on the street use and what I have seen high perfoming JHP bullets do to the body.
So I wish that there were more upgrades for 45ACP Glocks and Sigs.
Sir, are you saying I need to tote my Glock 30 and not my 43?
@@hydroplaneconvoy8130
You carry what you train with and what you are most proficient with.
I just prefer 45 ACP caliber over 9mm because that is what I train with and most proficient with.
The icarus grip modules for the macro and the p320 are amazing! I love them. Feels just perfect in the hand. Edit: they do sell out really fast. Usually have to pre order them and wait a little while.
That bore axis doh 🤮🤮🤮
how long did it take to get it from the time you ordered it?
@Aaron Ishcomer almost 2 months. I purchased a pre order the day before Christmas and got it mid February. Which was the time frame they said it would take.
@@DinoNucci still shoot flatter than any Glock I’ve ever shot..
@@DinoNucci Bore Axis is bullshit, when it comes to glock vs Sig, all that matters in that aspect is training.
I enjoyed this presentation very much. I love the Walther PDP platform. I also own 4 Sig Sauer models, which I highly praise. I am fond on the beast, the CZ P10F that is. *But ignoring Canik is puzzling. Canik has established a solid reputation for several good reasons, including outstanding performance.*
What's the difference on your CZ P10 F and my CZ P10 C ?
@@raymondschwartz119 The CZ P10C is compact, 4" barrel length, 15+1 capacity. The P10F is full size, 4.5" barrel with 19+1=20 rounds.
@V.German11B cool thank you
Canik doesn't fit with the theme of this video: comparing a stock Glock to platforms that let you mate $400+ frames with undersized slides that you put a comp on.
@@NoodleMcGee Canik is increasing sales noticeably, thus threatening Glock's "fans kingdom."
I love my CZ P10 but all 5 of my Caniks are better. Best out of the box trigger you can buy and I had a walther PDP. A very audible and very short reset and what you get for what you pay is awesome. Review a Canik
They copied the Walther trigger and yes a great value, got a chance to play with the TP9DA (double action model) The slide rails on the frame are even covered in some slick material to reduce wear and play. I liked the double action because you can decock it and carry without a holster safely and double strike capability in a pinch. They make aerospace products like missiles too and their chilled economy makes it a great value.
@@melissasmess2773 I know they copy the Walther trigger, but my Canix to me had a little bit better Traeger than the Walther PDP. My Canik rival has the best Traeger out of all of them so far.
@@melissasmess2773 i’m not a big fan of Glock although I know they are very reliable pistols, but I put well over 1000 rounds through all of my Caniks with no issues so far. I picked up a dagger and it's a full featured budget gen 3 clone, and when on sale with these crazy holiday sales, you can get a full featured gun for under $200-$250 plus transfer and shipping. I've been blasting the hell out of the one I got, and I'm convinced it's almost as good as, if not better, than a full featured Glock, and has more features and costs way less. And that's far cheaper than the world's cheapest Glock you refer to at end of vide....
What about Canik? you should definitely do a review of one of their handguns. I personally have the TP9SFx and love it. tons of aftermarket parts like the 45 Blast compensator and even Canik has many upgrade parts you can buy straight from them. Definitely check them out if you haven't!
100% Have a couple Caniks, and for the initial price can't be beat.
Kentucky Ballistics just did a video on squib loads with a canik SFX I believe. Shoots the squib out the barrel and keeps on going like a champ. Worth taking a look at. Great gun for the money.
Because Canik just makes clones.
@@Craig_N
So they are clones that many times are better than the original.
@@johnc6738 No they aren't many times better since the Walther made the list,
Something better about the P10C, is you can run a P10F slide on it. Hell, CZ even sells a version of it called the P10SC. I grabbed mine from PSA for under $400. I am partial to long slide compacts.
I hated the p10 couldn’t take the slide off unless I pulled the firing pin out
@@brandonbarchenger5505 That's the Mossberg pistol. You don't need to take the firing pin out on the P10.
Thank for the content! 👍🏻 glad your back in action. The walther pdp us simply nasty in my opinion. But that's just my opinion and it's not supposed to be everyone else's. The CZ is awesome as well .
