I'm from Japan , Thailand it's the best country in South East Asia. My dad have been working in phuket be a engineer. My dad said this country have a lot of beautiful things traditions, food , and others love thailand from Japan 🇯🇵❤️🇹🇭
As a Tai Ahom from Assam 🇮🇳, Northeast India, Thailand is like my solace purely because I relate with everything there. From language, food, dresses, culture to looks, I feel more connected to this land than any other place. I highly recommend anyone from Northeast India especially the Tai communities to atleast pay a visit once, in order to know how a Tai speaking community lives. I have personally visited Thailand 3 times. Covered most of the regions. My favourite city has to be Chiang Mai. Can't wait to be back again soon to discover even more. ขอบคุณมาก 🇮🇳🇹🇭
I visited Thailand 8 times. I love the vibes of Bangkok, beautiful scenery in the southern part, hospitable people and the friendliest environment for the tourists. Thank you Thailand for being such an awesome country. ❤ from Bangladesh
Fun fact: Thailand drives on the left because of (indirect) British influence. The Japanese started exporting many vehicles to Thailand and also helped a lot with their transportation infrastructure. The Japanese themselves drive on the left because the British built their railways and then roads followed suit.
Thailand also border British colonies like Myanmar/Burma and Malaysia which also drives on the left, In the case of Myanmar, their dictator leader woke up one day and have a divine dream that everyone should drive on the right in the 70s.
I would say not likely true. Left side driving seems to start before WW I in Thailand due to the need to seamlessly connecting with British colonized neighbors as well as the meter gauge rail system( as you said). Japanese auto builders only came in the 60s ,quite late in time though slowly but strongly predominating the Thai auto market to date. Coincidently that Thai and Japan both have the same driving rule on the left.
No my friend, there are really a lot of Japanese that love Thai and have been moved to lived here in Thailand like over 100,000+ population but in terms of the transportation infrastructure were all about auction my friend, they didn't help Thailand it's because there are a lot of companies fought for those projects and yes probably what you saw many times were the Japanese company won but not most of them my friend they had to competed with others company in Thailand to won the auction too to worked on those project, and like I saw about 25 years ago when you have a big project such as big long second or third floors Toll way, BTS skytrain or MRT underground train they still have a lot of companies from many countries worked together because it's really a big project and what I've seen too like you was one of them always the Japanese company it's probably because they are professional and won because sent a good price at auction but ofcourse not only the Japanese company worked on those project, like when we built the MRT 25 years ago we called Joint-Venture BCKT as a name of a company because we have 4 company doing work together only dig the tunnal hole itself for the MRT underground train already used the machine fromThai company+Japan company+ Germany company. We have to do together because it was a really big project. If it's not that big project, Yes probably they could do that project by only 1 big company and that's mean only one country do that project. Just like we Thai company just already completed built the First SkyTrain for Bangladesh people it's called the Dhakha Metro Rail Project, and they already tested the train to use since last year.
My Aunt visited Thailand 🇹🇭 with some of her friends. When she came back home, she couldn't stop speaking about the food, hospitality and the beauty of the country. Would love to visit. Greetings from South Africa 🇿🇦 👌👍👊😉
As a Burmese,I feel really close to Thailand even though we had wars in the past, when I visited Thailand for the first time, the tour guide are really friendly and singing for us in the bus on the way to the market we visited, some Thai people took me for a Thai when I stopped by and asked how much is that, overall Thailand is the land of friendly people.
I am Thai and I used to visit Myanmar and so much impression for people, and we are Buddhism and very impression for faith of Burmese to Buddhist🙏🏻 Myanmar is my favorite country, I love in your faith and soul, Burmese are nice.
I have always felt at home in Thailand, the people are so kind and I never felt I was away from my own India... Lots of love to our Thai brothers and sisters...
I love Thailand's great people, food, culture, and beautiful environment. As a Lao-America, I agree that both Lao and Thai share a similar culture and language. Regardless of history, we are one. Love from Lao. 🇱🇦 🤍 🇹🇭
Being a Thai myself, I'm really excited to see this episode. Aside from the puns and the pronunciations, I think you've done a great job. One thing I'm rather disappointed about is that there's no mention of my home province Buriram. Buriram is a province located on the southern part of Isan. It is where the Panom Rung castle (a castle that works kinda like the Stonehenge ie the sunset will align along the middle of castle sometime in a year) and the Khao Kradong (one of the few dormant valcanos in Thailand) are located. Really want you guys to cover that. But other than that, I think you guys have done great job on this episode.
