they’re basically little mom and pop restaurants on the side of the highway when you’re going outside of Montreal
they serve great classic poutines, burgers, hot dogs etc.
and they are found in a lot of these little town around Montreal (and even in Montreal) like st jovite, st Jerome, st Adèle

@@jeremyfeingold8030 I've seen a few "poutines" on some menus but it's like weird flavoured gravies and mozzarella or cheddar. Gonna try and order some curds online and make it!

I prefer well done fries. Very nice when the gravy soaks in to them and they still have texture.

So I went back and watched every episode of this series. I really like it. And in my opinion, it has earned you a top 3 place in the BA world. I hope you take this as the complement it is meant to be, but you stand on the pillar of greatness with Brad and Claire.......... Claire, of course my all time fav. Great job Delany!!!!!!!!!! You make me happy. :)

Can you guys give Gaby her own show? She's so sweet but i only see her in the background or in very short clips. I'd love to see her make some Argentinian dishes!

*Alex: *Says “Ree-shard” when talking about Maurice Richard.**
*Alex 10 min later: “If you’re from America and you’re gonna get slaughtered on the internet for saying anything French, you can just call it “the ‘Ritch-erd.’”*

Freaking LOVED the Leonard Cohen-poutine-tribute song! You've really outdone yourselves!