Your collection is impressive. I recommend the rubber grip for CZP10F. I’m considering buying an after market slide. I do wish the magazines fit flush esthetically.
I have been carrying my P320 Compact for about 2 years appendix and it has always served me well. I have a Romeo red dot and a Wilson combat grip. Feels amazing and can drive nails. But I recently went to the Shadow Systems MR920 elite and I gotta say that it’s miles ahead of my Sig.
Oh interesting? What do you like better about it?
I have the Walther PDP 5’ full size, for almost a year now.I have no problem with the grip or the texture!None!
I love the way it performs(over 2500 rounds fired,without any issues/problems)!💯👍
It's 2023, not 2003 or even 2013, and Glock has failed to move forwards and hence become out-competed. Triggers, ergonomics and quality sights are real things. Glock became Lego for adults.
Still a great platform and soft shooting. People don't want to tinker and buy after parts, like anally retentive ham radio Karens. People want to be respected as customers and have a great gun out of the box.
The competition to Glock are just as reliable, better quality. I do sometimes still train with a Glock.. but I, as a bodyguard, need something with far superior performance. I go with Canik and adding the Sig P365X macro. Really like your alternative list.
I can't believe how cheaply you can get a P10c now. They're such a great platform and with the upgrade of an optic, I think 95% of us would be super happy with it.. I've seen them everywhere for 399 lately which is just silly.
I also think the Arex Delta is a sleeper in this category. Modular chassis, optics ready, great texture, a good trigger, and true reliability for 400 bucks. Tough to beat.
I got one for 350, the suppressor hight OR version 😂
I've fallen in love with Smith and Wesson M&P 9mm. The compact is amazing
Just bought my first 9mm in THIRTY YEARS, since the 5926 I've had SINCE THEN: M&P SKU# 13567, $500 after rebate. The ONLY thing I don't love about it is the empty chamber port that spews hot gas and powder residue onto the optic lens. It's not even NECESSARY, since you can see brass through the SIDE of the slide/barrel gap right next to the extractor!
I love my Canik Mete’s going to try swapping the slides between the different frames as well. Fit great and dry fire function but haven’t seen anyone actually do it at the range yet. Maybe today!
Really like the CZ P10F but I wanted a optics ready version and they were normally out of stock. Ended up getting a Beretta APX A1 and I don’t regret it at all. Love everything about it and I feel there’s no upgrades needed out the box before carrying it. I do plan to get the 21 rd mag though.
The new OD green Beretta APX A1 Tactical is temping me.
My p10f with the vortex venom is a beast
I have the Walther PDP 5 inch Full Size. Personally I love the grip, the texture and the
pistol overall. I think the PDP is the best out of the box, striker fired pistol. It also had a Lifetime Warranty! As for S&W I own the Shield Plus Optics Ready which is fantastic, and has a very good trigger; not as good as a PDP. But the best out of any S&W I have ever owned. No need to swap this trigger out.
Agreed. Walther, S&W & Canik have the best striker fired triggers that I have felt and I have shot most of what's on the market...
Glock needs to start putting that performance trigger in the factory guns. C'mon Glock!
They won't do it because they are just like apple.
I guarantee you they will they just want to milk it at first a little bit and make the performance trigger a separate option but you’ll see those start making it standard
Just slap in a Ghost Army connector for $25 bucks and you can start hitting targets😂
The glock platform is so open that I don't really care to force glock to do anything as I only build glock clones from aftermarket parts anyways. I can just get a p80, PSA dagger or any other frame and drop in whatever I want and not pay that much as if I had bought an oem glock and then modified it. Personally I prefer the over watch precision triggers.
They can't, because that would mean the existing one isn't perfection.
I like the PDP but I own a Beretta APX original and it shoots outstanding. My wife and I are 64 and she even likes it. She's survived a 2 year battle with cancer, and has bad arthritis in her hands and normally carries the P365 .380. She shot the APX and said it was easier to shoot than her gun. The only thing I did to it was put some nonskid pads between the slide protrusions to give it a better all around feel. Looks pretty cool too. Watch your channel whenever I can, keep it up.
Favorite Canik ,Walther ,Rudger!!