Love this episode! Thailand is amazing and Thai people are indeed very nice! Had to laugh when you say “not Taiwan”. As a Taiwanese living abroad, I often have to say “we are not Thailand” 🤣
Thailand is a beautiful place, I love how close the Indian and Thai cultures are. When I first went to Thailand, I was fascinated by your jiggly-wiggly letters, similar to our Indian scripts and some Ramayana excerpts in the form of Drama, as we do Ramlila in India. But, i couldn' t make any from the language which seemed very sinitic and cute to me, with the tones. Plus, being from Odisha state of India, we had trade relations with Thai kingdoms too.
I can honestly say: this is my favorite channel on all of RUclips. I’m a flight attendant for a large US airline. I visit this channel WEEKLY as I’m traveling around the world. Gives me an incredible appreciation and small glimpse into the places I visit and the people on my flights. THANK YOU! Def think I would fangirl if I ever saw you on one of my flights hahaha
As someone who has met many natives IN Thailand I can say that these guests represent Thai people SO WELL. They are always friendly, open, fun and playful.
I've been to Thailand for a wedding among a lot of other countries. I would recommend Thailand as my number 1 place to visit. Beautiful people, the best food. Cheap prices. The beaches are paradise. I can't wait to go back. Go on a boat tour to the phi phi islands, it's absolutely insane
FYI: Tambralinga (ตามพรลิงก์) is the name of the long lost biggest kingdom of the south of Thailand which situated in nowadays Nakhon Sri Thammarat province and also the people from the south (like me) never call our home with this 'fantasy' word 😆 we just simply call it "Pak Tai" (ภาคใต้, ปักษ์ใต้)
Greetings from Boyolali, Central Java, Indonesia. Our king used to be really close. Several Siam kings visited Surakarta, Yogyakarta, and Mangkunegaran palace in Java when Java still under colonial rule, and have really good relationship that Rama V fascinated with Javanese culture. He even has a ton a collection of batik.
I visit the Royal collections from time to time, and LOVE the richness of Javanese batik culture. One national artist, for fabric art, residing in Krabi in Southern Thailand, traces her lineage back to Java, when her family was invited to Siam with the blessings of the Yogyakarta court. Her works are amazing, and I an proud to own two pieces from her studio.
A fun fact from Thailand. Rama V was also enthralled by the Javanese gardening so much that he brought some Javanese people to plant around Sanam Luang or Royal Field. So we still have citizens of Indonesian blood until now. 🇹🇭❤️🇮🇩
As a Vietnamese i adore Thailand, i have so many friends who are mix Thai so i get to experience their culture 1st hand n i love it. So beautiful and colourful 💖🇹🇭 💛🇻🇳
@@quanquoctruong1276 Well I've also saw on Google that they follow mixture of Buddhism,Taoism, Confucianism & also worship local folk deities & ancestors Does this make up the concept of "Vietnamese Folk Religion"? Also saw there are about 8%-10% Christians & also religions like Hoahaoism,Caodaism(which I haven't heard before) Looks like Vietnam is a multi religious country!
@@nncrystal7065 yes that's mostly the concept of "Vietnamese Folk Religion", tho most of us just call ourselves Buddhist if we fallow it. Hoahaoism n Caodaism are religions that were created here in vietnam. Hoahaoism is like either like a folk religion or a sect of Buddhism. While Caodaism is a new religious movement established in the city of Tây Ninh in southern Vietnam (this idk much about). N indeed vietnam is a multi religious country, we except all beliefs here.
I have always felt like Thailand and Philippines are twins. Although they both don’t share borders, they are very similar in many ways. Greetings from Thailand’s 🇹🇭 southern neighbour, Malaysia 🇲🇾. Many Malaysians also have Thai descent.
