Confusing video. Paytm interface is highly simple and easy to use, that's why I used it. Best part of paytm is payments bank's FD (put money in fd and when required pull money from it without extra charge) and wallet which helps ultra fast transaction. In a month, I hardly go to ATM.. just using paytm for payment options.
According to me Paytm is best payment app!! Paytm UI is so much ahead from competition and it is not confusing. There is no competition of Paytm in Tech!!

It's everyone's own choice what they're using for UPI transactions. Paytm and phonePe are widely used in comparison with Gpay. I don't see that Paytm is failing

I am old consumer of Paytm since it was started for online payment.everything is good about Paytm except their service.whenever any problem occurred I tried to chat or call to Paytm I mean call centres service is slow.issues are not concerned.some kyc centres doesn't have the information about how to deal the issue I faced.there where many problems I sorted out on my own.this is my experience.hence not happy with service related to problems otherwise it is good.
Well paytm providing me paytm post paid service in which without any intrest I can use their money. To full fill my needs during last days of the month.. But one thing disappoint me the most is... Many times during transaction my money got stuck till next day 7 am which somtimes make me so uncomfortable paytm needs to improve that

Patym transactions not fair. 28 Feb2023 ko maine ek marchent ko Rs 838 k payment Kiya but payment mere account s deduct ho gya aur merchant k pass nhi recieve hua. Maine aapne Patym p complaint Kiya 2 baar but abhi Tak koi refund nhi mila hai. Ab complaint bhi nhi kar sakte hai. Aur apne Bank m bola ki payment problem Paytm ki h. Maine Paytm use karna band kar Diya hai ab😢😢
I want paytm to fall and its good to see it is getting the desired treatment. The way they robbed us of privacy and manipulative agenda made it risky to use such app. Karma hits back!!!
Paytm is much secure than other apps because it is Indian and your data will be inside India. But gpay is an american based company your data can be leaked.