I really like the Iwi masada, it's very cheap compared to glocks. I have the tactical version with the threaded barrel, suppressor height sights and the optics cut with interchangeable backstraps for 415 dollars. They don't have aftermarket support very much tho.
Man of class I see
IWI has always made good stuff and there has always been limited aftermarket support. This happens with a number of manufacturers that I happen to like.
It sucks but apparently I need different taste in firearms or to research the ease of buying stuff like holsters and other parts before I decide to like the gun.
@wilsongulick4608 I still have not gotten a holster for my masada. It's impossible to walk into a guns tore to buy one, and most of the stuff I'm finding online don't support the surpressor height sights, so I have to get a custom kydex or something and I've been reluctant to send my gun in to have it molded
@@JtheInsaneYou try Muddy River Tactical.

"You pay for what get"
I have been carrying a glock since 1984 , don't get me wrong very good gun . Seems like they never did anything major to update the gun . I'm carrying the Canik tp9 sfx
Yes you can do a flush comp on a Glock without cutting and grinding.
Using the Radian Afterburner comp on a Glock19, this makes the gun exactly the size of a Glock17 and you can use Glock17 holsters etc.
Glock, Walther, S&W, and CZ…all good factory pistols.
If you put a 365 slide on the xmacro size grip modules either from SIG or Icarus precision then it will help with all the heat problems and is arguably the best setup in my opinion. I personally have and carry a 365 XL with Icarus precision elite XL pro grip without a comp or optic and I've found it carries very well and I can actually shoot it for extended periods in the FL heat.
He is from the Phoenix area way hotter in the summer than Florida. I’m also from the same area.
Taurus G2C did what Sig did with the P365 first with the increased rounds in a micro gun. The difference? Sig is more popular. Sig has more after market support because of that. Also the Sig costs over double for some reason. I have both and like both though.
Reasons for the cost difference include the Xmacro having an integrated comp, better trigger, pic rails, better out of the box sights, and the 17 round mag capacity. G2C is a decent choice but it does not rival the 365 IMO.
@@Schmuney I was talking the intro 365 and not the xmacro. Sig has quite a few "365" flavors in the lineup and they are all more expensive because of various differences. The base model though which is basically no different than a G2C/G3C is what I was talking about in my comparison of price.
@@checkyoursixgaming Ok in that case yeah I'd agree.
I currently have a PDP and a Canik Rival and my Gen 5 G19. I have had a CZ P 09, P 10C and P10F. I had a Sig P 320 X5, several S and W Shields, and a Walther PPQ Q4 tactical. All those guns are gone, but my G19 will always stay. I like my PDP and my Canik, but my G19 is my always gun. It’s irreplaceable. It’s first for a reason.
Canik Rival S or the polymer one is fine if money is a concern. The BEST striker fired factory trigger, ever. Unbelievable reliability and accuracy that compares with guns twice as expensive. I have a 1911 9mm that is less accurate than the Canik. I was not a big fan of Turkish guns early on, but with Girsan and Canik that has changed. The quality is increadible for the price, making it one of the best values of all handguns currently. The PSA Dagger is great for what it costs too, but the vanilla Canik is a better gun for almost the same money.
I wonder if you would like the Walther PDP-F series it comes with a different grip it's probably gonna be my next gun I really love how they look
Great video! First off, none of these guns are destroying each other lol. They are all beautiful in their own right. That being said, my fave is the p320. The bore axis thing is non-issue... I don't feel anymore recoil compared to all the others mentioned in the video.
Yea the bore axis thing is vastly overstated, just one of those things ppl started saying and it stuck.. It makes a difference in flip slightly but you can get back on target just as quickly.. Hunble Marksman kinda debunked the bore axis thing on his channel..
@@micahdunleavy9227 Well said. P320 recoil spring negates any real difference in recoil, and in fact in some cases I find it has less recoil.
Years ago, you were one of the influences that steered me to the M&P 2.0C. I love it and carry it every day. Rock solid, but sadly I got it before they decided to make it optics ready. Keep up the good work and thanks for the info!
Gotta try the Equalizer and the metal M&P. They're both worth a look, IMO.
Has anyone found a slide for the 4" m&p that's optics chit?