Thailand, it reminds me of relationships & events related to my country 🇮🇩 (don't forget history & love 🇹🇭 too from your neighbor country, Indonesia 🙂): 1. Rescue from an Indonesian plane hijacking at Don Moeang Airport in 1981 (aka Operation Woyla) 2. The handover of the Angklung musical instrument to Prince Bhanubhandu Savangwongse in 1908, then introduced it to his students of the art of music. 3. Cultural similarities in the Old Javanese era such as the Zodiac (in the Srivijaya era). If in Thailand the zodiac will be the month on the date 4. There are Javanese villages & Makkasan settlements 5. And many others
I was so lucky to visit Thailand in 2018, still the best travel experience I ever had. Swimmed in the Maya Bay just before it was closed down. Such a nice people, made a lot of friends, will definitely come back! 🇹🇭💛
I remember when I was in Alaska I was driving out in the middle of nowhere and seeing a log cabin that was also a Thai restaurant. I was so shocked that I laughed
After this video I got to know that Thai has A LOT of cultural connections with India, just as little simple things, like most people won't go to barbershops on Tuesdays, the names of the days in the week like Mon, Tues, etc connected to planets, and a lott I found very similar! Also, I find some common words to Indian languages for example the name of Thai international airport Suvarna Bhoomi, most of the Indian languages Suvarna means gold or good looking structure, Bhoomi means land or earth.
In nowadays most barbershop in thailand aren't stop to service in wednesday but some of barbershop at rural area still close and not service in wednesday
As a Thai, one thing I love is the people. We tend to really to share our culture to others. Unfortunately, most of us can’t speak English, once we can we will not stop speaking until you are tired of it, but you won’t, believe me.
One of the greatest experiences I had was traveling to Thailand to teach music. I recommend any 'touristic' activity or location that are well known, but take a chance to and get in touch with local communities and 'normal' Thai. The respect they show to others is admirable, and they truly are the most polite and hospitable people I've met. Almost to the extreme, which will take some getting used to. If the whole world was a little more like Thailand, we'd have a lot more peace. Also, you forgot a little detail in the friend zone. One of the oldest diplomatic relations in the world and in Thailand is between the royal families of Thailand and the Netherlands! Over 400 years of friendship!
I found interesting when people have amazing admirable but in other app like quora, people also comments about got rob/not that admirable thing etc in the local communities. Btw Asian in generally famous for their polite & hospitality
Hi I am from Thailand. Aside from visiting Bangkok, Pattaya, Krabi and other famous provinces you may have heard of, you could try going to Hua Hin, Prachuapkhirikhan next time. It is wonderful there and I love Hua Hin so much because it is my hometown.
I'm kind of surprised they didn't talk about Prince Bira of Siam. He's the first Thai F1 driver and competed in the Olympics for sailing if I'm not mistaken. But still what an amazing video.
26:26 same here in India 🇮🇳 🙌 The days also represent different planets and sun. For e.g Shani(Saturday)-Saturn ;Bruhaspati(Guru)ie(Thursday)-Jupiter ; Surya-Sun(day) ::))
Indonesian here and was looking forward for the Thailand episode like from centuries ago LOL Sending loves to my neighbor country, one of my favorite ASEAN country-mate to visit!
I'm from Thailand and I really love this video! I've been watching Geography Now for a while already and ever since 2017, I've been anticipating the Thailand episode, and I must say this didn't disappoint! Although there were a few minor inaccuracies, for the most part this was really well-researched and I have faith that it'll teach other people more about Thailand! ขอบคุณครับ! 🇹🇭🇹🇭🇹🇭
@@MichaelSmith-fy1jj One inaccuracy was that "Pak Kret" was described as a city surrounding Bangkok, which isn't true because Pak Kret is a district within Nonthaburi (though it surrounds BKK and is part of the Greater Bangkok Area)
ancient name and the same reason they conquered the malaysian empire until the south of thailand became the property of thailand even though the islamic population there was large, did thailand propose a new border
@@afizi1213 Tambralinga It is an ancient kingdom centered in the present day nakhon si thammarat province. I live in the southern thailand. there are mostly buddhists and christians here. did you know that southern thailand has a population of about 7 million. and the total muslim population in thailand is about 2-7 million people. ( the total population of thailand is 70 million people.) just narathiwat, yala and pattani there's the most muslims. ( means that the majority of the population is muslim. )
The episode I wanted to watch the most!😆 I LOVE THAILAND, is my favorite country in the world, and this episode is my favorite now. Love from Uruguay.🇺🇾❤️🇹🇭
I visited Chiang Mai about 4 or 5 years ago. I took a cooking class, went to an elephant sanctuary, went hiking, and went ATV riding. It was a great trip.
