Nice place, whatever the price (because I know it's cheap). In Brazil there is just an air-conditioning in the bedroom. Also, in Portugal, and probably in Brazil, the toilet paper goes in a trash can. The view from the roof!!!--Aaaah!

You got a good deal. I stayed in a 2 bed one bath. Small balcony. Half block to beach. All included. 1.200 a month
Those power lines look kind of dangerous right by balcony, I like the view👍👍

I've seen separate shower room and water closet (WC) but never in that configuration of having one inside a bedroom. Friends in my US city have a similar spiral staircase to their roof deck. It starts in the small yard behind their house and then rises to the roof of their 3rd story.
Hi Pat...nice place however it’s a bit expensive for me. The shower location is odd never seen that before. Great location where you can walk to the beach and bus stop. Also they have Costco that’s a plus. I wish they have it here in Philippines. Take care 🙏

Do you think 🤔 Mexico 🇲🇽 is more dangerous than the Philippines 🇵🇭 or same same but different 😵💫
I feel that it’s about the same. The Philippines has Abu Sayyaf and Mexico has the cartels. Just need to be smart and not travel to the more dangerous areas.
I love the place, too bad you have to move out. How safe is it over there especially for females. Maybe the reason why when it used to be a doctor's office. they just had the sink and toilet. So they didn't have room to knock down the wall to put in the shower. So they added the shower in the living room.
