the potential of this podcast is great!
I think the major feedback I can give y’all is letting each other finish talk. its probably an ADHD thing (I know queen shared she does or feel like she has ADHD) because when I have a thought on my mind I need to get it out and i notice others may interpret it as being disrespectful when literally it’s the mind wanted to just share a thought.
To avoid this I’d suggest getting a little cute dry erase board or notebook and just jot down what you’ll like to say once the person finishes talking. If the conversation goes off topic, when the opportunity presents itself, reintroduce the topic and share what you wanted to share.

I totally agree. I adore queen but she doesn’t let her friend speak and her friend exudes passiveness energy so she’s not gonna be assertive and take control and make Queen let her finish. You forget her point when Queen interrupts her. Overall I love this and look forward to supporting this new journey for both of them as a unit.

What helps me is time management. There is so much time in a day. You just have to acknowledge it, and take it for yourself.
Queen has never been alone as an adult.. It has always been a kid or a man in her life.. So it’s harder to get ME time. I hope she & and her partner can make time for her to get a piece of mind. It has to be overwhelming especially with her career added on top. Great podcast overall tho 💯

So so proud of you Queen! And Domi! 🥹💕 honestly your podcast is really starting to grow on me. I really feel like it’s going to be soo impactful for a lot of young women! The gems y’all gave in this episode were wonderful 💎 as women, I feel like we’re always pouring into everyone else’s cup, always making sure everyone’s comfortable and we end up realizing that we’ve lost ourselves in the process or haven’t given ourselves that same care / love back. This episode was definitely a reminder to spend time tending to myself and my own self care, whatever that may be and getting to know myself more 🩷

I agree with Jayda having an unbiased person really helps I love therapy. It’s almost been 8 months for me.
Loved the episode and the EP was a 10/10. Such a great yet vulnerable project. It showed maturity from your first album. My favorite song from it is soul tied🔥😭. It’s such a ballad and the message is real✨. No matter what obstacles you both faced in the relationship y’all worked through it because you are soulmates and “soul tied”❤️

I love that you have this outlet for people that don’t really have one it’s much needed & appreciated. Being a mom you definitely have to always be on go no matter how you feeling that day so time for yourself, self love is always needed. I enjoyed this podcast.

I’m so grateful for my journey. I feel like when you find yourself when you’re single you would never let a relationship get into the way of your self love. If you’re in a relationship habit stack ..just like Jayda said as she cleans she listens to books. The first step is to find a way step away from being overwhelmed then you can start small steps to get back to you ❤

I love this Podcast ! I really enjoyed the topic today. I’m 27, married with a toddler and for weeks I’ve trying to articulate this topic to my husband. I’ve been feeling like I’m missing something. I thought it was the single college version of me but it wasn’t. Most of things they talked about in this podcast I don’t do / have. Like self care days or time. And friends that are in the same place as me. I just felt lost. Friends or not I’m going to start taking time for me. Thank you ladies for this podcast ! Can’t wait for the next one ❤