Portugal was the first European nation which have the contact with the Kingdom of Ayutthaya. The Portuguese people introduced the Roman Catholic Church and modern warfare, the using of firearms, to the kingdoms in the region, especially the Siamese Kingdom of Ayutthaya and the Burmese Kingdom of Taungoo. Many Portuguese people worked as missionaries traders and mercenaries in the both kingdoms' troops and many were awarded the Siamese noble peerage. After the Fall of Ayutthaya in 1767, King Taksin estabished Thonburi as the new capital. Many remaining Portuguese people in Ayutthaya moved to the new capital. Their descendants are still living there today, in the community near Santa Cruz Church. Even many of them assimilated with the Siamese, Mon and Chinese, they still preserve their Portuguese roots, such as being Roman Catholic and having a unique cuisine. Many Thai desserts also have the Portuguese influences too.
@@thboy1037 that is a great rundown of the history of luso Thai relationships, and all very true also. I've been in the Santa Cruz District, visited the church and the school and you are right, there is still some remnants of Portuguese food there made by what at first sight looks like a Thai person. I'm very happy to live in this country and proud of our past relationships which can be said, have been great.
@KIT-Nascimento I make way more than sustainable level. Don't believe everything under qualified backpackers tell you about work in Thailand lol. Also, what it is it with you or the topic
My favourite country in the World. Shout out to Theerathon “Aum” Bunmathan, Messi “Jay” Chanathip, Thanapitchakorn “Nhim” Kanuengpim, Sek Loso, Por Annop - who are my favourite Thai Celebrities, Sportsmen. I hope to visit again soon! I have been traveling around the world doing Freelance jobs for 7 years now. Whenever I go to a new place I make sure to watch the geography now about the place. Always amazing tips and I have so proud of how you and the crew have grown Barbie. All love brother !
It truly surprises me how megacities like Bangkok have almost double the population of my country of Serbia, with the territory of 88000km2, compared to the 1500km2 of Bangkok, that's crazy
Yeah but you wouldn't want to live in a 30 sqft pod in the 43rd floor of a building but rather a suburban/exurban town with a large beautiful yard located with picturesque views
same case with HK , Singapore , and other densely populated "small countries/cities". my friend live in a flat (only 2.5 x 3.5 meters, basically 1-car parking lot size), on the 48th floor, Hong Kong.
As a Malaysian Malay, i really hope to see more of the tambralingga part. Because there where the Pattani region seperated to two parts, the northen part were given to Siam, and the southern part were given to British, and as the result, these people which share same culture since Funan and Langkasuka empire, are in different countries today, Malaysia and Thailand.
Actually, It is really normal for modern day because of nationalism system that makes us separately. For example, there are around 25 million Thai who have to separate from Thai mainland and live under China territory in Guangxi and Yunnan. Moreover, there are Thai in northern India and northern Myanmar too. In addition, Laos and Thai are same race but have to separate the country because of French during the colonization period. So, every country also has the problem of unfair territory which separate their brothers and sisters apart. But we do not have to be angry by the past. We have to create the better world that all races can live together, no border , no nationalism, unite as one.
Yayyyy!!! Finally, my long-awaited episode!!! Really impressed how you could cover everything about my home country in just over half an hour and how you could nicely avoid discussing the hot and controversial topic of the monarchy. Kudos to you 👏🏼 Also loved how Hannah mentioned 555 as the first thing in her part 55555 As a Thai person, I would say younger generations are becoming less religious, especially in urban areas. Although most of us are Buddhists, many are superstitious as animism has always been part of the Thai culture, with a mix of Hindu influence. As for major cities, population-wise, yes, Hat Yai, my hometown, is the second largest outside of the Bangkok metropolitan area since it’s compact and densely populated. But area-wise, I would say Chiang Mai is the second largest metropolitan area, followed by Nakhon Ratchasima, Pattaya and Hat Yai. Cities are often divided into smaller municipalities. So when asked how big a city is, you’ll have to look at its major municipality and take into account other smaller municipalities of its vicinity that form the metropolitan area :) And for those names we can’t even pronounced, it’s probably because they’re written in the Latin script. If they were written in Thai, it would be easier for us to read. That being said, many Thai names consist of big words from Indic languages like Pali and Sanskrit. Even if they were written in Thai, Thai speakers would find them challenging to read. What’s more, some names are transliterated into English in a very fancy way to reflect their Indic roots regardless of their actual pronunciation. So you’ll see things like Suvarnabhumi Airport, which is actually pronounced “su-wan-na-poom”. 😅 Linguistically and culturally, yes, we’re related to the Lao people, especially people in the Northeast, where the border is just the mighty Mekong. The Isan Language of the Northeast is linguistically a Lao dialect but due to politics, it’s referred to as a Thai dialect. Finally, I want to say thank you for making this episode! ขอบคุณครับ 🙏🏻 (kob khun krub)
I have a friend from Thailand. We've been friends since the age of 10. We were actually introduced through his aunt because my mother worked with his aunt. He would come visit during April. Last time I saw Mac was 7 years ago and he was studying to become an engineer. I promised to come visit him one day.
