Converting a suction cabinet to Pressure cabinet

- Hi Guys, I've done this video to show how I converted a suction cabinet to a pressure cabinet. As you will see it makes a hell of a difference. I think you could convert most cabinets within reason to a pressure cabinet. I must add though that the factory i deal with DO NOT recommend doing this and if you choose to convert your cabinet its your responsibility. They tell me that standard suction cabinets are not built to take the added pressure created. so keep that in mind.
I will make all the parts available as I have so many requests from customers who want to upgrade their existing cabinet.

Hi, when you blast flaky paint, how do you stop the flakes getting u der and blocking up the pressure pot? I'm constantly stripping mine to unblock it, Regards Trevor

@@Sandblasters my blaster has a perforated steel rotary table but no mesh! I've made a temporary lower mesh grill which has solved the problem. I'm going to modify the table and put another full mesh grill higher up. Thanks for your help

Hello, in the pressure tank is there any valve that close when you press the pedal? Like the big sandblasters or the pressure is just below in the sand hose?
Yes, the mushroom inside the tank goes up and seals the tank so it can pressurise
@@Sandblasters Hi, I bought a conversion kit from you through a friend of mine. Finally it comes to me, can you tell me what we do with the foot pedal cables? And how we mount the hose in the fitings? Thanks!
@@antonovcoatings369 Hi, IM sorry i don't have any instructions on how to do this conversion, its just something i have have put together myself.
The foot pedal cables will need to be wired to the side box and the hose get screwed into the fittings, there should be a small bag of screws with the kit you bought