You are clearly German and you can’t carry in Germany
As a Former active Marine you do a great job keep carrying the torch!
I have lots of pistols, many that are highly customized, Sig's, HKs, 1911's, S&W's and several Glocks. I work in a dangerous profession, carry at all times and have for over 2 decades, my EDC is a Glock 45 MOS with a vortex red dot. Trust your life to whatever gun you want, innovation is nice, modular design is cool, personal preference, etc....at the end of the day, I trust the gun that has won the most gunfights. YMMV. :)
I really like the Wilson grip/frames on both the Sig P365's and the P320's.
Thinking about going with a WC for my xmacro if they release a xmacro sized module that accepts the stock 17 round mags
Those WC Frames are the truth
Do you know his link on he built the p365 x macro XXL ???
@@jinndagreaatt No? Do tell
I love my Cz P10C
I love my S&W. It's not only cheaper, but out of the box, it beats Glock, IMO. Upgrades only make it better.
Gotta agree. I retired my Glock to the safe after buying a Smith and Wesson M2.0.
I just picked up a p320 xten and she’s a beast. For what it is.. it’s a fantastic gun. Too many guru’s get caught up in the idea that to be considered “good”.. it needs to fulfill every niche known to man. For a hard hitting, lower recoil 10mm… it’s ergonomically great with hardly any “muzzle flip”. And superior to its competition.
You should check out the BUL Armory Axe Tomahawk (2024 ported version) or the Hatchet. in either Full Sized or Compact variety... I have the Tomahawk FS and the Hatchet C models, and both of them are better than any Glock I've ever shot! Plus, the trigger rivals your favorite, Apex trigger, right out of the box!
There's lots of pistols that offer more features for the money compared to Glock. With that said, it's hard to argue the parts availability, mags and aftermarket parts like mag extensions, comps that aren't parts typically put on Glocks are the most plentiful. I haven't found a weapon system that I can completely disassemble like a glock either which makes it very user serviceable.
Can you try out the Canik TP9? I have the TP9 Elite Combat Executive and it’s an outstanding shooter with an amazing trigger right out of the box. IMO one of the best bangs for your buck right from the jump.
Agreed. I love my combat executive. Awesome shooter. Canik really does a great job with overall build of their pistols.
The TP9SFX is the best overall Canik!
Wish that Beretta had the aftermarket support of Glock or S&W. I have the APX A-1 which is a pretty decent shooter but love to see you possibly make it better or put your spin on it. Glad you're back!
Really I'm still having a hard time finding a 40/9 conversion barrel for M & P .40SW .
I put a $179 SW4 Complete Dagger Upper on my G19X Frame, then caught a "HE" or Elite 10yr warranty 407c x2 Green 2moa on her & OMG!
She's a soft & solid shooter & I've had zero issues to date.
I also slapped a OW Precision TAC Trigger, 15lb recoil spring, trigger spring kit, 3lb black Yikes connector & polished everything!
Now I'm getting a very short straight back pull at 2.7 to 2.9lb pull. For some reason if I put my stock Upper back on. I get a 5.3lb pull. That's with the same polished parts, etc.
I just need a micro comp now, because the Dagger Upper comes with a threaded barrel, suppressor sights, RMR Cut, etc.
One thing I truly love about my P320 and P365 XMacro is that I know I can always customize them to fit how I want to use or carry them, or even if there are advancements in grip/slide design I want to adopt. Sig's modular design is really a step forward and will become the standard as more makers adopt that approach. Weird how many folks dismissed it until the Echelon came out and now it’s suddenly a desirable feature, lol. This was also a major reason, aside from price, why it was chosen by the military.
Honestly, my P320 and Shadow Systems MR920 are my two favorite pistols to shoot at the range. I really don’t notice the higher bore axis on the P320 at all, but that might be because I have big hands. My P365 XMacro isn't quite as easy to shoot as either, but man, it's hard to beat 17 rounds out of a gun I can pocket carry in the Florida summer heat. Add a backup mag with a +4 baseplate and that’s 38 rounds of 9mm that are really easy for me to take anywhere comfortably.
P320 is one of the least reliable guns. Garbage.