Kudos to the team for this vdo. As a Thai myself, I rarely see a very informative vdo about my country like this one(and very accurate, like no media of this country would never dare to show it). Your pronunciations are very on point. Love your co-hosts too.
Our connection is more than 1000 years. Historian found Indian trading evidence since Sri-Deva era (before Sukhodaya era). You always be welcome old friend ❤
The part in which you say that Lan was divided into 5 smaller kingdoms at that period is a bit wrong though. The area which is called Lan Na didn't get divided into 5 smaller kingdoms until the times of Rattanakosin era when it became a vassal of present-day Thailand or at that time called "Rattanakosin".Before that, in the Ayutthaya period, Lan Na is still a unified kingdom ruled by the " Mang Rai" dynasty until it became a vassal of the Taungoo and Kaungbaung Dynasty later on. After the Ayutthaya kingdom fell, the Thonburi kingdom took back Lan Na from Burmese ruled and established 5 smaller kingdoms as a vassal that you have said in the video. These so-called kingdoms would later get slowly abolished and fully annexed into Thailand during the reign of King Rama the V.
As a Filipino, Thailand and Philippines are like the besties who do everything with each other like the exact same thing with no problem but are very competitive when it comes to Beauty Pageants😭.
Thailand, which has about the same land area as Spain or France, consists of two broad geographic areas: a larger main section in the north and a smaller peninsular extension in the south. The main body of the country is surrounded by Myanmar (Burma) to the west, Laos to the north and east, Cambodia to the southeast, and the Gulf of Thailand to the south. Myanmar extends along the western portion of the peninsula as far as the Isthmus of Kra, after which Thailand occupies the entire peninsula until reaching its southern border with Malaysia at roughly latitude 6° N.
As an Indonesian, I always like that we and Thailand (and other indochinese countries) are grouped into 1 southeast asia despite having very very different culture and language!
I believe we can easily divide south east Asia into mainland vs maritime, even then there are still many differences in the countries of each group but I think the mainland vs maritime geographical location plays a big role in determining the difference between each respective group
สวสดีครับ Greetings from Indonesia to my Thai brothers and sisters! I especially really like the Thai language, I love the script's look so much! Also the anthem of Thailand is one of the first foreign anthems I memorized by heart Love from Indonesia
Alexander Albon is actually the second Thai driver in F1. A former member of the Thai Royal Family called Prince Bira (short name) was a decently succesful F1 driver in the 1950s.
I an happy to see a lot of hindu and buddhist influence in the thai culture. I was literally able to understand most of the thai words spoken in this video because of the mix of sanskrit and pali in their language. May god bless Thailand
Really need to go back to Thailand Went in 92 for Cobra Gold, US Military and Thai military exercises, got my Thai wings there Bangkok was overwhelming but awesome, got to visit the Reclining Buddha, ate awesome Thai food Not sure where we were but saw a giant Buddha carved in to the side of a mountain Overall great people and places
I’ve been dreaming of visiting Thailand for so long and i was supposed to do that in 2020, but Covid messed up everything. Thailand has many thing to offer from big cities, nightlife, food, history, temples, wildlife….. finger crossed for one day (also hope they get rid of covid restrictions) 🇹🇭
I have been waiting for this day since forever! I will say you guys do my country justice. There’s a lot of ongoing sensitive issues but you navigated through them very well. Our country and people have never been more divided like today but hey, I guess that goes around all over the world these days. So visit if you can, so many places to go, activities to do and of course, so much food to try. Check the weather though, they are kinda unpredictable but predictably hot and humid. Thank you for the episode. As a Thai, I love this one very much.
