Poe One | Importance of a "sweep" | Tutorial

This short video explains how to use and why a "sweep" move is so important in a Breaking. Poe One (Style Elements Crew/USA) is giving You different variety of this move as well as basic history behind.

what I enjoy of OGs like myself is info from different kats who have learned how to do there moves and teaching the new generation of Bboys... we all come from different lifestyles, from different cities and states. Fly vid, fly steps and variations..
Just to clarify for the sake of getting proper information out. The so called 2 step never had a name. It was done first by buck four and that along with the helicopter sweeps is my foundation. The baby swipe is actually a 3 step (for reference peep ken swift in wildstyle) even when poe demonstrated the 2 step in this vid, if you just listen to his feet touch the ground you will hear 3 taps of the feet per rotation.
Sweep is the first, the oldest and the most important move in breaking not because of its variations but for other reasons which youtube don't give me enough space to get into. But anyone who has ever been to any of my workshops circa 2003 and up has gotten the essentials of the move.
