They count nine olives , charged extra for cheese on both side for veggies sandwich,shrink bread 🥖 so that they can save vegetables Especially I found out when we moved to Atlanta , the worst way they make sandwiches

The reason Subway is not doing well here in US is that they opened too many stores making a lot of them unprofitable. Fred passed away a few years ago and they have been unable to find good leadership. Lastly there is a mistake in your P&L projection. You have showed labor and other cost as less the. 4% which is too low. Here it is almost 28% labor, 28-30% food cost, 10.5% Royalty and Adv . About 10% occupancy cost . Another 5-8% for utilities and insurance etc . Which leaves about 10-12% as bottom line which is also great if one can achieve Normally the sales are so low that it becomes difficult to get any profits. If a Franchisee can make 28% profit in India then it is a great business
