I commented that!!! Unless you're talking about someone else's comment haha but thank you so much for speaking about this topic! I deffo have a very long way to go. Body Confidence has been a struggle since i was a child tbh and it's definitely effected me in so many other ways. It's also not easy when growing up you always had people commenting on your size, looks etc. and it happens till this day! Now i actually get worried even meeting new people because I immediately think they are judging me for how i look and are about to make a joke or say something negative. I also find myself tuning down my personality a lot because i don't want to annoy anyone when i shouldn't even care. Girl i'm really just traumatised 🥲I just hope one day i can get over this.

I have PCOS and i get really bad cramps so I’m definitely going to try the Castro oil. Also i just wanted to say that it takes a lot to admit that you were insecure when you were talking about copying girls at school. I feel that stuff like that is hard to admit because i was like that myself especially in middle school. Middle school kids are so brutal 🙃 but thank you so much for being real and vulnerable and this video has honestly helped me a lot. Definitely going to take a lot of the tips you said and apply them myself. I would love a podcast episode about dating yourself and taking yourself on dates and just more self care tips.