Do you know his link on he built the p365 x macro XXL ???
Great guns but they're more expensive than several glocks regardless of how good they are.
The glock does operate very well and is extremely reliable. I only bought mine because of how well it functions, how reliable it is and what it cost compared to all of these guns. For self defense and protection as well as price to performance its a good gun and should be reccomend to anyone who is looking for a gun for self defense and is on a budget, it should be reccomended for its reliability, performance and price.
The perfection in Glock is its ability to do everything more than well enough
You can get a CZ P10C for $331 right now! Tell me where i can get a Gen 5 glock (non mos) for that amount with steel iron sights and a great trigger?
The Sig M17 beats the dick out of Glock. I was a G17 junkie. Mine is beat to death. Loved it. Then I realized that the Sig M17 is a cheat code for keeping shots on target and customization.
Just like canik
@@thezfamily989 - Canik is beast mode, but their aftermarket support in the USA kinda sucks, unless it’s a model that’s interchangeable with Walther parts
I have both and can confirm. My M17 > my Gen5 G17.
The fact that everyone under the sun compares every handgun to the Glock tells us that the Glock is simply an amazing design. If you think any particular gun 'destroys' Glock I can assure you that it's only in a particular way. If you want the best gun over-all then the choice is always obvious. Get a F'n GLOCK.
Well said 👏
Im new to all this and all I heard was buy a Glock !!!
ya - no...
Glock used to be the industry standard. They have been left in the dust. They are old, tired, and no longer innovate. They’ve gone the way of the 1911. People just won’t let go of their outdated technology. My department used to issue Glock. Now they allow us to carry anything we want as long as we qualify with it. I think only 2 or 3 guys still carry a Glock for duty.
What?? ABSOLUTLEY NOT!! LMAO. The Glock was originally designed as a VERY CHEAP government-contract winning firearm that was spec'd out to be extremely durable in dust filled and muddy environments, could withstand multiple hard drops in combat, was low-maintenance with fewer parts to maintain, and so the absolute dumbest soldiers could operate it fairly accurately and maintain it easily.
GREAT long-term battlefield sidearm, big plastic clunky gun with poor ergonomics with unnatural pointing from draw for most people. Needs at least $500 in upgrades to perform the way it should in civilian life.
I've tried shooting it as a rental at my range, it's sub-par compared to most others, and the Beretta PX4 smoked it for accuracy and speed.
Most of my friends have dumped theirs after shooting my CZ75 clone and Walther. Most went with CZ75s or Walthers, a few went with Canik's higher models and SIGs, and one went with the S&W M&P series.
We all laugh at Glock now. The rest of the industry left them behind years ago and they still keep making virtually the same turd. For some weird reason they refuse to change the grip angle or offer a version with a better one, which is the #1 complaint I hear from most everyone. It points so horribly up and left that it will cost you your life in a split-second decision defensive street fight.
The high-speed drills my friends did with their Glocks was hilariously slow compared to the CZ75 and Walther guys.
Your good as long as you keep your gun clean and don't buy cheap bullets. I love my Glock 19 and compact Beretta APX. I use the Underwood Xtreme +P+ ammo which is a bit expensive, but very reliable, barely any recoil, and never jams.✌
I have a p320. The modularity is pretty insane. You can essily switch it from being a compact gun to a full size bull barrel gun to a pdw with a brace/stock in minutes. You can build it any way you like it. I like to mod things so the p320 is the perfect fit for me.
Canik is the one. Yall sleeping on that gun
SAR is another underrated weapon of choice, I have the CZ 75 clone B6 version and its PHENOMENAL. Canik is another and am anxiously awaiting for the MC9.
It's crazy how underrated Sar is, been making guns since 1880 and have a great reputation.
Wouldn't trade my Walther PDP for anything best gun I have ever had hands down. Just miles ahead of anything else I have shot. Glad it's getting some recognition here.