Songkran is the thai word derived from the sanskrit word sankranti and is also the hindu new year throughout the indosphere-india, burma, srilanka, bali etc( celebrated as vishu, baisakhi ,puthandu, bihu etc all on the same day april 14 to 15). Most of the similarities in culture and language are very evident and obvious to Indian ears, especially the names which have heavy sanskrit influence. Even the thai script is of tamil origin. Entering the airport one can definitely see heavy indian influence even in the airports name- suvarnabhumi which in sanskrit translates to golden land and the display of the hindu story samudra manthan. Most would certainly forget that even today the priests of the royal family are hindu bramhins whose ancestors were brought to thailand from southern india to perform the rituals needed for the royal family and also introduce most of the common hindu rituals and practices. The present day thai calender, astrology zodiac, ramakien, heavy thervada buddhism and even the traditional dresses like sabai (from saree)are derived from India. even the thai greeting customs is of indic origin.(sawadee with folded hands was) In the modern world thais may forget their deep relationship with their Indian counterparts but we must not forget the tree who loses its roots is doomed for sure. Hope the two cultures reach their glory together and not lose it in the name of modernization.

Thailand is a beautiful place, I love how close the Indian and Thai cultures are. But, i couldn' t make any from the language which seemed very sinitic and cute to me, with the tones. Plus, being from Odisha state of India, we had trade relations with Thai kingdoms too.

Yes, Suvannabhumi means golden land 😃
Im able to understand almost all words like tambralinga, and the big city name of bangkok and everything, that's incredible

One of the greatest experiences I had was traveling to Thailand to teach music.

Love Portugal, we have a long history together :)
Yeah but you wouldn't want to live in a 30 sqft pod in the 43rd floor of a building but rather a suburban/exurban town with a large beautiful yard located with picturesque views

They suppose to mention that
@@kudamasin4992 agreed...
Kudos to you 👏🏼 Also loved how Hannah mentioned 555 as the first thing in her part 55555
As a Thai person, I would say younger generations are becoming less religious, especially in urban areas.
So when asked how big a city is, you’ll have to look at its major municipality and take into account other smaller municipalities of its vicinity that form the metropolitan area :)
And for those names we can’t even pronounced, it’s probably because they’re written in the Latin script. 😅
Linguistically and culturally, yes, we’re related to the Lao people, especially people in the Northeast, where the border is just the mighty Mekong. The Isan Language of the Northeast is linguistically a Lao dialect but due to politics, it’s referred to as a Thai dialect.
Finally, I want to say thank you for making this episode! ขอบคุณครับ 🙏🏻 (kob khun krub)

Alexander Albon is actually the second Thai driver in F1. A former member of the Thai Royal Family called Prince Bira (short name) was a decently succesful F1 driver in the 1950s.

@@surachaipukdeechon4405I love thailand ❤🇹🇭 of south America 🌎
I an happy to see a lot of hindu and buddhist influence in the thai culture. I was literally able to understand most of the thai words spoken in this video because of the mix of sanskrit and pali in their language. May god bless Thailand
Really need to go back to Thailand
Went in 92 for Cobra Gold, US Military and Thai military exercises, got my Thai wings there
Bangkok was overwhelming but awesome, got to visit the Reclining Buddha, ate awesome Thai food
Not sure where we were but saw a giant Buddha carved in to the side of a mountain
Overall great people and places
Buddha Mountain, outside Pattaya in Chonburi
You should really go back for a visit. Much have changed in the past 30 years-- it would be like your 1st visit all over again-- lol!
i miss Thailand, one of my favorite places
I’ve been dreaming of visiting Thailand for so long and i was supposed to do that in 2020, but Covid messed up everything. Thailand has many thing to offer from big cities, nightlife, food, history, temples, wildlife….. finger crossed for one day (also hope they get rid of covid restrictions) 🇹🇭
Please do visit :)
The present day thai calender, astrology zodiac, ramakien, heavy thervada buddhism and even the traditional dresses like sabai (from saree)are derived from India. even the thai greeting customs is of indic origin.(sawadee with folded hands was)
In the modern world thais may forget their deep relationship with their Indian counterparts but we must not forget the tree who loses its roots is doomed for sure. Hope the two cultures reach their glory together and not lose it in the name of modernization.
Love my Indian brothers :)
