It was kind of Charlie to teach this random uptight guy how to cook. Heartwarming.
I really enjoyed seeing the interaction between these two content creators. Nick came off as a little harsh in his critiques, but that honestly makes perfect sense when you consider that he's been in some of the most competitive environments in the world and likely doesn't have too much teaching experience. Charlie of course was extremely casual and mildy self-deprecating because he really understood that there was going to be a massive skill difference, and playing up that difference is comical and can help the atmosphere stay light-hearted.
Overall though, they both seemed to enjoy the experience and good vibes seemed to be had by all. Love to see people from different walks of life being kind to each other!

This was such a sweet and wholesome competition. Charlie asking questions, Nick just giving information. It was awesome! And Charlie’s steak still looked better than most of the steaks I’ve had in restaurants! I would 10/10 take a Charlie steak over takeout!

It looks to me like a vs video, more like Nick and Charlie are versing each other to see who made a better meal than the other. I have no issues with a vs video but afterwards they should remake the meal with Nick actually guiding Charlie step-by-step and teaching him why things happen, common mistakes and why the mistakes happen, and all that stuff to help Charlie improve his skills and techniques. Just leaving it off like this makes Nick look kinda like a condescending jerk