Between tactical toolbox and honest outlaw you both have recently gotten me into firearms and i cant believe i havent taken up this hobby earlier. Ive bought about 7 diff firearms and built an ar15 in the last 2 weeks amd my wife is like 😳 when she saw the bank statement. 🤣🤣🤣
Ehh.... I love my Springfield Armory XDM 3.8 45 and XDM 9MM full size. Both come with match grade barrel, a nice trigger great grip texture, and both are extremely accurate, right out of the box. I have 5k threw the .45 and about 12k rounds threw the 9mm. Both are my favorite handguns as they are also very comfortable in hand. Has high capacity mags(2) extra palm swells, heavy duty case, and other goodies for under 750.00
Better than Glock? How about any of the Canik TP9 series? The SC is my carry gun of choice.
Hands down the only one that can currently dethrone the Glock is the M&P 2.0, it has the yrs, track record, reliability, aftermarket, grip texture, ergos, shoots flat with very felt recoil and almost no muzzle flip and for a cheaper price(excluding the metal) plus you can swamp out the slides from the compact to the 5 inch so Walther is late to the party with that sales pitch.
This dude is the king of click bait
Sig P320 was my first gun, and the last one I had. And so far the last gun I have had. I loved it. Shoots good. I had a full size duty weapon. Surprisingly snagged it new on sale at Academy for 530. Sigs are almost never seen below 600.
Great review but I would respectfully submit the Springfield Echelon to this list because of it's modularity and its optic system
Ya um, I’ll stick to Glocks 😂😴. Not to say there aren’t other good handguns as well but if my/my my family’s life is on the line, I want my Glock with me.
I think its good to have at least one. Franklin about to drop a nice treat for it if not already.
All these fools talking about p365 as an EDC lmao. Nothing like a recalled gun to trust your life with.
This guy literally needs his guns to be frankensteined in order to shoot them. If ur a good shooter u should be able to pickup anything and hit ur target
@@dakinesc09 lol but the p365 wasn’t recalled
I’d take any cz over a Glock.
Question. If Glock is so bad, why does everyone try to compare to it? Because Glock is the gold standard. That’s why.
No, it’s because it’s the most common handgun in America…
@@jackmayer9372 WHY is it the most common ? Because it’s reliable. Simple. They last. It’s simple a better handgun. If it wasn’t, it wouldn’t be the most popular.
So the toyota corolla is the best car?
If you were going for mpg then yea.. or a Prius
Kinda like brands of guns benz, Toyota, Glock, smith&wezzon
Totally agree with s and m mp, I would include hk vp 9 tactical optics ready
Honestly the bore axis on the 320 couldn’t be any worse. Love everything about the piece except the grip. .45 cal has absolutely nothing in the aftermarket 🤦🏻♂️
I fell in love with that M2.0 the very first time I shot it.
You should try Sig Sauer p210 "Neuhausen". It was the official pistol in the Danish Army/Navy/Airforce. Very accurate, that people used it for competition.
I can tell you really trying when you started with the my buddy story.... I'll keep the 34G and look forward to welcoming the 20G 10mm😊
Let me tell you that pdp 5inch full size is something else……I ended up getting my lady the 4 inch because she lovvvveddd mine the only thing was her hands were a little to small lol. Not once have I had an issue. My god I love that gun. I also have the 2.0 but in the 10mm and holy f fell in love with that gun.
Fired a Glock for the first time in my life a few weeks ago, can't make it fit my hand and it was really pinching my trigger finger, I think I am more comfortable with a round trigger, had a Beretta 92fs many years ago and it was great, I think a CZ will be my next gun. Loved how it felt in my hands.
I don’t watch very many non podcast 30+ minute videos but I enjoyed this one.
The CZ Shadow 2 compact is optics ready. I have one. While it costs more it shoots very well and I haven’t put an optics on it yet. After one magazine all I could think was WOW. Awesome trigger. DA/SA. DA is little heavy the SA was 1911 out of the box impressive.
M&Ps just look so good 😍 Sigs and M&Ps have the best looking polymer guns imo.
I like/love this video but I'm not gun smart but I'm reminded of a movie where Mr. W walked into the gun shop and assembled a pistol to his liking at the counter while the shop keeper watched. Can't do that now; That type of knowledge is Priceless but not common to all so if it's worth anything I give you 5 stars for the info Thank You
I picked up a p365 xmacro tacops on a trade new, it has become my favorite edc i absolutely love it
